Increase the amount of fans receive per match played
Instead of forcing us to grind to Emerald 1 if we want one specific skin it would make a lot more sense to give us Emerald coins so we can buy one of the three skins. I don't need one for each class and the amount of time I have to invest if I want the specific one on E1 is insane
We need anonymous/streamer mode to hide our names in ranked. Current rank and rank score should not be visible too. Griefing is the biggest problem in high elo ranked right now

never knew how good i had it till it's gone with the xp54 ill be frank i thought the extra damage falloff would play for it but idk it feels very gimmicky to run as of the current moment tried all three specs and so far dash is the most* effective but it still feels janky with the dash backwards playstyle since i cant hold in close quarters against other guns better off running other weapons for the time being. idk give more falloff? add one more point of damage ? revert it back?

I'm level 5 in CL-40, but this is the level I got in Season 1 and the middle of Season 2.
The reason I started using CL-40 in the first place is because I was often alone in the team before the system to replace missing personnel was introduced in the open beta. When I was alone, I would steal with CL-40, guardian turret, goo grenades, gas mines, and zip lines.
CL-40 was only necessary for destroying buildings, not for killing.
I stopped using it halfway through Season 2 because I was more concerned about the defects of CL-40.
It seems that CL-40 was rampant in the previous season, but my connection was extremely bad, and CL-40 is strong only in certain situations, but lacks versatility, and is inferior to AKM in long-range combat, so I stopped using it. If medium users want to give up long-range combat, model is fine.
I don't feel it's worth using it this season either.
It's not as easy a weapon as people who don't use it think.
just fyi, most cheaters are now operating in ways that you cannot easily catch without a human examining gameplay. Embark will manually go through the ranks and prune out the cheaters at the end of the season. Not the best solution, but right now in the hacking cat and mouse game, its kinda the only best solution

Not sure if this is the right channel lol but I just got into a ranked game with only one teammate and never got a third and lost a bunch of rank because of it, I feel like they need to adjust the rules to make it to where you can leave without penalty if your team isn’t full because in a competitive mode it’s pretty unfair to be at a disadvantage like that and lose points for it

they do listen. but only when it benefits them. like for example. one requested feature was to buy items seperatly. that has given them more money than buying full bundles.
also. the only other time they listen is when lights cry about heavy. so they nerf heavy. but never touch light.

After wiping a team you pick up the cash box move to the cashout just for your box to be stolen by the team you just wiped cuz they spawned faster and closer to the cashout than you could make your way down there. AKA: it's better to let yourself die the first fight etc

Are there plans to work on the lag? I quit the finals months ago because I would consistantly lag in the finals, but not any other games (cs-go, tf2, overwatch, r6, helldivers, drg, etc...). I played again today and am constantly lagging back and teleporting into walls/where i was 2 seconds ago.
add a fair matchmaking/skillbased, optimize the game, add compensation for teammate leaving or only having 1 teammate
Bring back the old dagger! The new one is too casual, and now players who have been playing for a long time are on the same level as beginners because the dagger can’t be fully utilized anymore. It makes aggressive play impossible by slowing down the character too much. At the very least, could you remove the slowdown effect on the dagger? Embark really needs to add an 8 meter defense zone around the cash out station in world tour and in ranked, and it will require the whole team to get the cash out point, because if 1 teammate leaves the defense zone around that cash out their progress on that cash out will stop, and this will stop teams from leaving their cash out station when there's 5 or 10 seconds left before the cash out completes to go to another cash out station that's in progress by another team, so it'd be advantageous to protect your own cash out station rather then being greedy with assaulting another cash out station while your team has one already.

kill cam is fair, but giving a leaving penalty of any form on something that doesn't give actual rewards is a bad idea and encourages alot of toxicity, if someone isnt feeling it, let them leave instead of ruining the round for their team.

you know the mode is about collecting the most cash, right? so no one is greedy under any criteria. plus, the 5-10 s would not even get you anywhere. Just a bit closer to the other cash out where everyone is because no one has the time to get to yours, or a bit closer to a new vault.
Plus, what happens if a team mate died and had to use a coin? would their team be just wasting time? or if a light took the cash box and dashed to start a cash out, nothing would happen? This will change the whole dynamics of the game, for something that is not worth it at all.

