If anyone would like some reassurance, for those who have found that they can't log in at all, this is pretty common for an outage like this, and once it's fully resolved, you should be able to log back in. What tends to happen is you get force logged out, but that doesn't mean the account is gone. For people that have genuinely lost their accounts though, I am very sorry, and hope you can recover them soon.

Well, There is an option to hide them. Another option would be to Look in the options while chatting with the character.

The app & website are back up. If you are unable to login to the app, check in with the website to insure your account is still available and existent. If it is, just try to log in. If you're having issues I'm pretty sure there are some tools when it comes to forgotten passwords and what not. If your account is not being found on the website and is no longer able to be logged into at all, then you can always create a new one. If you paid for c.ai+ and are worrying over a lost account, then refer to your payments & receipts and check in with some assistance.
