I think the bot's response is a bit buggy as well rn (which I think probably has something to do with the dev tweaking around the response length).
Try to give your bot a lengthier responses and more detailed narrative consistently, and if it's still too short, then maybe give it a bit more time. Probably will get better once they're done tweaking things.

-You don't have access to previous swipes
-You can't use personas

You might want to rewind back to when the bot first started to do it and then swipe to an actual answer that keeps the plot moving.

friendly reminder this is not an actual AI, artificial intelligence is just fluffy words for “extra smart chess board”.

LLMs, Large Language Models, repeats contents it reads and often times it uses medias that has it reply with saying things like this.

However, who can view your chats is yourself, and the company, however the company has no reason to read every single chat from its users unless absolutely necessary like terms of service violations. However, how the model reads your chats is not at all the same. Models just break down the text, try to track certain dialogue patterns to respond accordingly. Thats an extremely simplified way to put it but in full summary: No, the ai does not “read” your chats like how you and i read them, nor does it mean the creators of the bot can view it.

We can even put it to the test. Make a bot, and then have someone here make a chat, not show it to you, and you try to find that conversation. youll find its impossible to read a conversation of another user and bot you made in C.AI. however, other different model platforms like Chai allow you to. But its not the same with every other chatbot

You gotta nip the bud when it starts happening, otherwise it'll become a pattern.
What I do usually when the bot only replies shortly, I copy the bot's reponse, go to chatGPT and asks it to make it longer, and then edit c.ai's response with the one chatGPT generated.
After that, it's just rinse and repeat until they break the pattern and start generating good responses without you having to rely on chatGPT anymore.
