Plugin Description

Good morning! I have thought of a possibly helpful plugin, based upon using the DM notifications but as "server notifications". I hope that makes sense.

  • I tried to do this with the favorites tab bar feature, but it's not the same. It has the same issues: you have to click on the star icon to see all the channels you favorited. Why can't it pop up underneath it?

Usage:

  • It would be easier to go straight to the notification instead of clicking the servers...

As much as i would like to leave said gcs I'm forced into them by friends i have to keep added.
Do you mean like @scyye would still send a push notification in a muted DM? I havent experienced that, and cant check right now, just confirming so i fully understand the issue.

"Porting" over the Complete Timestamps plugin from BetterDiscord so it works on Vencord (unsure if that's how it works). I have seen past requests get closed because of the "Relative Timestamps" plugin that is similar but Complete Timestamps will ALWAYS show with every message, the whole time (hours, minutes, seconds) as well as the date (day/month/year or month/day/year based on timezone).

I often send messages, then notice a typo and try to use the up arrow shortcut to edit the previous message. However, if I do this before the message has fully sent, it edits a completely different message instead (the one before the one I just sent).

I use ripcord for my end and so do the co-hosts and guests that need to inject stereo audio, so they can play and control the music from their end (my regular co-host also uses a stereo mic).

I dont know if this counts as Plugins that are not possible: Reading private channels, but if you lose access to a channel while you were in that channel, you can still read the messages in that channel that were sent prior to you losing access. However, if you click another channel, then you won't be able to read the channel you lost access to. Vencord could remember the messages you saw, and let you see them again.

I've worked around this by setting up the discord webapp in firefox with the tampermonkey extension, UBO also works and blocks ads on the embeds as intended. Theme support seems to work despite the warning.
If you open up edge (with extensions enabled for webapps) you could make your own standalone webapp with Vencord and UBO/SponsorBlock/etc in a few clicks. Would save some ram too if you keep your microsoft default browser open (ew)

It still displays status in the friendlist though, is there something I can add/change to hide them completely?

I have a suggestion for the CustomRPC plugin. It would be great to add a feature for presets. For example, users could set preset 1 for Netflix, preset 2 for YouTube, and so on. This way, they can quickly switch between different RPC statuses without having to change the details every time. This would make it more convenient for users to manage their RPC statuses.

To prevent the discord server from being spammed with requests, the minimum allowed timeout is hardcoded to be 2.9 seconds.
Logically, the animation timeout should be at least 2900. At best, it should be roughly 10000 milliseconds (10 seconds) for the animation to look smooth on other clients.
