Hello, just a question. When you delete a c.ai account, will it be automatically deleted from the system or it'll take a month for it to get deleted?

I deleted it since I used the wrong account, it made a new account instead so I decided to delete it and disconnect the account to c.ai website (yes I use the website)

I signed in the wrong account so yeah I deleted it since I'm like "oh wait this isn't the correct account" then straight up deleted it xD

Probably not, because some people reported they can still use them on the app even though they disappeared on the webpage, and that they only have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time they close it. But... I hope so.

Bot doesn’t remember anything in the description and definition.

A few days back the bot worked perfectly fine with a 13k character definition but now it forgets everything. I even reduced the definition to below 3200 characters and put the important information in the description, but it keeps on forgetting that information… I even instructed it om how to respond to a certain topic in the description, definition and pinned memories, but it keeps on forgetting. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this 😭😭😭

I have a long ass roleplay with a bot, multiple scenarios mind you, and in this specific one no matter what response I type, the character just keeps replying with something irrelevant or starts a completely new roleplay out of the blue.

No memory of the previous messages, no issue with any other chat I have with this bot, this specific scenario is just keep replying with irrelevant messages. 😭 It’s not even written in the same layout, it’s like the bot deleted it’s entire memory after I send a message.

I was wondering if it was a token issue, or a memory issue, but every other chat WORKS with this bot. I’ve tried deleting the messages prior, writing new ones, but it’s just at this point that the bot STOPS thinking. Starting a new chat doesn’t help, editing the bots message doesn’t help, it just dies.

Also, there are bots that are very daring and then we can't generate a response.

Basically when I try to use character voice on the app (not call, but just voice), it for some reason outputs to my phone's call audio, which means it's stupidly loud even at the lowest volume and I have background noise because of my earbuds. It only happens on the android app, if I use web (mobile or PC) or my iPad, it's fine. one of the mods said it would be fixed either at the end of September or October (can't remember now) but I still have it :/
