you could see more stream information through the debug stream window which opens if you click on your ping stats while you are on a vc

and see if the encoder is dropping frames

you could also try not to use vesktop in a flatpak, should the sandbox contribute to the issue but i dont see any immediate causes why that should even be the case

but all in all, there could be something else, like the distro's specific tuning and focus for gaming which somehow breaks webrtc as used by vanilla electron

I dunno how the update should be done in the best way, I just updated using the installer, but there were a few things that didn't go very smoothly:
a few settings were lost, them being start with system, notification badge in icon, and my textreplace (sync was never used)
on next boot it was trying to start up new and old vesktop somehow, they were both in the registry as startup items

Vesktop suggests the flatpak or vencord-desktop-git from the aur for arch based packages, so as long as you are using that it should work. If it doesn't it's very likely your system that has something that makes it break
