Heavy needs a buff to give him 500 base health, but make him very slow to grab the cash box. Also, the chain claw should have a buff of five more feet added onto it and the flame thrower should have a buff of 25 feet distance to make it more real. These are fair changes considering how many times you’ve buffed the medium AR weapons and the light player backstab ability as well as their invisible changes as it stands, the heavy is not viable in other cases it’s too viable when it comes to cash out
how did the spawns get SO MUCH worse than before when they said that its supposed to be "better". They clearly don't know how to make the spawns work so just stop changing them for worse. It's impressive how the spawns get worse every single season
Nerf double barrel
Game lost more than 95% of the players since open beta, new seasons hardly brought back any new players. Something drastic needs to be done regarding the gameplay if it wants to reach the true potential it has.
For starters, give players another weapon slots. Having just 1 weapon works brilliantly on hero shooters as it defines the roles of each players, giving them clear strengths and weaknesses to play off of. But Finals is not a hero shooter. The gameplay is too dynamic that limiting players to just 1 weapons diminishes the fact and puts players in the awkward spot where the optimal way to take a cashout station clashes with the current weapon. For example, a shotgun player will face trouble while taking a cashout guarded from above by other rifle players. A properly coordinated team may easily counteract the problems, but even games like CoD, TF2 and Apex Legends show that some form of flexibility on the individual level can prevent one-sided beatdowns, which can create enough frustrations to make players quit. Adding a secondary weapon slot, even as a Limited-time event for just a week will bear great results for the game.
Secondly, add more cashout station types. Currently there is only 1 type, which is a grossly wasted potential. In real life cash is used for so many different types of investments with different terms, risks and returns. Current iteration only limits to 1 minute process with 30% instant cash-in which can be expanded upon to many other variants. One example can be station that takes 90 seconds, no instant cash-in bonus but 2x the reward upon completion. Another example can be stations that take only 40 seconds but also gives out only half the cashout. This would add some much needed player agency to the gameplay itself where the option is more than either taking the closest station from you, or take the longer route and 3rd party another one.
To summarize, just add an extra weapon slot and more cashout station types for the players.

The Goo Gun for heavy Is very underutilized and I really think this weapon could be more effective if it gotten a rework in a way that could make it more powerful in defense. THIS IS ALSO A ROUGH SKETCH IDEA. So take it with a grain of salt.
Goo Gun Rework
When using shooting the Goo Gun, the goo will have a shade of color to them representing your team or an enemy teams color depending on who shot it.

With this in mind, the goo that is shot from a Goo Gun will have 10% - 15% more health for more stability in defending.

When shooting at a player with movement, via Charge & Slam, Evasive Dash, Grapple Hook, etc. It will not stop the specializations ability, but instead slows them down drastically.
Nerfs and Buffs
+ When the goo is shot from the Goo Gun it will have a shade of color to it representing the team who shot it, making it easier to tell who its from and knowing that the goo will have more health.
+ When shooting goo at a player with movement specialization like Evasive Dash, Grapple Hook, and Charge & Slam, it will slow them down drastically.
+ Increase in goo health from 300 to 345 (15% increase)
+ Increase in burn time from 12s to 16s (35% Increase)
+ Increase in lasting duration of 90s to 115s (27.5% Increase)
- When shooting goo at a player with movement specialization like Evasive Dash, Grapple Hook, and Charge & Slam, it will not stop the animation and it's effects.
- Decrease in length size when connected from 15 to 12 (20% Decrease)
- Magazine size from 20 to 15 (25% Decrease)
- Increase in reload time from 2s to 2.75s (37.5% Increase)
- Decrease in firing rate from 0.3s to 0.6s (100% Decrease)
- Decrease in bullet speed by 20%

Chaos Event:
With this event every single event that can happen will happen all at once, but only in a specific part of the arena, and of course each event will be a bit different.
For meteor shower: Meteor Hell, all meteors happen more frequently, and do the same damage, all in a single area, but are now much larger as well.
For low gravity: Gravity Flux, the gravity will fluctuate between high and low and will start off slowly, and over time speed up. At the last 10 seconds, fall damage will be implemented in that area, at a max of 25 damage.
For Alien invasion: Mothership, one giant alien ship will beam of rubble, and after a while, will stop the rubble in place, and keep it in that place. Nearing the last 30 seconds, it will launch it all down.
For Retro Invasion: same thing as the normal retro invasion, but now the explosions date much bigger, and the aliens will shuffle back and forth in that area.
For Mega Damage: basically, the same amount of damage will be dealt to people but the arena damage will increase exponentially, and cap at a certain point, where all structures will break to 2 quick melees.

No thanks, that’s how you get Scotty or June reading out an obscene username like “KillAll(insert name of stigmatized minority group)” that people figured out how to get around the filter with. It’s already bad enough seeing players with names like that on the in-game hologram billboards.
yup, spear nerf (a weapon that was already extremely mid), and winch buff (a spec that was already hard meta in high elo) in the same patch, both classified as "bug fixes".
Why does ranked take an hour to put you into a game just to queue you with maybe one other person whos close to your rank while the others are either ruby 3 stacks or ppl that just unlocked ranked play (I need the diamond deagle skin)
Because this game doesn't give interest to it's ranked player base.
All the new content is either directed towards NEW modes or casual gamemodes, including WT.
You also get rewarded for grinding WT, with less queue times and more QoL stuff such as switching weapons mid game.
So alot of the ranked playerbase has gone to just playing WT, lowering the ammount of players queueing for Ranked.
Not to forget how little Embark keeps doing to listen to feedback when it comes to game balance from it's most dedicated and higher ranked players... for several seasons, so alot of them quit too.
This game hasn't had a new game mode or event added for 3 seasons, this game is sad.

They’re not great devs content wise but they’re certainly not solely motivated by money, regardless of what nexon might want

Despite all the destruction, there is no real sense of power in this game. For example, none of the guns feel good because you can barely kill one person on your own. The overly team based design of the game is what defeats a lot of the fun for me.

I actually find Light to be more powerful than Heavy.
Cloak grenade plus dash and you can utterly destroy a heavy with the 1900, V9S, LH1, or dagger if you're good with it and willing to risk melee.
Medium is the one with the worst survival potential.
Weapons are the worst of both worlds (slow to kill compared to Light's options for the same task, a fraction of the mag size compared to Heavy's for the same task).
Movement is slow enough compared to Light that it's not able to dodge most high alpha damage attacks like a sniper shot or melee up close, but has low enough health that it can't tank melee/close/midrange attacks and get the kill first like Heavy usually can.
Goo gun buff suggestion:
right click activates an alt fire mode that shoots a goo wall 3x2 or 4x2, but uses the entire magazine and has a cooldown to use again. The right click could be a toggle or just shoot outright. The single shot fire will still be available. As goo gun isn’t very viable outside of a few weapons, I think this will improve the popularity of the specialization

im leaving the game regardless, once i click that button I've already made up my mind. a 5 second timer is only going to piss me off. its not going to stop me from leaving. what it will do however is make me force quit the game and reopen it instead of leaving properly.
I just played 4 games of Power Shift in a row. Only a single teammate exceeded 60 objective points in any of the games. It seems clear that objective play isn’t sufficiently incentivized.
It because unless your playing a bunkerish type build being on point gets you spammed with damage. its not a competitive mode so most people just join it because it ends up being the closest thing to a casual tdm.

in ranked, it should not show peoples ranks or other players names until the final round. I cant tell you how many times ive 1v1v1 because theres a team of rubies that nobody wants to fight.

If several people are sending video evidence clear as day throughout weeks, please make security team lift their finger to manually ban these cheaters, I cannot imagine a valid excuse not to do their job when all the evidence falls into their lap.
And no, waiting for a ban wave to their their job is clearly not working out since these cheaters been around for several seasons, most around 800-3k+ wins.

My idea for a light nerf
1: replace the stun gun with a Taser, making it more of a close range weapon.
2: remove the m11 or the xp, they're basically the same and light already has extra weapons.
3: make the throwing knives harder to aim, or do less damage.

Hello, I have a suggestion to help players get into the game easier. How about when a new players starts playing the game they can do "rookie" challenges. These challenges are tied to the three classes and can reward players up to three weapons, either per class or all together, so they can at least start off with a more variety of weapons to pick from.

new update got me with average 65 fps, and then it drops to about 20 every now and again, before this i was averaging about 80. optimize your game.
Props to embark for fixing the spawns in quick cash. A lot wanted the changes reverted but I honestly think we just got the best of both worlds.

The core game is about attacking and defending an objective with medium to close range chaos. Long distance weapons, invisibility, and third partying (however part of the "identity") are killing the flow and introducing unnecessary annoyances to otherwise an great game. Like, being able to shoot one of the two shots you need to kill somebody while you're invisible is absolutely insane.
Remove stun gun so I can stop getting negative teammates, if lights have to actually aim for a kill they will swap or get good

invisibility isn't that unfair; a light needs to be very close to you to get a 2 shot (i assume with the db), meaning they are fully visible and audible, especially if they move
i think invis cloak needs a buff (not vanish bomb i think vanish bomb is fine as it is if not a bit visually cluttered ig) mainly because it feels kinda uninteresting compared to dash and grapple but i may just be using it wrong

It's not about 2-shot really. It's about 1 second TTK, where the ADS and burst is from invis. You should have to decloak, which takes 1 second, then ADS and shoot.
Also stuns, glitches, winch, invisibility, and snipers do not belong in this game. Fights are chaotic and close/medium range. Removing player agency or the ability to have your enemy in sight in this particular game is silly.
i think the 1 second decloak time is super punishing and also, what would happen if the player takes damage??? would they remain cloaked for a second? you run into the issue of the cloak feeling super punishing while players are trying to intentially take damage to shoot, which isn't very fun nor deliberate
in tf2 the cloak does need to be off for you to attack, which works really well imo, but the ttk in tf2 is instant with the knife and stealth wouldn't work very well in the finals because of how loud cloak is so idk
also yes you are right i don't think snipers or stuns belong in the game rn, but glitches counter turret spam, winch makes melee heavy more playable and fun
invis is fun with meaningful counterplay i think it should stay as it is
maybe give it an audio queue if someone is behind you while invis? idrk if there is any reasonable fix to make invis less annoying without nerfing it to the ground

Game's cooked anyway. They squandered any attempt of tightening the flow/place of the game and instead focused on "equal pick and win rates", which is just silly. Now it's too late. Many of the remaining players (half of which main light, or rely on the awful desync and animations for melee hit detection) are at risk of being upset and leaving if you rework their class, so it's this until the game has no more players.
What if there was a game mode where you just tried to survive the halftime events but they were sped up and you needed to get to safe points

Respawns are still messed up in QC. Respawned in the middle of a fight and instantly died because there was fire everywhere and 2 teams shooting at us. This was on Vegas

Ok i love this game but why am I being put with players that are doing 1000 damage & 0 kills in gold lobbys when im having to carry them both. Im happy to have teammates that are not perfect but why are I being matchmaked with teammates that can not shoot their gun.