I have a much better time when there's no lights around, even with the defib spam. I think the light pain is inflated on console where we can't turn as fast as PC to counter a pesky light from behind @timber moth This response is getting so old. Crossplay off means PS and Xbox don't play together since embark combined the mm pool

i think u pc guys love console players since were so braindead compared to ues, if we turn off crossplay were simply not gonna find a match, i wish they just brought back S1 crossplay where it was Xbox and PS5 together, 1 pc have aim advantage, 2nd they can shoot alot further, 3rd they have better fps, and 4th better movement, ive been asking Embark for almost 2 - 3 weeks i doubt nothing will get changed but it is sad the console community wont grow as much as pc, we love playing with pc as our team mates but they really dont want us, its simple, only way we can fix this is banish the crossplay with console and pc, imagine if Rainbow six was like this, the game would eventually die on console.

As we can all see, THE FINALS' community is deeply passionate when it comes to concept art and making drip. Earlier this year we saw the switch away from exclusive bundle pricing to individual items now being made available for purchase. This alone allowed a great amount of customisation and personalisation of the game. But @shy token is back this time to argue the case for community driven input.
By allowing the community to create fan-made concepts and outfits using available items, TF has allowed its community to creatively flourish. However, we think, and there are others who have considered this idea as well within the community, that new community made items should be given the chance to be official and in-game.
This would not be the first time that such a thing exists in the world of gaming. Warframe's 'TennoGen' is one of the best examples of having the community be involved in the creative process. This engagement's potential is virtually limitless and invaluable for the game's longevity and community. It can be further sustained by giving the creator(s) a chance to be awarded through a variety of ways, in combination or merely by themselves:
(a) recognition,
(b) in-game or IRL payment,
(c) but most importantly a free (perhaps personalised) version of the very same item that will be immortalised in the world of TF.

I've been very critical of Embarks decision making with the game. I've been very vocal about actual issues like the nerfs and shit balance changes, even the Alien re-release i was not a fan of. But the general practices when it comes to monetisation are good here, most things are priced reasonably and you get genuinely good value when you purchase something.
Here's more examples other than Apex... Overwatch, Valorant, Cod, WoW, Tarkov, League of legends. It's just a fact, and in my original comment I acknowledged that you would have to spend vrs/multibucks on stuff you missed because the theme around the wheel is that it's GAMBLING, it's meant to represent a game shows wheel where you aren't guaranteed prizes. They can't just give away free things after free things, the community is much smaller than the other games I have mentioned yet they still manages to pump out banger skins at decent prices. It's a free game they have to monetise it some how. As I said in a comment a few days ago, if you are getting mega tilted by the state of the game stop playing and come back when Embark has made the changes you want to see.

I really think what this game is TRULY missing is some proper baggy pants. maybe some snowpants almost. take the style of the 686 snowboards Ghost 2.5L pants for example

Buff the hammer. Range is too tight and it’s unusable now in high elo. Too sad you guys just rendered sledgehammer useuless in diamond/ruby ranks. Whilst sword is overly overpowered. Maybe bring back multi-hit on the big attack. It does needs to be buffed for sure. U guys aso enable ruby ranks to abuse model still so why not make hammer useful too?
I hope Embark lets us archive the Spooky Map variants at least in Private matches. The design of these maps (especially SysHorizon) are just too beautiful to be used for only 2 weeks and then scrapped for next year
:SUGGESTION: would it be a good idea to give heavy more mobility? for example make the grapple hook for heavy work the same as light but with the extra you can pull enemy's. or give heavy the zip-line? wight now its just to immobile and you always fall behind your team. also i feel like the m60 could do one more point damage per shot? edit:@neat flame rather see input based matchmaking or both so people can choose which input they prefer and which they wanna play against. playing mkb on 50 inch or bigger TV in the living-room is not ideal and not everyone has the money to invest in a proper gaming monitor

The entire recoil system needs to be revamped.
Any gun, except for shotguns, that is aimed correctly will have the sights (including iron sights) and the actual point of aim misaligned once the gun starts shooting.

