EXACTLY. 24 hours is really an overkill. If this keeps up, Character AI will LOSE their audience one by one. Like, I get it was because of the recent incident, but it’s really annoying that Character AI decided to take it the next level with like so much stricter censorship. Honestly, C.ai has become frustrating to use because you can't be wholesome to an ai you're talking to, it'll remove the bot you wanted to talk to, warn you, or even suspend you from using their own app/site for 24 hours. Maybe even all the above.

Unfortunately, it’s not just one person, it’s literally the entire company that works for Character AI (From what I heard.) It really sucks since they just decide to ghost us all and refuse to hear us and our complaints out. This just really shows how little they care about our complaints. C.ai used to be wholesome, but with these advancements added, the bots loop questions (they ask "Can I ask you something?" To "Promise you won't get mad?" To something similar), they have bad memory, and you can't even give them a hug because it'll mistake any physical contact as something sus when it could be something affectionate.
