general info for everyone who came to ask what happened

YES, the app and website servers crashed. and yes, it happened again. no one knows why, but they assume that either it's technical work, or what I believe more, the servers couldn't handle the load and crashed. yes, the situation is difficult and it will be difficult for many, but find something else to do and try to forget about C.ai. let the developers fix everything and bring everything to a normal level.

I ask everyone who reads this to repost once in a while so that no one suffers from ignorance (I copied this from c.ai discussion-)
