if the ctrl + shift + i keybind doesn't work, it's likely because a different program conflicts with the keybind. This is most commonly the AMD Radeon Software. If you have that, disable keybinds in it (see the video below)

to fix your issue, follow these steps:

1. go to https://discord.com/app
2. (don't worry if it crashes), open your developer console for your browser by doing ctrl shift i on windows & linux, and cmd option i on macOS
3. go to the console tab, and paste: Vencord.Settings.plugins.NoBlockedMessages.enabled = false
4. hit enter, close your devtools and refresh web discord.
   this is a temporary fix until google approves the permanent fix vencord devs have already submitted to the chrome web store

Client modifications are against Discord's Terms of Service.

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it

hey so i have thise tiny problem, im on Mac rn and when i tried installing Vencord it says : "please grant the installer full disk access in the system setting" (sorry im kinda slow can someone tell me what to do,and yes i checked in known issues, didnt see something similar,)

1. Open your terminal app
2. Type sudo
3. Drag VencordInstaller.app into your terminal
4. Append /Contents/MacOS/VencordInstaller
5. The final input should now look something like this. Double check that you have everything correctly, especially the space.

sudo /Users/YourUsername/Downloads/VencordInstaller.app/Contents/MacOS/VencordInstaller

6. Run by hitting Enter and the installer should open. If it says file not found, you made a mistake
7. Installing should now work!
8. If you still get the same error, give your terminal app Full Disk Access and try again