Fix spawns when joining an ongoing game, twice now I joined a game that had already started on spawned on the opposite side of the map from both my teammates and the cashout

- Increase the netcode/tickrate/servers. Maybe it's lag compensation ? Getting kill at 3m far from a hammer/sword or behind a wall / door / cover is not ACCEPTABLE
- BAN CHEATERS AND TOXIC PLAYER. AND PERMA BAN !
- Do something for the matchmaking
- Let us choose our sight weapons at the beginning of a game
- Let us go in practice with friends please
- Delete low gravity event. It's not fun at all.
- Fix events appear in front of the scoreboard
- Random skin and charm list for weapons/gadgets
- Add a TDM mode 5v5 in small arena
- We shouldn't lost point in ranked when a team mate leave the squad and didn't play during the round
- Let us invite friends or join them in group even if we are not the group leader
- Add the possibility to look at the profil/card of friends
- Patch the level up bug on weapons at the end of matches. It's been here since many months now
- Dash is trash with your netcode. Servers can't register a dash behind a cover and you will die anyway
- Give us the possibility to customize rules in private match
- More Limited Time Mode (LTM) in the game please or more XP event.
- Let us use our VR for XP weapons or other things (not from me but very interresting idea !)

- Buff Light survability or DPS. Light should be the DPS class but the game is always around Medium and Heavy class
- NERF MODEL. Increase spray or decrease damage
- If you don't wanna nerf the grenade frag damage, add an indicator or make them more visual
- Nerf Deagle damage/range
- Nerf Shak damage
- Buff XP54 damage like it was !
- NERF CHARGE'N'SLAM DAMAGE. 95 DMG is enough instead of 130
- No more dmg on hook. It's nonsense. If hook do damage, stun gun should do too !
- Flamethrower and hook should NOT get you through walls or other.
- Nerf the right clic + Dash on Light. You couldn't dash with your sword or dagger charge
- Kill, Assist, Revive and Objectives points should add more points in ranked
- Spawn are still trash. You can wipe a squad on vault and they will respawn on the Cashout waiting for killing you. But after get wipe by them, YOU SPAWN AT 100M and MORE
- Rework defib: Reduce the cooldown reset to 5s and give 100HP instead of 50% of your HP. It will force Medium to revive more safety !
- Remove the 5s leave. It didn't change anything

the spear could be throwable as a secondary attack, way better than the current secondary. If i want to play melee heavy i will get the hammer any day because it is just better in every way, this would make it much more useful
I am glad we fixed an issue on the winch claw since it was underperforming.
I am glad we removed sliding out of animations with spear since it was already dominating in high elo and caused trouble
but lets not give us death cams replay system actuall content like in season 1 a 4th specialisation or ACTUALL FU**ING PATCHNOTES AFTER 1.5 MONTHS OF NOTHING AND RANKED AND MONEY SYYSTEM FIX EMBARK

I think the current m2 attack is pretty interesting, it gets you thinking about positioning and ambushes that can wipe whole teams if done right

A musket weapon with long reload and high damage would be interesting.
It could create a small smoke volume after shooting because black powder created a lot of smoke.
what are you on about? I have 3k wins since beta so what? my point being they let blatant cheaters go on for over thousand hours on one account
my only problem with long ranged weapons is in Power Shift. But for all other modes, keeping the enemy at bay is part of the deal. Of course, close to mid range combats are the most fun, but it also makes sense to be able to prevent it. Still you have gadgets to close the gap more often than not, like the gateway or the zipline.
@fathom hearth said it already, right now everything feels well balanced except some minor things. They really need a lot of data now before nudging anything, so we'll have to wait for the mid season update when major balancing will happen.

Not sure how long you've been playing, but we used to have 2 explosive mines that did more damage. You could clearly tell who was a new player, especially the lights, when throwing both mines on a player statue. Was instant death even for mediums back then. Also, you could place more than 2 mines at a time without the last placed one de-spawning. Was a great time. But because no one looked where they were running, it got nerfed in to the ground, like everything everything else.

Wow, I just saw this and honestly I regret seeing it, because obviously you don’t actually use sword or sledgehammer. If you did, you would understand that the only way to actually use these weapons, is to use actual skill, otherwise you’re just going to get your ass handed to you. Having melee weapons in a game involving guns means that if you choose those weapons you’re choosing to be skillful and actually strategize instead of choosing to aim. With sledgehammer, heavies have no way of actually reaching people out of their range without gadgets and specializations, same with sword, so both of these are immediately countered by any sort of glitch, and an even easier counter to both of these weapons is just shooting them from distance, the whole point of using a gun in this game. Obviously the only reason you’re actually complaining about these melee weapons is because you died to them once, and you didn’t like that.

I've got some balance changes that I think might fully balance this game out. Do listen, please.
Medium:
- Nerf Guardian turret (by adding a overheat mechanic)
- Buff Pike (the gun is awful now, but I can't figure out if it needs a damage buff or lowered recoil or what)
- Buff CL40 (by increasing area splash damage but decreasing the area splash range a little)
Light:
- Buff 93r (in any way tbh, but dont make it too powerful)
- Nerf LH1 (by increasing recoil. But in a way that its still playable)
- Nerf Stun Gun (by giving it a charge mechanic for like 3-3.5 seconds and having cloakers exit cloak when charging, so that players are encouraged to use it for objective rather than free kills)
- Nerf Cloak (by giving it an deactivation timer where its unable to shoot or use anything and an animation is playing, for like 1.5-2 seconds, to encourage sneaking past and running away instead of camping in one place)
- Buff overall obj value for lights (by adding more obj gadgets and specs, similar to those like vortex, gateway, etc. to ensure that light pick rate in WT increases and my dreams of HML meta would finally be achieved.)
Heavy:
- Nerf Charge and Slam (by decreasing its damage a bit, but still increase destruction)
- Buff RPG (by increasing DESTRUCTION only and not damage)
- Fix Sledge glitches and hit reg bugs.
- Bring back goo planes and stuff

I can’t tell you how many times I die because my weapon is not reloaded. I run-cancel the reload by instinct. The game is not very clear when the reload has or has not occurred. Can you please add a sound effect so I know if I’ve canceled it correctly?

Im sorry but there is no actual way that you have fixed the spawn points???? you say it's been fixed in the latest patch but then why is it even worse then before? Is anyone experiencing same issues as me? It's many scenarios were a better spawnpoint at least could have given me a last fair chance at a retake on a cashout.
I'm a new player with around 60hours in the game (according to steam) who started like a month ago with a friend (new player as well). We had no info at all on the game before starting, just saw the trailers on the official YouTube channel which look all awesome and made us want to try the game.
We are still new players around level 30. Tried all the gamemodes but only like and play quick cash (or private matches 1v1 to try stuff, could be cool to have the training room as a group 👍). I don't know if it's because we are low levels and only play quick cash, but we feel like the game is balanced with people using a variety of weapons, not always the same. Not a lot of people talk but the few we came across were friendly. Teams have a pretty even mix of lights, mediums and heavy. And yeah, we don't really like the other modes (maybe except power shift. we play it one game sometime every 20 games of quick cash, something like that 😄), but it's just a matter of taste.
So I guess it's probably different in WT or ranked. But anyways, I was surprised to see so many negatives feedback around here and some mentioning the game is bad for new players. With my friend, we fell in love with the game. So just wanted to share a bit some new players opinions on this game we started to love! 
Please add some Weapon Inspects for sledgehammer. Currently there is only the default and it basically only shows the handle.
Ranked final rounds should allow limited reserve switching e.g. one weapon / three gadgets or just gadgets. And players should be able to see what their team mates / enemies have equipped in their reserves.
Even tho I stopped playing the game and probably won't come back, I gotta say that the new Dissun Ads are rly rly impressive, it almost makes me wanna touch this game again but then I remember the state of it

Day 67 of asking yall to bring back the Lockbolts ability to pull vaults and cashouts. Make the Lockbolt unable to go through portals. But being able to reposition the cashout slightly or break an enemy’s steal, with the lockbolt, was SO much fun and I think it’s a great idea that got misused in some unfortunate ways.

Light invisibility thing should have visual feedback to other players when they're near the player. Maybe blue hue around the screen. I know there's a sound effect you can hear, but, well, not everyone can hear. So I think that would help making them less frustrating to fight against. The colorization could increase the closer they're to the player.

In World Tour, they’re still not working properly.
When you have the first encounter with an enemy team, if your entire team dies, the respawn happens 200m away, leaving no chance for a second fight with the team you encountered or to think of a strategy. That’s not good. It’s just one fight, and when you die, you’re always 200m away! You only get one chance because it takes too much time to return those 200m to face the team again.
The Heavy's grapple is still not right. The L-class characters, when you grab them with the grapple, immediately escape using their dash, leaving no time to even land a hit. It’s still a complete disadvantage against L-class characters since they are so mobile and slippery, making it hard to hit them.
If the grapple stuns, they shouldn’t be able to use their dash, at least not for a short while.

So light r intended to be used as a scout class that can assasinate single ppl with burst dmg, the only gun that can do it without getting destroyed is xp54 imo,because medium having ak,fcar and famas with 250 hp is crazy,lights have mostly 0 chances to do it. And while u have ability to scount with the specialization u can do it outside only in big areas,and u cant scout in close spaces like buildings for example,because either u face a medium or heavy and u get destroyed for sure.
In S1 there was wallhack gadget for medium,tbh I liked it very much and the tweaked version of it wasnt that broken tbh.
Why not give light class that wallhack specialization,it would help them with the scouting ability in closed section and additionally find isolated targets to elliminate.

Heavy also got extremely screwed over by the defib nerf. A huge portion of heavy's damage output is from specs and gadgets, and high dps weapons like the SA12 are super range-limited, so often times you get revived and then shredded from just out of your effective range.
Ironically enough medium, the class the nerf was targeted at, is STILL the best class to defib if they're using a meta pick like the model or famas, since they are capable of instantly chunking you at medium range as soon as they revive while tanking a hit or two before dying. The defib nerf was ridiculous, all it needed was its i-frames removed to make hologram camping easier (seriously, why telegraph a respawn if you can't even punish it properly?) and problematic weapons like model and famas nerfed properly.