About where we can set up ziplines
Initially, we could set up ziplines in places where the player would fall to the ground far below or fall to their death because there was no foothold, so the developers made some modifications, but now there are too few places where we can set up ziplines and there is no flexibility.
There were actually uses for ziplines in strange places other than places where the rider would fall to their death, but there were so many places where we could no longer set them up that I just stopped using them.
Of course, if we increase the freedom, we will make more mistakes in setting up ziplines, but that's fine for gadgets that require skill to use.
As an aside, there are other examples where developers here have ruined things that require some skill to use by trying to make them easy to use. I think the dagger was one example of that.
On the other hand, there are also people who make things that are too easy to use so that they are no longer useful.
Apparently they hate it when their stuff is used in a way that is different from what they intended, but have a bad habit of trashing it when they try to fix it.

- Buff Light in some way they can survive more longer instead of dying in a frame. Did you ever wonder why PIKE and DEAGLE are a subject in discussions here but not the M26 Matter ? Because no one use it because you have to be in CQC and in CQC Light die !
- Buff grapple. Reduce cooldown by 1 sec or add charge.
- If Hook do damage, Stun gun should do. Put damage for both of them or no damage for both of them.
- Reduce the gap between HP class. You can't balance properly a game with so much gap between HP class.
- Nerf Sword. You shouldn't be capable of right clic into dash with a Sword. So nerf Dash x Sword.
- Medium rules the game since to much time now. In the same time, I'm playing Light since the BETA and never since a META where Light was must have in squad. This is nonsense.
- Mates being revive shouldn't tank bullets.
- Patch the level up bug on weapons at the end of matches.

- Kill, Assist, Revive and Objectives points should add more points in ranked. I'm done carrying a team and losing points again and again just because of a uncorrect matchmaking you did

Huge amounts of dead space
Huge space between buildings
Extreme amounts of vertical space with very little ways to traverse
Water
That whole bamboo cashout area
Extreme amount of slopes that makes placing things and using grenades hell.
Some of the slopes are stairs that make using grenades a 50/50 if it will just bounce back into your face.

Medium is overpowered. One shotting someone with the model concept isn't a valid one. Frags shouldn't be one shot on anyone. Model and Pike are still the majority of the ranked meta choices despite them being nerfed. Winch claw is still overpowered and doesn't need to be buffed at all. Healing beam is overpowered as it's the ONLY healing in game still. You are completely off base with your assessment of the game.
I'm not sure why but today I've had REALLY BAD desync/latency issues playing on NA servers (Normally game runs super smooth, and it's not a hardware issue, I'm pulling 130 frames and thats pretty nominal for my system. Turning down graphics also did nothing to help.
- Shots kill people well after theyve been shot
- I'll be shot at ~1m or more after running behind cover
but - When leaving cover, or when opponents are entering my space I'll have taken damage from them prior to being able to see them somehow
- When shooting at people the shot sometimes connects, but they kill me without taking any damage being credited to me or dying

yuh its really bad with bow rn too after the last few updates since I wanted to start getting good with it, but even normal guns have this problem now, kill trades seem super rare now and ill see 3 arrows stuck in them in the kill cam with only 1 actually doing damage. Also dying like a solid half second or more behind cover especially after dashing, or dashing/grappling away from a nade and receiving full damage despite being like over 15 feet away at that point.

what remains are items where stat changes alone wont cut it, and reworks are needed
if the intention is to do exactly these major reworks at the beginning of each season, then i fully support it

UFOs in W.T. have been alot of fun, Extra health, & pumpkins would have been better played out in quick play. W.T. Should resemble ranked for practice, after 3 games some event bonuses just become annoying.
Quick play should also get Halloween decore unless it's too difficult to have to Manny lobbies with extra props I understand.

