It's probably because you have some banned words in the description/ definition/ greetings/ tagline/ bot's name that's hindering it. Also, try cropping the photo you use for the character.
The banned words could be smth Harry Potter/DC/WB franchise's related words, violent words (like k!ll, sh, murd3r, etc), or just words that could be seen as inappropriate even if it looks harmless within context.

If you're unsure which word causes your issue:

• You can try leaving one paragraph at a time and try to save it, to see which paragraph has the banned words.
• Once you find which paragraph has it, you can try figuring out which word/s is/are most likely the problem
