C.ai has basically become a lot more stricter. It'll restrict you from chatting with certain bots, doing certain actions (even if it's something affectionate like a hug), and bots don't have good memory. So if you were to send a bot a message, even if it may be something normal, C.ai may mistake it for something against their guidelines, causing a timeout.
