I bartely ever have mine at 100%. I hiot 100, and quickly start using it down. I always leave it at 40% exactly when I am done with it for the day. It's been a great method for making batteries last a couple decades, and for reviving dead packs. Charger to 100, use to 40, charge to 100, repeat and rest it at 40. Then every few months, take a plunge all the way to 0, and then charge to 100.

Dunno if this means anything to modern batteries, but sure works on old Dell packs.