The new player experience needs some SERIOUS work. I understand you're trying to get players familiar with the different play-styles, etc., but forcing them into certain loadouts, configurations, and modes, really kills the opening experience. I got my 8-year-old nephew into the game, but actually getting him up and running was a slog, since he had to play through each class, play modes we didn't want to start him with, etc. I say this, being reminded by others how off-putting the new-player experience can be for some. Let everything start completely open, don't force new players down certain paths, modes, loadouts, etc.

M11 needs to be nerfed. It is so busted compared to other weapons now and it is no surprise that most new players are running this weapon since it does not require much aiming when in hip fire but deals crazy damage per second. In previous seasons, there was a lot of other OP items for all classes so it was fair but almost everything has been nerfed since then but not this thing. I think the main problem with the M11 is that light players can close the distance very quickly compared to other classes and the only downside to this weapon is its effective range. One of the few ways to counter this weapon is to also use the M11 but I do not always want to use this weapon, it gets boring after a while. The fun of the game is in the variety of the loadouts of the players. When everyone starts using the same thing, it gets boring. For example, the defib was used by most medium players before getting nerfed. The defib nerf is a step in the right direction for the medium build and I now see way more varied loadouts for this class, which is a good thing. The same should happen for the light class. Therefore, I think that the M11 should be nerfed in some way, either its damage, mag capacity or reload time.

RPG doesn't need a buff, since it is already a top choice. It isn't and has never been a destruction tool no matter what devs say they want it to be. If they want it to be one they need to rework it.
Sword isn't OP. How are they supposed to remove dash lunge combo? Why would they do that? Sword is supposed to be the super mobile weapon, while dagger is more stealthy...
Sword lunge is shortest melee attack, just swinging has longer range. Backstab and normal attack on dagger have longer range

TLDR: Most of what you said is wrong
the problem is that heavy has over double the health of lights but yet has multiple items that can one shot (or so close it might as well one shot) lights. the charge and slam does 130 dmg leaving me with 20 health. the rocket launcher (thank god was nerfed from 140 dmg but basically every heavy carries it) does 100 dmg right off the bat. the ks23 does 100 dmg per shot. the sledgehammer does a minimum of 115 dmg but up to 200 dmg. the flamethrower just melts lights. bro it’s insane that the heaviest class who can afford to take the most hits/miss a few shots can put out that kinda damage. and I understand for the most part it’s close up but with stuff like the winch claw, charge n slam, dome or mesh shield they have everything needed to encourage close quarters combat. not to mention almost all of lights guns are also close quarters so you basically have to be perfect when in a fight. it’s all basically smgs, shotguns and pistols. granted the lh1 and sniper are of course long range but that’s really it. and things like frags/mines just straight up eliminate lights.
none of the classes are perfect by any means and lights should definitely have to think twice about trying to take on a heavy in a fight but it also shouldn’t be as easy as one gadget and a melee for heavys.
and to the idiots saying “just play heavy then. stop complaining” if something is broken the answer isn’t “just use it” it’s to FIX IT.

Dedicating 3 specialization slots to still have less DPS than any gun. If the laundry list of barrel/gadget counters still aren't cutting it, just move the fight out of whatever room they're in and the whole team has no specializations at all. Free pickings.

@rocky vessel the only item in that loadout that was a problem was the 1887 letting medium effectively contest the objective and challenge light and heavy in close range. Before everyone picked up the model, triple medium teams with defibs, heal beams, and ARs already existed. They just weren't a problem at all, because without the model all they did was feed free kills to the opposition.
Well, I think that it is better now than during S4 when everyone was playing in teams of 3 mediums with the Model 1887, healing beam and defib. At least now, these players are encouraged to use something else than the defib in their loadout. When fighting against a team of 3 medium players constantly healing and defibbing each other, it was more of a 3v6 instead of a 3v3. Do you not agree with that?

Disagree, their tournament mode needs major reworks if they actually want to host a competitive major and their changes need to be implemented in ranked too. Final rounds have a lot less depth compared to knockout rounds which don't even work in a competitive setting.
I'm not saying loadout swapping has to be implemented but they need to change something because there is no way people will be watching teams bang their heads against the wall for a whole match because their picks forced them into a single strategy that might not even work.

I feel like the main problem with balancing is that everything was fine at first, then people started complaining (cuz they suck) so embark nerfed the weapons, then people complained that the other weapons were too op compared to their now-nerfed weapons, so embark nerfed the “op” ones, then it repeated over and over. At some point everything is gonna deal 1 damage and people will still complain that stuff is too op, they should really just delete this channel and stop listening to the community, because a lot of people just have a skill issue

Chaos Event:
With this event every single event that can happen will happen all at once, but only in a specific part of the arena, and of course each event will be a bit different.
For meteor shower: Meteor Hell, all meteors happen more frequently, and do the same damage, all in a single area, but are now much larger as well.
For low gravity: Gravity Flux, the gravity will fluctuate between high and low and will start off slowly, and over time speed up. At the last 10 seconds, fall damage will be implemented in that area, at a max of 25 damage.
For Alien invasion: Mothership, one giant alien ship will beam of rubble, and after a while, will stop the rubble in place, and keep it in that place. Nearing the last 30 seconds, it will launch it all down.
For Retro Invasion: same thing as the normal retro invasion, but now the explosions date much bigger, and the aliens will shuffle back and forth in that area.
For Mega Damage: basically, the same amount of damage will be dealt to people but the arena damage will increase exponentially, and cap at a certain point, where all structures will break to 2 quick melees.

ranged headshots & that god-awful ranged gadget damage challenge are the most "against the game's design" challenges I can think of
its literally the same problem that "interrupt opponents who are stealing your team's cashout" contracts had a season or two ago: too niche of a challenge that actively encourage sabotaging your team & get exponentially more difficult the higher your skill level
if you want to have a ranged contract, make us use the ranged WEAPONS, not deal specific damage types just generally at RANGE
some maps dont even have a ranged sightline long enough for these challenges in most important areas.

And let's assume it's not bugged, it's still such an insanely unenjoyable contract to do. Sniper was nerfed a season or two ago, LH1's ranged scope is terrible for the required range, Medium has NO buisness being that far away, and any other gun is just luck when it comes to headshots
then, for that gadget challenge, I didnt even do it legit! when I was running it, for some reason a single bit of damage from my turret auto completed it I am GLAD it did that though because I legit probably wouldnt even have bothered with the contract

Ranked RS gain should benefit from great individual performance like Cashouts stolen, high outlier scores, plugs, etc. Too often I see players perform extremely well but their team is just trolling with the most random stuff losing them hundreds of RS in the first round.

Sounds like a skill issue to me. lights can easily out maneuver heavies, plus stun them, and kill then just as fast as a heavy can kill a light. The purpose of light is to be a sneaky glass cannon, so if you’re taking on a heavy head on, unless your aim is much better than theirs, you will obviously be killed.
Anyone know if the server lag issue is being worked on? I love playing the game with friends but they don't enjoy playing more than 1 game because it lags so much. They end up leaving and then it's just me but don't even get me started on the skill based matchmaking. Basically, matchmaking and server lag are the only thing holding this game back. FIX YOUR GAME.

I would love for Power Shift to be balanced for a ranked mode. Not in place of Cashout, but perhaps in addition to.

Add in a mercy rule (immediately end the match) for players on the losing side of Power Shift when met with two or three of the certain conditions:
- 2 or 3 players on one team (example; 2v5 or 3v5)
- The winning team is more than halfway towards the finish line.
- If there's no backfill within a certain amount of time.
The match doesn't end for the winning team when all players of the opposing side leave the match (0v5, no opposition), so might as well end it right away when it does happen.
Ranked tournament "difficulty" needs to take the other bracket into account. It cannot be "intermediate" when the 2nd round will look like this and you (solo q) get two platinum teammates
The cash change on box 5 & 6 need to happen. Right now you can have 40k points, be safe first place and then second team is 30k and you still lose because it is in the interest of all teams to have a double stack so they all throw it to team #2 who then passes you as team #1. The new team #1 then griefs you and tries to help one of the teams that played like shit the whole game to win. Absolutely worst meta ever.
Carnifex suggested to add a timer when trying to double plug. Sort of like inserting the key in terminal attack. So you have to hold the cash there in order to double it. Makes it harder for bots to grief good teams.

Having grenade launchers do more damage to yourself than to the enemy is stupid and makes no logical sense. It should be the opposite, so I think it would be a good buff to reduce the self damage on both CL-40 and MGL32.

the contract for eliminating 5 opponents with gadgets from 30+ meters is DEFINETELY bugged right now. got at least 8 kills today that would easily qualify and none of them tracked. PLEASE stop with these bulshit long distance contracts. they're either a pain to finish or don't work at all
1st of all 3 turrets are more than enough for any class
2nd when you are talking about damage yes it does 40 damage only but PER SECOND
3rd it doesn't matter whether a light have invisiblilty or not because if a light moves they make a very lout noice even louder than Charge N Slam that sound is soo noticeable even a deaf can hear it and as soon as you start firing to destroy turrets those 3 will destroy you in less than a second 3 turrets 3 bullets for a light eazzy.
Not to mention that enemy is not stupid he will also be giving those things a hand.
3 turret 3 bullet 1 from each with 3 opponents aiming at you and not fo mention those mines and grenades.
I just played a match with all lights and as a heavy took 452 total damage before I had the chance to turn around and fight back
@hearty bough ranked is equally as sweaty as casual now, and how am I meant to force close range in dense cover while trying to run to the cashout? also what if a cashout is out in the open like some of the ones on horizon? is the only counter as a heavy to sit in corners it seems ridiculous to be sitting in rooms paranoid of lights I just think they should be rebalanced or something

Position better and force close range w/ dense cover, heavy dogs light at close range 9/10 times, but if they catch you out in the open you’re screwed. Also would recommend playing ranked since triple L is not really viable and you rarely see tons of lights in ranked, at most one per team

Yo so little rant, why am I getting matched with people in emerald and diamond in world tour when I’m in bronze. I’m trying to rank up to at least play or gold this season and for at least 3 games in a row I had lobbies full of emerald and diamond teams that I had to play against for no reason, it’s not even like my teammates were the same rank I only had one game when I had a emerald teammate but he had the worst stats between me and my silver teammate. That is the only game where I had a high ranking teammate but the rest of those game I was with silver or gold fighting a lobby full of emerald and diamond like what am I even suppose to do. I legit can’t rank up because I either get the absolute worst teammates that kill themself continuously and a decent lobby or I get decent teammates and a lobby full of emerald and diamond. TLDR: I’m getting matched with emeralds while I’m bronze

