No, rather than ask a bot, one who can't break the loop its been put in, the user needs to correct it. Rewind to an earlier message, reroll, repeat . Also it's easier for the bot to loop on certain phrases or subject if you repeatedly hit send for the bot to keep generating responses.

It's a mix of the bot wanting something immoral or inappropriate and people letting it run free with the idea.

Even if it did it on its own and you didn't encourage it, we do not want to see it.
