Sometimes, patience is the key. If you don't have much patience, try to extend it/be more patient, because you are not the only ones experiencing these issues.

I don't have acess to the email I used to create my account. I had been unable to link my new email to the account since a couple months ago. Then I got logged out of the phone app a while ago. Then a little later on phone web browser. And now yesterday on desktop.

(edit: clarification I HAD been trying to link the new email to the account while still logged in, it just gave me error 400 every time)

I have been talking with a mod for what, two weeks. I understand he can't do much but no ticket (originally made one two weeks ago to link the email, then a second one to have them just straight up manually change my email since I was told that was a possibility) ever got a response. Would have been nice to just get an expected wait time or something.

I was smart enough to "back up" some chats by copypasting them elsewhere but not all.

So yeah I suggest everyone back up their important chats or something so they can clone them.

Manually, literally just went on desktop and copypasted the entire thing at once then edited it. You can kinda see "who" sent what depending on whether it is prefaced with your username or the characters.

Afterwards go through the annoying fucking process of editing character responses/responding yourself in order until you are at the same point.

I have an android and I had to screen record then screenshot and then select the text of each message and paste them elsewhere, however it is extremely tedious if your chat is long.
I have started taking screenshot of key moments in my chats in case I lose the chat. I know which moments I must go over once more