Tbf while i agree it isn't ranked most games have some semblance of balanced (skill wise) even in casual modes. Its not usually as stricted as ranked but it is there. So someone playing ruby (aka top 500) in what people consider a causal mode is going to feel pretty bad. altho there isn't really a fix for it because embark decided adding two "ranked" (as in they have ranks) modes to the game that function completely differently was a good idea.
@candid badge Deagles. shoot a light about 3 times and they explode, if 3 of them jump you, you will die but thats the case if 3 of anyone jumps you. You can also use bubble, goo, or barricades to force closer range. Yes some run glitch and will glitch the bubble but its hit or miss if they're running glitch. alot replace it with vanish/gateway/frag

Do You know the difference between 150 health only in stats but in reality its about 120 and taking 452 damage and still being alive. Its a difference of 300 you have health more than 3 lights combined and you are still complaining that they are strong.
A heavy can kill a light in max 2 bullets and in 1 shot with many other weapons that heavy has other than LMGs of course if you know how to aim properly
Idk about you guys but I’m not getting any lag and the games running perfectly on my end 
I think the game needs a general recoil overhaul. Patterns cause people to simply use scripting like crazy to get ahead, so I would prefer the jumping be a little random, but the direction be generally inclined one way or another to keep the nice skill memorization of the patterns, but the slight randomness (not bullet deviation, just the screen movement having a little randomness) keeping scripts from being perfectly effective.
Lots of guns have simply no recoil now, and it shows with how easy it is to get beamed from everywhere. The LH1, which used to only be effective with an on screen crosshair because of the BS visual recoil lost most of its recoil, and it shows now. To be clear, do not re-add visual recoil. Guns just need more recoil in general, or they need to be projectile bullets so beaming from a distance isn't constant, but guns don't have to be pea shooters at range.
You do understand the part where I said "before I could turn around and shoot back"? 452 damage total, meaning they each did over 115 damage (or more) before I could react. I understand its 3 lights and they deal alot of damage but to do 100 more damage than my total health before I could even react? It seems ridiculous. On top of that thats only one instance of that happening when im sure it happens hundreds of times a day if not more. I cant stand to play more than two matches of the finals before wanting to uninstall it and I fully blame that on lights and how unenjoyable they are making the game to play

In general, I think it'd be great to see a bunch of alternate versions of our current specials added to the game.
Here's some ideas:
- All alternates should have some unique sounds and unique effects that let people know which versions are being used.
- Light Dash Alts
- Dashes that go farther, but you can't use them as quickly.
- One super long dash that goes as far as the current 3, but takes longer to recharge.
- Light Other Alts
- A grapple that is shorter range, but has two charges.
- Invisibility that can be turned on & off for free, but doesn't last as long or get the standing still bonus time.
- Medic Gun Alts
- A Medic gun that does high burst healing, but overheats extremely quickly and takes longer to cool down. Basically no range as well. Less heals per second (HPS) than the current one.
- A medic gun that can heal multiple people at once, but VERY slowly. It would only heal a heavy to half with one charge. The overheat rate would be the same as the current medic gun. Less HPS than the current one.
- Heavy Shield Alts:
- A slightly smaller shield that reflects things back at where you're looking. Loses charge every time it reflects something. Has less HP than the normal shield.
- A stronger shield that loses charge when you take it out (like how the shield was last season, which was terrible btw). It has more HP.
- A small shield with low hp, but you move quick with it. It's curved around heavy.
- Heavy Winch Alts
- A winch that can pull off wall chunks, but travels slower, comes out slower, and takes a bit when you do pull someone or a wall.
- Winch that pulls heavy TO enemies & friends.
- Heavy Slam Alts
- A ground pound shockwave that launches people (friend and foe) & objects upwards and destroys what's in front of you. Does low dmg. Think the hulk.
- Heavy slides, rolls, or does a short dash instead of charging. Does less damage and destruction, but is more controlled. Quicker recharge
There is no skill based match making so you will play against good and bad players if you want match making play ranked
(which is somehow a worse experience than WT 💀)
We REALLY need more events and map variations for next season. We're literally starved for both. There's like 2-3 events that actually affect the match, and only a few variations it feels like. Here's some ideas, both good and bad:
- A version of the orbital that targets players when they move. 🦑
- Meteors are cool. Some more variations on it would be neat. Meteors that freeze you, gas ones, etc.
- Low gravity kind of is annoying. Please add high gravity as well.
- Bring back exploding death totems, but they have a very loud fuse and take like 3-5 seconds to go off. It was only not fun because it happened instantly. Maybe make the totems shaped like cartoonish bombs 💣 at first as well.
- We have mega damage, why not "steel walls"? An event where walls are a bit stronger.
- Add "gooey walls". When walls break they're tethered together with goo stuff. Might be a fun way to get around if players are creative.
- Make the alien event also pull up players, not just the environment. Maybe have it actively target objectives?
- Make the dance thing as an event that can happen. Have emote areas appear around the map randomly that you can emote in for extra money.
- Event where everyone shrinks down to like half the size. On the flipside, an event where everyone gets a bit larger.
- Map variant where buildings are massive.
- Event where piggy banks fall from the sky. Breaking them gives you extra funds.
- Map variant where large gas cans litter the arena. They can be thrown for a large POWERFUL explosion (#DISSUN).
- Icey event where the arena becomes very slippery for a time.
- Darkness event where a dark fog envelopes the map. Can't see far away from you for a time. Spooky noises.
- Busy Bee map variant Bee hives appear around the map, can be thrown at players. They hurt. Bee puns abound.
- Floating building map variant. Some of the buildings that are normally on the map are floating in the air via jets. Additional jump pads are added for traversal.

that is exactly what happened, all of them hit me at the same time, maybe with a split second of delay between hits but thats why im complaining it wasnt even enough time for me to turn around and fight back I was dead in an instant. respectfully, u wasnt even there I dont understand why you are trying to tell me about what happened. Please add new achievements/trophies to the game. It's disappointing that other games will add new earnables with every new season/patch/expansion, but The Finals is kind of lazy in that regard. The original list was pretty fun, I liked the creativity in some of them. It would have been cool to get some cosmetic items based on getting the achievements too. Like a Flowerpot hat or something for that one achievement for eliminating a contestant with one.
Anyway, please add new achievements/trophies! I love this game but the replay factor isn't as enjoyable without working towards something to show for it externally like on PS5.
Maybe another $100,000,000 or doing something silly by killing a bot in the practice arena with the leader board trophy.

IMO bank-it is the only mode I enjoy. Cash-out has gigantic respawn timers and respawn coins are an annoyance so enjoy playing spectator mode. Makes it slower paced. And solo queue is pretty much a no-go there.
Dear embark, can we get a "Role mode" only game mode where only certain class is allowed in one match? Most players wants only one class in a mode where there is no cringe lights or heavies in a match.
I'm also going to rag against ranked again. I'm not interested in ranked because it locks the kits up during a round. I feel this limits player options and encourages bringing the most milktoast builds possible that counter the most situations. Please unlock swapping gear mid round, it's not any more competitive imo and simply makes the mode less fun overall than WT. It's why I personally don't play ranked.
Ranked and WT should also be as close as possible gameplay wise imo. I think ranked should just be for the stricter matchmaking for the most part, not for any "competitive" illusions via the rules. The game isn't any more fair with the changed up rules, it's just different imo.
ALSO share WT emerald progress between WT and all other modes. The emerald grind is already kind of annoying. I'm near the end of gold because I tend to take breaks from this game. I can't play ranked or other modes even if I wanted to because I know I won't be earning WT progress. It's feels stupid imo. The other modes should be considered "side events" of WT and earn a bit of progress. Still less than WT, but some kind of progress. Ranked should earn full progress. It's ridiculous it doesn't. You're basically encouraging people to burnout from your game the way you've got it set up.
Rework the single action revolver skin when using ads because is so goofy and block some part of your POV, Red Dead Redemption 2 have a single actions revolver but when aiming down sight in first person they don’t do that goofy animation.

I propose a randomized skill pool for (for example) weapon skins.
There, you could add skins you have to the mix and leave out those you don’t like as much or don’t want to see.
It would be bound for each build and switch the skin per respawn.
That way everyone can easily play with all their favorite skins, charms, stickers without needing to change them for every (whole) round manually.
This game is so heavily focused on having the most amazing skins I’ve ever seen in a game. Please don’t let that go to waste.

So light r intended to be used as a scout class that can assasinate single ppl with burst dmg, the only gun that can do it without getting destroyed is xp54 imo,because medium having ak,fcar and famas with 250 hp is crazy,lights have mostly 0 chances to do it. And while u have ability to scount with the specialization u can do it outside only in big areas,and u cant scout in close spaces like buildings for example,because either u face a medium or heavy and u get destroyed for sure.
In S1 there was wallhack gadget for medium,tbh I liked it very much and the tweaked version of it wasnt that broken tbh.
Why not give light class that wallhack specialization,it would help them with the scouting ability in closed section and additionally find isolated targets to elliminate.

Tazer re-work - (Extremely frustrating to play against as any class, it needs to be more of a team gadget than a free kill for bad players) -
Now only prevents sprinting and gadget / ability use for 4-5 seconds, people can walk normally, all screen shake removed and tazer ui effect can stay.
Grenade -
Add indicator or lower to 100 damage max
And make all grenade lines actually accurate or remove them, since none of them are accurate
Mp5 -
Maybe 10% less damage falloff at range and keep the CQB damage as is to avoid clips like below, quite sad how little damage perfect 34 round tracks do at range.
Will actually make it more competitively viable while not touching m11 supremacy at closer ranges.

Overtuned currently due to everything else being nerfed, to bring it in line lower the headshot multiplier to x1.5 or x1.75 (different breakpoints are hit on the higher one)

New players (and players who only play quick cash) will see the name "World Tour" and either ignore it or not want to play it since it is is called "World Tour" not Cashout. As Cashout is THE FINALS' main mode, in most cases these players will think World Tour is some other mode, NOT Cashout. So I would like it very much if you thought about this change.

revolver feels very unfun to play compared to the past
- the way reticle moves when shooting if you use the sight puts you already at a disadvantage compared to other weapons - where reticle is staying at the same place
- the way some of the ironsights are missaligned with the place you are shooting at (ironsights are slightly above)
- the fact that ironsight even if it's aligned is not really good for aiming (there should be more color difference/indicator on the ironsight compared to the rest of the skin, maybe somehow lit up so it's not affected that much by the lighting of the maps)
- and the last, most important one, it doesn't feel powerful at all. it's hard to get headshots consistently with 6 bullets in mag only even after grinding this weapon non stop for one season, and then playing it more every once in a while. you just get obliterated by famas, or leave lights at 1 hp after 2 shots
I really wish one of the devs would give revolver a try for a longer period of time to see how frustrating it is to play and in what kind of state it is right now 😦

Should I even mention the hammer since you mentioned the sword >.>. 3 of any class will delete any class. Yes you died before you could even turn around but have you played light? They literally have half your hp if you died before you can even turn around imagine how often they must randomly explode before they can even turn around.
Honestly if you're getting blown up by 3 lights in any mode esp by shorty/db as heavy then then you couldn't of been with your team they have to get literally in melee range to do any sort of significant damage with those weapons. Shoot 3 mediums with the cl-40 will blow you up quicker then the lights because of the range.

