Okey so the work around i found earlier of having the token in the right registry to be able to see the voice in the settings is no longer working, The tts is showing under VCnarrator however it stopped working, producing sound, after a vencord update i tried a bunch of times reinstalling the TTS or adding the token to other registry locations however it does not appear to fix it. i know it is silly, i just wanna hear reasonable tts not mark bleeding my ears about someone joining the voice xD if someone can look into why this could be happening please ❤️

its not based on any servers ur in

so its a steam game, and you have your steam and discord accounts connected, and then the games discord server has a bot or smth to check if your linked account is playing the game, which tells the game that you're in the server, enabling new features. i think thats how it works anyways, i could be wrong

It appears that some browser extensions like premid triggers this bug and im not sure why that happens

• If it works, cool, install vencord
• If not: reinstall discord, install vencord

src/userplugins/testPlugin/index.ts with the example in the vencord docs doesn't do anything, as far as i can tell i'm building everything correctly since changes i make to the client itself are reflected in the client, just not plugins
i'm assuming that it's handled externally in some way since src/plugins is also nonexistent but i'm assuming there's some alternative way to adding custom plugins

where's the vencord config file located?

the vencord settings disappeared on my partner's discord and they want to edit the settings

I fixed it on my end using the following:

(pkgs.vesktop.override {
   withSystemVencord = false;
})

Someone else suggested using an overlay pattern instead, but I'm using an override.

How do i change the file chooser of vesktop? every other app seems to choose the KDE file chooser but vesktop keeps using gtk file chooser, how do i change that? (im using hyprland and with KDE installed with it)
