If you look at discord's reporting buttons, you can get an idea of all the kinds of things that can happen that discord needs to worry about. Stuff we would never even think of, like "What do we do if a user threatens to kidnap another user's grandma? We know it isn't a real threat, but we can't prove it 100%, so do we need to tell the police? What are our liabilities if we don't? What kind of backlash will there be if the police show up on a user who is merely an idiot?" Discord needs to have plans for how to handle that kind of nuisance.