I really find Powershift to be the most fun game mode, but the maps are sorely lacking in variety.. Fortune Stadium, Vegas, Bernal would add a lot of replayability. Sometimes I'll play Powershift a few rounds, but after going from SysHorizon to Kyoto back to SysHorizon too many times I'll just log off.
Even if the Powershift routes for the new maps needs some fine-tuning, the variety itself would really make the overall experience better.

Recon sense could work perfectly fine I feel if it was a a sonar originating from the player that EVERYONE sees the pulse of that could be avoided by standing still, and if the scan only showed a static, in place sonar ping of whomever it hit.
The problem with recon was that all you knew was that someone was using it, which wasn't helpful info really within the distance it was able to see. And it was a live constantly tracking spot of everyone. There was literally 0 counter play for it. If you could stand still to avoid it, it made a loud noise as it activated, etc, along with the changes mentioned above, it would be balanced I think. It would basically just be a long range, avoidable sonar scan that you could tell was about to go off if you were close enough. Plus you'd be able to tell where it came from. It'd have tradeoffs, which is what it was missing before. It was just free info.
I seriously dislike the really lazy way the devs just got rid of it and the explosive totem event instead of reworking them properly.
I'm so fucking tired of FAMAS. I don't care that its an "anti-light" weapon, its too damn accurate to do SO MUCH DAMAGE

Because you're looking at it from a one sided perspective of "oh i died it must be that light is the issue" So of course people are going to come back explain the issue you had (dieing to a light) isn't inherently the classes issue, because getting shot by 3 of any class will indeed kill you.
You're specific issue was taking 452 damage before you could turn around and your talking about it like its a light issue.
You're allowed to have an opinion, and people are allowed to disagree with your opinion and point out the flaws of said opinion.
- I think 3 gadget slots are too few for a Medium who has two of the most effective gadgets for vertical and horizontal mobility. 4 slots feels like a great solution for Medium only, and if you thought I was asking for a defib slot, I think the ability to revive an ally should be tied to the ability to heal them, especially since the defib revives at half health. With this change, 4 gadget slots for Medium will really feel like a place for creativity and strategic planning, and will also give Medium players a sense of being a tactical leader that the rest of the team can count on.
- Speaking of gadgets, I think it would be nice for Mediums to have some kind of health pack, but one that would only heal them for, say, a third or a quarter of their health. If it doesn't break the balance, then you could add the ability to give this health pack to teammates, but keep the healing amount tied to max health.
- A spec that increases running speed and/or jump height for yourself and nearby allies seems flexible enough for the archetype to me. Imagine Lucio's ability to do the same from Overwatch, but without the passive.
- A gadget that slows down enemies (and allies, if it doesn't upset the balance) and prevents them from parkouring. Could be in the form of a liquid that spills on the floor. It's flammable, but when it catches fire, it quickly evaporates, creating smoke in the area of its former effect.
- A gadget that allows you to push yourself, allies, and enemies away from the point of use. Deploys like Goo nade.
TL;DR Give medium more personality!

- Tie defib to heal beam spec
- Give self-heal for 3rd of hp (gadget)
- Give spec for faster running and higher jumping for self and near teammates (buff for 10 seconds mb)

And both of those maps absolutely neuter any kind of movement chaining and they're fucking HUGE maps. there is not a single place in fortune stadium that allows you to chain a launchpad into a jump pad or zipline. you cant do any kind of slide hopping or bunnyhopping to carry momentum because you ALWAYS get launched into a wall. for example, the HUGE screen area that's recessed into the face of the big building on Fortune Stadim (FS for short) why are there not a bunch of window there so you can chain a launch pad into through the windows to access the building? instead you're forced to use your utility to get in OR just run the stairs. either way, you're at a disadvantage trying to get in for the objective. or another one, the sections that you ripped from Seoul (lazy fucking map making BTW) you added a raised walkway around the perimeter (that nobody uses) and all it does is keep you from being able to get a launchpad down, or slide hop into a grapple. it forces you to lose all momentum, run forward, then use a mobility. and since you don't have the forward momentum anymore, you go up instead of out and its basically pointless. every. single. launchpad. in FS is like that. straight in to a wall, or screen, or off the map. even the areas that are a bit more open are hindering your movement! the lip on the top of the orange buildings for example. it CONSTANTLY causes you to smack your head and not be able to get up. especially in the ally by the glass building. all you gotta do is move the lip to the inside of the building instead of having it jut out. the map does not even need a full rework. just carve out sections of the buildings to allow for jump pad chaining, grapple hook momentum, ect. maybe even a couple slanted roofs or domes. SOMETHING.
Please hide ranks in ranked, many Teams don’t dare to attack ruby players. The ruby team is getting free vaults…
Light simply exposes bad positioning and bad mechanical skill. That's why it crushes in low ELO and gets vastly less efficient when facing better opponents.
And while it doesn't necessarily warrant a nerf it does mean that most new players / casual will always hate playing against them. I really do think that a lot of people quit this game because of lights (even know some).

My idea for a light nerf
1: replace the stun gun with a Taser, making it more of a close range weapon.
2: remove the m11 or the xp, they're basically the same and light already has extra weapons.
3: make the throwing knives harder to aim, or do less damage.
nerf defib, should always revive with 150 hp. nerf Heavy Charge dmg from 130 to 100 PLEASE ITS WAY TOO MUCH DAMAGE.

I think that's the issue with the game atm. Instead of people adapting to things they just want whatever they dislike nerfed. Then it creates a cycle of the next thing that appears because of the nerf getting nerfed. Beta/s1/s2 Heavies were all the rage because of nukes and rpg. Then people hated recon. There is always another target once one thing gets nerfed. Currently its light and stun next it'll be heavy or medium again.
I mean a great example is the model it became "op" because everything else got nerfed. It wasn't buffed into the meta it fell into the meta because things like the scar got nerfed. So what happend it also got nerfed.
Imo they should be adding not removing or nerfing things to the point where they aren't used. I don't know the last time I saw someone use c4 or breaching charge at all. I pretty much only see sniper & tracking dart used in powershift. Almost never see the MGL32 or spear used anymore.

Hey guys, I love the game and I would like to suggest a few things:
- Please add a minimum lvl for ranked tournament.
- AFKs on ranked should be penalized.
- More healing options on the map.

weak healing gadgets for light and heavy that are also usable by medium would be cool. it would give comps without medium a fighting chance in high-level play, and also allow medium to make a full-on support loadout if they want. im kinda hoping and praying the overhealth mechanic from last season and healing barrels are precursors to that, since the only source of healing being healing beam has made it a must-pick since the game began (and why its been nerfed like 10 times since then).
Two quick suggestions that I think would be fairly easy to implement:

Let us save outfits. That way we can save something and come back to it later, or more realistically, apply that saved outfit to a different class without having to manually pick all the options.

Player Badge - Allow us to choose whether or not to show Ranked or World Tour rank in the upper left of the badge, which frees up the "fixed" World Tour Rank badge allowing us to freely choose the three displayed badges, rather than just the two we currently can change.

I like the heal barrel but I worry about a potential heal gadget. So much info comes from enemy health bars, if they can just run around a corner and start healing sooner than regeneration, it could break the attack flows

Current setup is a coin flip on the first vault, and punishes advanced movement by the team with the further spawn.

Also they are obnoxious to play against, most players play Light, and news flash, most of them suck, they are annoying as team mates too... and if someone is really really good, they are oppressive. The design/balance is so off, bottom line, they are annoying.

This game needs a health update, I’ll gladly take an L on one weeks store update to just fix all the little minor things that lead up to tonight’s/today’s(wherever you peeps are in the chat) crash. Like the game is so good and we can totally still get some more players but I think for the sanity of all the fans (virtual and real) a good refresh would really turn some things around.

I think the best solution to the Light problem is to not let new players play them right away. Let new players learn to play archetypes gradually, make a separate Quick Cash for new players limited to only one archetype: medium builds play only against medium builds, heavy only against heavy, and only lastly, light against light. When you learn to play an archetype, you begin to understand its weaknesses, and therefore you will play better against the archetype.
At the same time, I believe that the developers are not investing in marketing the game yet and are working on creating enough content and balancing the gameplay before launching a stream of new players.
Is there a reason why this game has no further player stats, no social infos (other players rank, performance, overall stats), no all chat and no kind of leaver/surrender compensation?

- Increase the netcode/tickrate/servers. Maybe it's lag compensation ? Getting kill at 3m far from a hammer/sword or behind a wall / door / cover is not ACCEPTABLE
- BAN CHEATERS AND TOXIC PLAYER. AND PERMA BAN !
- Do something for the matchmaking
- Let us choose our sight weapons at the beginning of a game
- Let us go in practice with friends please
- Delete low gravity event. It's not fun at all.
- Fix events appear in front of the scoreboard
- Random skin and charm list for weapons/gadgets
- Add a TDM mode 5v5 in small arena
- We shouldn't lost point in ranked when a team mate leave the squad and didn't play during the round
- Let us invite friends or join them in group even if we are not the group leader
- Add the possibility to look at the profil/card of friends
- Patch the level up bug on weapons at the end of matches. It's been here since many months now
- Dash is trash with your netcode. Servers can't register a dash behind a cover and you will die anyway
- Give us the possibility to customize rules in private match
- More Limited Time Mode (LTM) in the game please or more XP event.
- Let us use our VR for XP weapons or other things (not from me but very interresting idea !)
** For balance **
- Buff Light survability or DPS. Light should be the DPS class but the game is always around Medium and Heavy class
- NERF MODEL. Increase spray or decrease damage
- If you don't wanna nerf the grenade frag damage, add an indicator or make them more visual
- Nerf Deagle damage/range
- Nerf Shak damage
- Buff XP54 damage like it was !
- NERF CHARGE'N'SLAM DAMAGE. 95 DMG is enough instead of 130
- No more dmg on hook. It's nonsense. If hook do damage, stun gun should do too !
- Flamethrower and hook should NOT get you through walls or other.
- Nerf the right clic + Dash on Light. You couldn't dash with your sword or dagger charge
- Kill, Assist, Revive and Objectives points should add more points in ranked
- Spawn are still trash. You can wipe a squad on vault and they will respawn on the Cashout waiting for killing you. But after get wipe by them, YOU SPAWN AT 100M and MORE
- Rework defib: Reduce the cooldown reset to 5s and give 100HP instead of 50% of your HP. It will force Medium to revive more safety !
- Remove the 5s leave. It didn't change anything

For the balance I agree with the K, KA, and Revive obj changes ur RS depending on your performance. spawns are garbage.

