The only way I found is to switch to ooc chat for a bit, discuss unrelated topics, then return to the roleplay. This might take awhile. Another way I found is to retcon to before AI hyperfixated on this behavior, because once it starts, its pretty much stuck for a bit. You got to distract it, lol. So, chat about unrelated stuff in ooc, preferably something very emotional and personal, since its gets priority attention and AI switches to supportive friend mode, I think. Once it gets normal, try to retcon back and erase that chat back to the point of where you stopped in the RP. Sometimes works. Sometimes it goes back into hyperfix. (Sometimes I cannot erase ooc chat because its nice and helpful, legit.)
