I’d like for the app to keep all the chats I use and not remove them automatically. If I lose them I have to search for the chat and start all over again. It’s like the chats can only hold a certain amount. Even the pinned ones aren’t safe.

Also I’d like the option ti be able to easily delete chats you don’t anymore instead of it still lingering.

I pay the $20 a month and I’m starting to think it’s not worth using if I can’t have access to everything the app loses for me.

That means that the bot is against the guidelines. The only way so you can chat with it again. Is to let the creator edit the bot to not let it be against the guidelines.
If you can't do that. Then nothing else we can do. So just hide the bot