Can we please get a "poor sport" queue? It's really annoying to be banned from queing for 10 minutes just because I left one match and didn't wanna reconnect because my teammate was overly toxic/annoying/etc. If someone gets reported a lot for toxicity, it'd be great if they just get put in a different queue that prioritizes putting them with similar people. Treat it like dota where you have to win a few matches to get out of the queue.

sword and dagger need the dash to be effective otherwise everyone can run away as you are slowed down significantly
i agree the defib rework was good and they should decrease the length of the 'defib sickness' but giving (every?) class 100hp is a bad idea think about how heavy would be nerfed especailly when a lot of heavy and lights dmg is from gadgets and specs if it was changed to 75% of a players health with a 5sec 'sickness' it would be pretty good

There are now invisible players all over the place. Not a single match goes by without an invisible mosquito going around. This is honestly really horrible and the game is really not as fun in the current state.

lowest pick rate I imagine, especially prevalent in lower elo lobbies. It was the lowest pick rate back when heavy was more meta than it is now, I imagine it's gotten more severe.
I am a Medium main, but for (1) I think is already strong like this. If you give them one extra slot, imagine having an MMM team with 3 extra slots than default. I would suggest adding a PASSIVE SLOT to all classes, and that slot depending on what you equip in it, gives you a PASSIVE ABILITY, e.g.: a HEALING CHARM would grant the Medium a shorter time for manual revive. This way, the M can leave the defib to equip something else.
(2) It has been suggested many times: a Healing Bomb that operates like the Light's Vanishing Bomb. Sort of the current Healing Lantern that is now on the world tour maps, without the mist that is left behind it.
(3) again, passive abilities.
(4) so Jelly Barrels and their gadget version of them. I don't know how much players will like it, especially that everyone hates the water zones in KYOTO. I would also suggest an Ice Barrel, to make things slippery.
(5) that's an anti-gravity vortex, or a white-hole, and I feel like it is on it's way. It would operate contrary to a gravity vortex.
@signal basin about the Light's survivability. Honestly, whenever I have to play as a Light, I find it VERYYY EASY to survive (especially with the evasive dash) if only you don't goet blood-thirsty and want to put a one-man show. My reaction time is not that high, that's why I feel light is too fast for me, but still I always manage to preform well with it because as a medium main, I am used to TEAMPLAY, which most Lights don't have in their dictionaries.

Nade grappling being removed is genuinely just a lame patch because while I can imagine it being unintended it was fun and wasn’t so overpowered that every light was switching to grapple (majority stuck to invis or dash anyways), it was a fun way to get clips and interact with the mechanics of the game which devs seem to hate. The mechanics of this game were what attracted a lot of players but the devs seem to enjoy removing them and making the game more bland

Please please please fix ranked, I devoted myself to grinding hour by hour for the past month and I finally reached gold, then the game decided to pull a shitty twist and give me an ark teammate, then 2 troll heavies who emoted in front of enemies then a billion afk players and console players who would run off on there own to die, I’m already bronze again, there needs to be a greater decrease of rs loss for afk teammates, also a decrease of your teammates are a full rank lower than you, etc. at this point it’s almost impossible to get a net positive rs increase in one day, due to the extreme punishing, and the extreme amount of time it takes to regain lost score, I like the new system overall but it NEEDS major changes to be fair

Heavy Specialization concept: Glitch Knife/Axe
Toss a knife/axe that releases three pulses of a glitch AoE. Cannot be stopped by APS, but can be shot.
Here's where it gets spicy. The knife/axe can not only stick to surfaces, but also players. Hitting an enemy with the knife causes it to get stuck. Teammates can shoot it off of them. It should deal a decent amount of damage. Possibly 50? Give if a decently harsh throwing arc and fairly slow velocity.
This would be a powerful tool to deny enemies with things like Dash, Grapple, Demat, Jump, etc. From easily escaping, but requires landing a direct hit if they don't want people to simply walk away from it.

I am not sure if its possible because it sounds like a coding nightmare. But it would be very cool having the KS-23 slugs have a special property where the 1st slug to hit a certain radius of wall will act as normal and deal material damage. The 2nd slug will also damage but the slug will travel through the wall to hit contestants. And any following slugs will also punch through until there is enough damage to break the wall. I feel like this would give it a lot more utility and relying on teammates for detection to breach heavily fortified teams. Since the fire rate is slow enough the enemy does have some time to react to the fact that there is about to be slugs coming through the wall so there is some interesting back and forth there,

You should not be able to hold a weapon while invis. You should need to decloak first (with some decloak time, maybe 0.5s) then shoot. The same way you need to drop your shield as heavy and pull up your weapon before you can shoot. Same like demat. Why is is that all of lights abilities can be used while shooting, but none of medium or heavy abilities can be used while shooting or holding a weapon?
Fix desync. Make anti gravity cube stick to walls and push directionally. Also make it throw further

who are from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and it's funny that they're on NA server, but it's for the same reason that SA doesn't have people to matchmaking with at all, that's what I've been noticing.

Currently we really do need a way of communicating via text channels from pc to console.
Running a club with 48 members is extremely difficult via current system on console (my primary way to play).
if anyone is unaware~ console currently doesn’t have & can’t read any chats in any way whatsoever. Yes even through the club page
For this I have not been able to let any Xbox players into the club through request as there’s no way I’m able to communicate to them.
PlayStation- I had to create a spreadsheet of all the names & send a PlayStation wide messages to these players.
Pc- I have to run the finals on a separate system just to communicate with the club in game.

Yes, the only way of troubleshooting this is to use a completely separate platform, which many of my club members had to download just to participate & have access to communication channels.
I really don’t mind if you implement text chat or not, but you need to enable the chat log through party & club as it’s severely restricting not only me, but all members from communicating.

Lh1 and knives are actually fine but the Sword and Dual blade one can deflect every single bullet even if you shoot at the legs which doesn't makes any sense and other one can become invisible or use dash once both gets close to you its over, fact is all the meele weapons which does direct hit should be nerfed of every class even the hammer that thing only does 1 hit kills
to counter the melees you just have to work on positioning and if they are really annoying you try glitch mines/grenades
plus stuff like goo works well
That's honestly a good point. Make Cloak activation like Thermal/Demat-Activation (You can't shoot out of cloak). So you can't jump on enemies anymore. This way you have to be more careful how to use it. But then it needs some buff-compensation.

So light r intended to be used as a scout class that can assasinate single ppl with burst dmg, the only gun that can do it without getting destroyed is xp54 imo,because medium having ak,fcar and famas with 250 hp is crazy,lights have mostly 0 chances to do it. And while u have ability to scount with the specialization u can do it outside only in big areas,and u cant scout in close spaces like buildings for example,because either u face a medium or heavy and u get destroyed for sure.
In S1 there was wallhack gadget for medium,tbh I liked it very much and the tweaked version of it wasnt that broken tbh.
Why not give light class that wallhack specialization,it would help them with the scouting ability in closed section and additionally find isolated targets to elliminate.
PLS ADD WALLHACK SPECIALIZATION THAT WAS ON MEDIUMS FOR LIGHTS,aswell as giving grapple a second charge because although cooldown is low its still doesnt feel better alternative than dash or invis

Well, the theoretical is quite good, but it's stupidly easy to miss at range, it's stupidly easy to miss up close, and one single missed burst puts it at utter trash in too many situations.
In too many game modes it's PAINFULLY hit or miss, based not on skill of the user but RNG of the situation you find yourself in from one second to the next.
If it had a better hipfire CoF, at least it could help itself up close and offset it to a modest degree, or if it had better ADS move speed it could strafe well enough to be less bad, but as it currently stands it's in that jack of no trades, master of none either category.
And then the FCAR's even worse thanks to it's shit recoil making it useless after 3-4 rounds until you spend half your mag (when you need it most) putting it firmly in "SMG but worse" territory (because it's hipfire is also pretty bad for it's other stats).
And the sad part is it could easily be made on-par with the AK with a few tweaks.
Worse still, they've strayed it so far from the gun it's based on that it's now effectively a Thompson SMG with a 25rnd stick mag.
Because the thing damned sure isn't firing a massive .308 bullet like the SCAR does IRL, that's for sure.
At this point, they should migrate it's stats over to a new gun that matches it's stats like a short barrel pistol caliber carbine (IE the Aero Precision EPC-9) and make the FCAR a hard hitting slow firing gun like an automatic version of the Light's V9S but with less fire rate and more damage at range.
The V9S is actually almost a PERFECT hard hitting AR too, if it weren't for the damage drop off being too great and the fire rate being too fast.

It sounds like a good idea, but it's really not in the best interests for anyone but the top 0.01% of players.
Because they fundamentally play differently.
If you're top 100 in the world, you've got a 99.9% accuracy at 0-30m, and 85% or better at +50m.
If that's the case, the only weapons you EVER use are pike, sniper, or LH1.
As far as gadgets/utilities, they never use like 2/3rds, because they aren't meta for players who never fail to spot a mine or miss a throw, nor are they meta against such players.
The top 100 aren't even playing the same game, from a practical standpoint.
They're the absolute LEAST valuable input players to consider when trying to balance for an audience of more than 200 people on the planet.

I think it would be neat if each daily contract gave you 200 fans, for a nice sustained extra reward for playing and logging in each day, as the exp very quickly gets worthless and the fans grind takes substantially longer

TBH, detection "telemetry" should make turrets a SERIOUS threat if you're detected.
IE, they aimbot for the head (150% damage against detected enemies), they INSTANTLY snap to and lock on to detected enemies within their range (rather than slowly pan in their direction before firing), and they prioretize detected enemies over others (so they can't be kited by another guy to cover for the detected enemy).
Also, they should always prioretize lowest hp enemies if they have more than 1 target already in LoS.
As you said, no one really runs it much, and the reason is pretty obvious. Outside of powershift they're more than "kinda" ass.
I don't see LH1 losing any ammo over being the only gun in the game that has all optics options (or any other gun losing ammo over the red dot, for that matter).

