Honestly, it's a similar situation to how we're dealing with it for my Computer Science group at uni with a Company.

We're creating an AI for the elderly as a way for them to communicate and not feel lonely, but there's so much red tape that it's hard to move or do anything without constantly going back and forth with lawyers about what we can and can't do.
