if you do end up going for prebuilt, just some advice:

• consider going for am5 motherboard and cpu, it's more future proof and not really any more expensive
• don't go too crazy on ram. check how many ram slots your motherboard has, usually 4. you can get 2x8gb for now and later upgrade to 4x8gb. it's super easy and quick to add more ram, you just need to open case and plup go in
• don't go too crazy on storage, it's also super easy to add more later (once again check how many nvme slots, usually 2-3)
• don't cheap out on power supply or you'll end up paying more in the long run and have awful experience due to shit cables. i recommend at least gold and 650-750w
• don't underspend on case, it'll be pain to build in and have awful air flow (but also don't overspend, if you're spending more than 100 bucks that's way too much)
• double check if your motherboard supports WiFi / Bluetooth. if not you'll need to buy a separate card or an usb