All got similar benefits, but no nerf for them (and the V9S is a GOD tier CQC weapon if you can fire it fast and accurate, which isn't hard).
FCAR's recoil is now more than triple the other AR recoils (as per 2.2.0 "Adjusted recoil pattern to make the weapon less easy to control" patch notes) and it was already the harshest of the lot.

When a person has activated a cloak, he shouldn't be able to use his gun. But he should go faster while sneaking/crouching and a bit faster normally. Crouching should make lesser noise and make him very slightly more invisible.
When the cloak is de-activated, there should be a noise-cue and a short animation delay (like, the light pulling out a device to deactivate) for like 1-2 seconds.
Make cloak duration a bit longer.
Some gadgets still can be used, eg: Thermal Vision, Gravity Vortex, Gateway, etc. to help people still overwhelm and trick opponents.
All of this should encourage people to use cloak as a spec to use when sneaking past or tricking or overwhelming or getting away from people, and, in my head, make using the cloak more satisfying and fun.

U don't need to frag out, ur class isn't meant to be like that ur a team player and already have the best movement options in the game, medium is the best class rn so I wouldn't start complaining abt light rn cuz it's the worst class in the game rn any buff it gets is needed. Then for heavy,i don't think u understand how sluggish they are, they easily get beamed and the Lewis gun and m60 have harder recoil patterns than the fcar. it's one of the worst weapons in the game still, alongside spear and such. It's countered by movement, explosives and well, just shooting it at close ranges and flanking. The offensive TTK is also quite rubbish. A limit to a weapon's use isn't a good idea imo, no sense in forcing people to play something they don't want to rather than address the weapon's balance. Turrets as well are the worst medium spec by quite a lot.

@bright nexus Im in NA i tried different servers and different times! You probably either cant tell either because you gotten used to it and confusing them with really good players. Other than that there is a cheating problem im not the only one facing them. Ive seen multiple complaints ive legit reported and banned total of 15. Some i cant cause they toggle it on or off when their teammate are dying or dead just to even their odds. So at this point i rather just not touch rank. If they dont have a good anti cheat then give us input based mm or console vs console. Cause i cannot find a rank game on console like i did in season 2

Embark. You loose your entire player base. Its almost 2 weak server are unolayable, and almost 3 season they suck in general. Hitreg, performance, lag... Its the worst i ever played on an FPS game. Platform on seoul are not playable. 3/4 time i get bounced in middle of nothing, gadget move alone when deployed and you dont know when they stop. Like..m really? Im a fan of this game since B0. Have 1k h on this game, spent a lot of many... But wtf, things getting worse and worse every season.
Thank you Embark for the most recent changes to quick cash spawns, It's much more manageable now with the added benefits of keeping the original intentions that teammates will spawn together. I can now play the game mode again without it being too overtly overwhelming even for The Finals.

I'm sry medium main who dosnt know that medium is a support class but ur wrong. Medium has a lota team util so they don't need to frag out to be of value to their team. What team util does light have? Not much, but what util light has is for killing so it makes sence for them to frag out. I don't think u know how useful it is to have a teammate that melts all enemy's that stand in the way of ur team. Also, (still on the topic of classes roles) heavy has a lot of destructive power and defensive power which is why a lot of mesh sheild mains are useful. If people stick to their roles in their team u get a better chance to win. Medium should stick to support when lights and heavys are on their team,cuz that would bring the most value.

I know you might have not been playing the previous season, but this is all part of the sponsorship deal. At the end of the day, this is how they want sponsorship to work: it's not just a free battle pass, it's a loyalty to the game and to the sponsor.

it literally just forced static metas and discourages counterplay. EXAMPLE Why would you ever use gas grenades when someone could just so happen to have fire and completely negate your build? It makes no sense. We at least need a small reserve of 2 items

you either go quick cash, which is basically one randomizer of a match where literally nothing matters and winning is pretty much up to chance
or you go world tour/ranked, where matches last up to an hour, youre locked into whatever you want to use, certain item picks are looked down upon, your teammates rely on you and leaving is not an option
this often leaves the choice between too casual or too serious
5v5 single round cashout would fill that missing middle ground pretty well

it encourages counterplay. counterpicking is not counterplay. your build relies on gas but someone else has fire? get creative and pick up smoke canisters or ask a teammate to throw smoke nades on your gas to protect it from fire. or target the guy that has pyro nades before throwing gas.
counterpicking is way less in depth and kills games (overwatch is a prime example of this, as theyve been trying for years to move their game away from counterpicks)

Sry mate, when did I say that mediums shouldn't frag out? I stated they don't NEED to, to provide value to their team. Also, if u have a heavy running mesh sheild and a light, trust me when I say ur heavy will love u if u use heal beam. And every medium should at least have defib in their reserve it's useful. And medium can support their team by providing movment(jump ad and zip) and demat creates holes in walls to get flanks, so mediums dot need to play healer to provide support to their team. Also,by the "let me play how I want" is a statement of "yeah I don't play ranked or wt", there's nothing wrong with being a casual, just don't start shit talking in the games feedback cuz someone has a diff opinion.
@wind meteor ur not fully invis when still, u can see a faint outline, sure u have to train urself to see it but it's not hard to do and lots of people have done it (at least for ranked or wt), so if u stand still the chances of u not getting spotted rely on the player being bad or good.

No bonus page because I do feel like those items should be exclusive and no coins because there should be some incentive to buying the newest one.

The Revolver (Medium) needs a change of heart. Keeping all the stats (Reload included) it has now. But giving it A hip-firing, Fast Draw.

@old burrow , Know this, The reasoning of the idea to exist. Is not to make it accurate. It's to make it less accurate by -10% less but let you fire the gun fast enough to finish off enemies. But also letting the <Right Click> to aim the weapon like the original we have. But at least making the hip-fire more enjoyable. (Know this, The Pike, Yet beats the The Revolver by long shot. But at least make both of them head to head. It would be really nice to have a close/medium range pistol with 6 bullets. (It's not focused to be meta).

I think ranked Powershift could use a min 1, max 3 for classes.
That way there will never be 5 lights or other combos, the chances of 4 otp's on the same team is low, and people who can fill will rise quicker. And if we only do a mini ranked spree for a month we can vet if it is plausible for an established rank game mode

Just that medium as “support role” is weird, or any class as a certain role is strange. The game allows for very different play styles to thrive regardless of class or predisposed “role”

AI spawn my sweet crap. in the finals round when we wiped the enemy team if we are taking the box to a certian cashbox why do they spawn there itself before we can even place the cashbox in. i have lost so many finals rounds like this. maybe it would not be a issue for players in full stack team but when u play solo with no comms its a GG when that happens

90 damage (on back hit only no less) compared to 50 anywhere is not worth it, especially with its increased time between attacks
i would just make tapping m2 always charge it fully, and fire it on release (so we don't get misfires anymore just because we couldn't tell when exactly the knife was perfectly raised)
maybe as small buff, keeping sprint speed until you have fully charged it, only being slowed on holding the charge would be good

So what if they have access to the only sniper rifle in a chaotic game where most people are worrying about mid to close range attacks and objectives?

1: replace the stun gun with a Taser, making it more of a close range weapon.

The main menu could be a small zone for players to wander around and meet each other. Emote and hangout. If your connection is spotty you could load in alone. (it could even be held in the firing range or a zone simliar to it).
the things we select in the menu could be setup in that area via NPC's (strengthening our connections to the Lore, have kiosks or shops for our sponsors and Mall like shops to buy our clothes and emotes from). imagine an armoury, a clothing shop for various sponsors, a general store for bundles/new arrivals.
or quickly accessed from the pause button (maybe itd zoom in on your character and show the OG menu around around you but in the same space.)
a 'la MMO's like PSO2.

FIX THE SPAWNING!!!! I just played through two rounds of a tournament where my team was constantly 3rd partied over every single cashout and vault we ever got. We started cashouts 5 times and opened vaults 4 times across those two rounds, and we had to defend against two other teams attacking us for every single one. Every single one. Whoever owned the other cashout got by for free. How can this be allowed to happen?

Embark, Light is still the weakest of the 3 classes by a big margin regardless of:
- M11/Throwing Knives which are not even close to overtuned let alone OP
- Stun gun which is only good for stealing vaults/disabling specs in teamfight, stealstop is easy to counter, stun for kills is bad for the Light
- Highest speed bc literally have to, to out-maneuver/flank base kit vs base kit
- Numerically better weps bc literally have to, +100/200 HP means M/H are always favored head-on, aka forces Lights to go for ambush 1v1s, which Light STILL loses w/o better weps, otherwise enemy can turn and win even when surprised
- Quickest regen bc literally have to, only 150 HP, losing even tiny amount shifts 2 tap to 1 tap/3 tap to 2 tap/etc, M/H have more HP, H has multiple ways to stall for regen to kick in
- Gateway (plug meta)/Stun Gun are only uniques worth taking primary, Glitch/Thermal Vision are reserves, rest too situational to maps/modifiers/meh weps or OK but worse than frags
- Mobility bc Light literally about flanking/outmaneuvering/ambushing, needs to outpace M with Jump and/or Zip/Dodge C&S/Winch Claw/etc, no point playing Light if M keeps up or outpaces Light/can’t dodge things balanced around being dodgeable
- Smallest hit box bc so little HP sneezing kills them
- Being able to use weps/gadgets during abilities bc only 150 HP and Light would be trash if they had to wait like the classes with 250/350 HP do, literally can’t win encounters unless only minimal time to react
- SR-84 which is dogshit, esp. close unless nonstop headshot quickscope on demand, and even so, other weps still better bc slow RoF/small mag
- Melee weps worse than almost every gun
- M/H weps w/ high-self damage so they can’t literally bomb themselves point blank and win by virtue of higher HP/visual noise fucking over aiming/floor falling apart
- Literally highest pick rate, especially for casuals who ARE THE ONES ENJOYING PLAYING LIGHT bc high mobility and flashy tools = widely appealing

To be honest: lacking in platform routes is a big one, I'm not trying to learn one route, I just want there to be chaos with and let my brain go to work.
Like imagine how much fun it would be to go through the Monaco cathedral length wise (90 degrees from how it normally does) with floating platforms? Would be sick.
Or what if the platform had two paths it could follow halfway down the line? And whichever way you leaned it would go? Like a river rapids fork.
We have so much cool shit to explore, I can't imagine how hard it would be to implement or test.
For crying out loud fix the goddamn servers. Every match I play has at least a couple of moments where I just can't move for multiple seconds. Hitreg is all over the place, probably for the same reason. Full XP54 mag of mostly headshots don't kill a medium anymore, LH1 doesn't hit while I CLEARLY have my sights on him at very close range, the list goes on. Game is starting to feel worse every time I play it.

