The site is loading pretty slowly right now. I'd suggest refreshing. Or you can try going into the 3 dots and trying pressing 'Start a New Chat', sometimes the web is too slow to register it needs to start one in the first place. Also, nice recent chats.

Did you keep talking to him and suddenly get an error in the middle? If that's the case, you start a new chat with the bot, then go into history and switch to the one you originally talked to, and it comes back to normal.
