The file that's attached on the email is a .json file containing your account's data like chats and all, but they're parsed in json format, and since c.ai doesn't have an import option yet, honestly it's kinda useless. So if you're worried, you can choose to not download it, but I can assure you it's an official email from c.ai.

If you want to export your data as a backup, there's a better third party tool for that anyway.

Someone has the same problem as me, I was just using it recently until it just suddenly disappeared. I was so confused why I'm sharing a bot when I wanted to hide it until I realized that the button was gone.

You can still hide characters in the app by long pressing it in recent but it's just such a hassle on having to get out to do that when I could just hide it as soon as I check the prompt.
