Hey guys, I don’t really know where to go with this but on the new ai update when it’s asking to verify your identity when I do it either says “photo wasn’t clear” or just that “it didn’t match the records?” I don’t know about any records and I don’t know how to fix this, any advice helps x

I had heard something about CAI using Persona IDV (a company responsible for handling Identification cards + selfie face photos storage and such).
ROBLOX is ALSO using the same company for the FAE update as well (Chat AI Age verification summed up).
And general experience with it, is that Persona is 100% unreliable, and it's already getting sued over their questionable practices and how they handle it, aka using the Identity Cards/Selfie to train their AI