Has anyone wondered about the healing trowables around the map during the new year event and thought a healing canister would work in the finals?
Im talking yellow canister that on inpact heals for a certain amount like lets say 100-50hp
They could really be doing more with World Tour. It sucks that the minor change or gimmick of one week just disappears for the rest of the season while another equally small change takes it's place unless it's an opening week or sponsor showdown which add nothing. I'd be fine with the emerald xp grind if WT was actually treated like a test server within a map pool. We've had almost no new map variations or in-game events since S1 (Winter Kyoto being the exception), no new maps (or any changes) added to TA or PS since S3, no new mainstay game modes since S2, and the MGL has needed an overhaul since S1.
Ideas that could be good or bad but are still ideas:
- Each round in a WT tournament takes you to a different map of any variation, emphasizing the "Tour" aspect (i.e. Round 1: Bernal New Variation, Round 2: Seoul Under Construction, Round 3: Las Vegas, Standard)
- Either switch the game mode of WT each sponsor (i.e. Vaiiya weeks are Cash Out, Iseul-T's are Terminal Attack, etc.) or keep each week's change in Cash Out for the rest of the season, continually adding changes leading up to the Sponsor Showdown
- First week of the season should be the only opening week.
- Add milestone WT rewards and weekly challenges so it's not so similar to Ranked rewards (i.e. play one match of WT each week to earn a WT facemask or heal 500 dmg with healing barrels for a lunar lantern head)
- Better incorporate the sponsor "competition" into WT, maybe an alignment que option that places you with fellow signees
mgl is really fun, its just hard to learn
the very thing making it interesting is what makes it not something for everybody
i really hope that any changes it gets keep the core mechanic of the bounce intact
or that we just get a 2nd grenade launcher for heavy that can cover the more basic needs some think about when they want to use explosives
that one can then be rebalanced as seen fit without effecting those who have come to love mgl as it is with all its quirks
fix the respawn spots at least(cashout and vault spots as well in a perfect world), this is unplayable. not even gonna talk about sbmm in WT and anticheat. i want to play this game, but the game doesn't want to be played. My suggestion is less about the game and more about the cosmetics. Generally pistols are easier to create animations for (primary example being the revolver) I think a good reload animation for any of the automatic rifles in the game would be for the character to drop the weapon entirely and pull out another one or for the character to replace the weapon instead of the magazine.

interrupting a steal only happens in very skill-dependant scenarios
@brittle obsidian oh yeah im happy about THAT, but even to have an opportunity in the first place you have to either face a team taking an unsafe steal or actively let the enemy team get to a safe steal opportunity

the perfect fix for this challenge's annoyingness at higher skill levels is to make enemies getting off the cashout when you're in their FoV also progess it
the criteria for interruption were made waaaaay more lenient, literally do any damage to them and it counts. gas nades/mines make it a pretty free challenge

The problem with the game is that theres 2 sides of the player base, theres casual (the side which usually complains about lights) and then competitive (the side that wants a light buff) so theres no real way to balance lights so both sides are satisfied.
There is. Both sides of the game are actually complaining about the same problem: light's specializations. Dash and cloak need to be reworked in ways that make their effectiveness dependent on the skill of the user instead of the opponent, and then light will be in a much better place.

I don't even know why some players bother playing the game. Just quit a Power Shift game because I was matched with 4 lights who didn't care in the slightest about the objective. I was at 1500 objective by the time the first one of them even touched the platform. And one of them quit before I did.

I really hope EMBARK is reviewing reports about toxic player behavior in RANKED. I just encountered a REALLY toxic player called "Callmedad#6604" who was extremely toxic. He threw pyro mines on us, ignited them, held my statue, and jumped around without reviving.
All of this happened because he wasn’t happy playing with two melee heavies.
We ended up losing the match since he wasn’t playing.

Please increase the incline that you can walk on. Sometimes with the destruction it's so frustrating that you can't walk up a slope that really isn't that steep
Ignore the ranks, and remember they are human too. Just play smarter when up against higher ranked players. Also remember with a decent 3 stack, anyone can make diamond this season.
because in the specific couple-of-minutes that you were matchmaking for, not enough other gold / platinum players were currently matchmaking in ranked in your region such that you could be put in two separate lobbies. The solution to the problem is for the game to have more players, or remove unranked gamemodes to condense them.

and when you win u can win 800 or lose 1200 in the first round.

The game doesn’t have strict enough matchmaking to consistently reward you with RS for making it out of the first round. This would lead to inflated ranks and ranks meaning little to nothing again just like in season 1 and 2

this is because of the tournament structure and your rank rewards being based on tournament placement. To fix it, they either need to:
- abandon the tournament structure
- make RS rewards per round, not per tournament
Personally I think 2. would lead to far fewer complaints and potentially be fairer if handled correctly.
Removing the ruby rank would not stop top players from existing. You would still see them as a high threat from their RS.

9/10 matches are borderline unplayable because of the absolutely abysmal hit registration. Movement is delayed by at least 500ms in almost every match. I get killed around corners almost exclusively. The match freezes for a few seconds for a couple of times every match. The game is fun when it works but it works so terribly in 90% of the cases that there's almost no point in booting up the game anymore.
Not to mention the idiotic Rank Score. Getting dropped into a match where EVERYONE is at least a couple ranks higher than I am (let alone my teammates), and the game expects me to make it out of the first round while the servers are broken. Not making it out of the first round drops you Rank Score by so much everything you've done up to that point has pretty much been for nothing.
My idea for a light nerf
1: replace the stun gun with a Taser, making it more of a close range weapon.
2: remove the m11 or the xp, they're basically the same and light already has extra weapons.
3: make the throwing knives harder to aim, or do less damage.
right, but its like seeing a full team of ruby rank showing on leaderboard is what i mean.
i feel like ruby ranks are getting a free pass cuz of it and ruining the whole concept of defending a cashout cuz they get a free pass.

-) Stop spawning wiped teams between the cashout and cashbox of the opposing them. A wiped team should spawn behind the team that wiped them so they can get their plug and the same teams are more likely to fight again
decrease slide friction, add customizable weapon fov, add joining specific teams to priv games, fix footstep audio inconsistencies
revert xp back to 18 damage 30 mag, nerf fcar recoil, give akm 2 bullets more, give charge n' slamm a slight windup time with an audible scream that allows for a small window of counterplay

this game has terrible tutorial and info, it feels so beta even tho it's on season 5; want an example? There is nowhere in the game to see what the World Tour modifier is, or unless you watch the cutscene which even tho I absolutely adore them and eat the sponsors up most people will simply skip it because they don't care about it and then getting frustraded playing an already sweaty match on top of having to deal with stuff you're not told/shown practically. Second is that even tho embark ditched Nexon, their market practices still remain a bit harsh for new players to get a "cool contestant" and the grindy cosmetic rewards are simply not enough. The sponsorship is great however they could've done something with clubs similar (but not quite as detailed) as the BO2 logos or just when they have 0 issue creating fire skins. The amount of coins in the premium track is fine however for its price we should be getting more bang for our buck considering that without a battlepass you cant buy legendary bundle until the next season making it pretty pointless to play the game unless you want to sweat emerald 1 or ruby or be 'good enough' to grind both. Third is gonna be the playerbase, not (just) the long queu times but also the amount of toxic, competitive wannabe players end up scaring the casuals away not just from the server but also the game in general. This game has so much going for it and it's not being wasted but it has yet to be tapped in.
LOLLLL I've spent all S3 and S 4 telling you-all here that whenever the MODEL gets nerfed, many people will switch to FAMAS and then you will regret it and will start to complain about nerfing the FAMAS. There is nothing broken about it. It's a burst weapon, which most player frown upon and don't know how to or don't want to use it. ( @errant crater you'll always have a medium's weapon to complain about, the FAMAS hadn't been touched since S3)
@pine raft often times we use the orbital laser to our advantage. By standing still below the opponents, the laser will hit their floor first.

"Evasive dash" is your friend.
@sour rose the amount of coins you get from the battle pass is equal to the amount of coins you need to buy the battle pass. So, the battle pass really refunds itself, so you're basically getting all the skins for free. Really, I don't know what the hell you're talking about when you say "however for its price we should be getting more bang for our buck"...

The famas ought to have some adjustments to make it less good up close, given that it has the longest range of the three ARs.
However nothing should be done about it until the akm, fcar and pike are buffed, since the main reason it's the best rifle is that all the others suck and have no niches.

3rd parties make this game what it is. The spawns arent the greatest but its two sides of the same coin. You’ve probably benefited from it too. Thats why fighting for a wipe over the vault is stupid. Get two picks and take the plug. 8/10 times theyll go for the res instead of the wipe.

model is still the best gun in the game bruh it does not need its damage back. fcar and ak changes are warranted though. pike can stay dead i dont need to get outsniped by the fucking support class, you can give it more rounds but its damage should stay mediocre (2 extra bullets would put its dpm on par with the other med rifles).
I don't agree with you but even if I would I don't think we should encourage targeted griefing by showing RS midgame. If one team locks in their spot in the next round they shouldn't be able to grief out the next best just because. A system like this has zero competitive integrity.

being right about what people will complain about doesnt mean the complaint is invalid. the model was (and still is in high tier play) overpowered. the famas, compared to the other medium rifles is clearly unbalanced as well. although the other 3 rifles could definitely use a small buff, the famas has no inherent weakness to keep it balanced. its a longer range burst weapon that also performs well in close quarters. this weapon has no downsides. it could use a nerf to hipfire or even a very small nerf to its time between bursts. alongside buffs to the AKM, FCAR, and Pike.

I gotta agree with the revolver boys, it feels really unfun to use tbh. Not only is the red dot sight not centered, which throws off your aim with the massive gun jump, but it seems to require a headshot every fight to match the dps of other guns. The user simply has to work way harder than anyone not using one for barely any gain.
I think upping the revolver's capacity to 7 or 8 and increasing the fire rate very slightly would work. Either that or moving some of the headshot damage to the body. Idk, something just feels frustrating about it every time I use it. I have no problems with the LH1 and the v9s, so I'm not sure what about the revolver makes it this weirdly frustrating weapon to use. You simply feel outmatched no matter how you try to use it. Unless you're literally only hitting headshots, it just feels frustrating.

Sure griefing is annoying but its 4 teams fighting for two spots. Half of the teams are winning, half are losing. Wether a competitor is petty or not is still part of competition.
