you cannot use the discord search in settings when you have one of the vencord category options selected

its a known minor issue

so just don't click anything in the vencord category if you want to use that search bar there

i uninstalled vencord cause of some issues with the pc that are now fixed and known to not have been induced by vencord. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling vencord aswell as discord and then vencord and i never find the settings for my plugins/themes. a theme i had been using prior to uninstalling is somewhat showing (icons and place of some things swapped to where they normaly arent). i was able to go to the settings prior to uninstalling when using the theme but it isnt showing now. even tried re downloading the installer

also unable to open the devconsole even though its enabled in the settings.json

im using vesktop on macos and jesus i feel lie its starting to break down, first of all its slow for some reason, second of all, some features like tray don't work, third of all whenever i let my macbook sleep vesktop gets perpetually stuck in some login screen thing and i have to relaunch vencord every time to fix it and now whenever i swich accounts i see a 15 second delay and ic ant even open the console

It was a proxy-side problem and was fixed by using a script.

Same with RTC debug. It didn't work because RTC conneciton weren't established at the first place.

I am using vencord through legcord, but vencord is no longer showing up. this happened after I enabled a bunch of plugins; is there any way to get plugin logs/disable plugins when vencord is not working?

I've been looking for a tool that can be used to provide a list of all users that share multiple mutual servers with you. For example, if I'm in a Minecraft server, a Roblox server, a Fortnite server, and an Among Us server, I want a tool where I can select 2 servers and view a list of all users who are members of both servers. So in that example, if I selected the Fortnite and Roblox servers, I would want a list of all users who are in both of those servers.

I know that there's an archived/outdated tool from a few years ago called Discord Global Mutual (https://github.com/inlife/discord-global-mutual), but according to the repo, it no longer functions due to API changes.

I also found a newer tool (https://github.com/ChinemeremChigbo/discord-mutual-friends-and-servers) which seems to have most of the capabilities that I'm looking for, but I'm not sure if it's safe to use or if there's a better/more trusted program out there.

So basically, I'm just looking to see if there are any well-trusted tools that do this, or if someone can verify that the tool that I linked is safe 🙂

Whenever I try to open Vesktop, the "Loading Vesktop..." window appears as usual but disappears as soon as it finishes loading. The app minimizes to the system tray, cannot be displayed, but still shows up as an open program in the taskbar. However, if I right-click the icon in the tray, select "Exit", search for the app, and open it again, it pops up immediately. And I have to do this everytime I open Vesktop

if the ctrl + shift + i keybind doesn't work, it's likely because a different program conflicts with the keybind. This is most commonly the AMD Radeon Software. If you have that, disable keybinds in it (see the video below)

Oh, I entirely misread what that said! Taking another look at it, yes, it does say custom themes will not work. I apologize.

On another note, I recently installed Vesktop (and by "recently" i mean "just now") because of the speed improvements (it is a LOT faster). I installed the theme I wanted to use, only for this weird window issue to happen (see first image). It seems to cut off the right side for whatever reason, and ONLY on the friends menu, it doesn't happen in the normal channels menu (see second image).

I'm gonna go ahead and test with no theme real quick.

• disable custom css (you can turn it back on in Vencord Settings)
• copy your current theme links to your clipboard as a backup
• remove all themes