I want to seriously suggest an overtime for when you're within the action of taking a cashout. At least within the ranked modes! Powershift already has it, and as it currently stands, everyone just friggin GIVES UP within the last 6 seconds because there's literally nothing that could change the outcome. If this overtime function was at least added to ranked then it would increase the competition factor and actually allow for those clutch plays! -sincerely the guy typing this msg <3 (but no seriously can this AT LEAST be tested to gauge community reaction?? PLEASE and thank you with a cherry on top :D)
Another genuine concern I have is actually to do with the fact that there is ZERO incentive for when you are forced into a game in progress. If there is then it isn't communicated at all when you see your XP summary and stuff at the end of the game. Like why isn't there a "Join mid game tag-in bonus" or something? Depending on how the late in the game you've been thrown into, it can just straight up feel like a punishment and a "waste of time" (in a sense) because instead of just leaving and re-queuing (which would mean the people already in the game are down a player again which is NOT fun) you make it to the end of the match and you get like 65 fans and 90 XP. There just isn't any incentive bonus and I think it would be an overall positive thing.
Lastly, it is way too common to die to grenades that I thought were my teammates but were actually from an enemy. Or also running out of a safe area because of a teammates messed up grenade and then dying because you're exposed to enemies. I think this would be very easily solved with a slight team coloured shine around projectiles. Hopefully it's ok for me to reference another game, Team Fortress 2, which excels at team recognition and I believe that THE FINALS has an unfortunate lack of designed team recognition taken into account.
Even though you likely wont. I still wish for closure on these concerns.

I had a little feedback for the** ranked experience**, currently we always play tournament mode, which is a great mode, however, repetitiveness and unlucky games can very quickly take the fun out of this experience. A suggestion on how to tackle this problem would be a rotation of the game modes within the ranked mode. Randomization of the game modes played.
Once match it could be the normal** cash-out tournament** mode, the** next game** it would be a** tournament style bank-it**, while the game after that could be a tournament style terminal attack (this would require some changes to keep it 3v3 but you get the idea.)
What would this help?
Less repetitiveness.
More flexibility in different types of builds to use in different game modes.
Less gaming fatigue
Reduce risk of 'raging', new game mode, new mentality.
Opportunities to add new game modes within competitive if they don't work you can take them out again.
There are a lot of benefits that could be explored with this type of game layout and could** help with player burnout** as well and** increase game retention** while maintaining happy players

Matchmaking is really broken, out of all the matches i've played today every single one of them put me against really high skilled players...i'm not that good, i just wanna have some fun but it's been frustrating so far. for better casual appeal, we should be able to pick our maps in non-competitive game modes
be that straight up choosing, or picking 3 or more, of which we get a random map
it would help new players, by allowing them to limit their map pool, and only play a small hand full of maps
so they don't get overwhelmed even more while trying to learn the ropes
it also helps people who get performance issues and just cant play on certain maps (like we had with kyoto), by allowing them to avoid them
and it should help quit a bit with player retention, by allowing them to play on maps that suit their playstyle

dash is hard countered by the ability to aim, also it doesn't even have 4 charges
Please revert the changes to Data Reshaper. At the very least find a place for the glitch barrel in the previous consistent sequence. By introducing randomness you've reduced some of the versatility of the gadget. Almost no one used it, you've made it better by increasing charges, only to gimp it right after.

Charge n slam is a HUGE risk to the heavy and way easier to dodge and has limited range.
if its taking you 6.5 seconds to kill a light that's in your face (long enough for them to get a fourth dash) then you have bigger problems to worry about. Dash falls off hard around mid platinum

I think that the revive mechanic is a little anti-fun. I dont understand the appeal of having to reload your weapon/having the same amount of bullets when you died and having to deal with that after the revive. I get that defibrillator is very strong and this would make it even stronger, but personally i think this is the kind of unbalance that makes the game more fun and isn’t really bothering. I cant picture anyone going „damn i died because this guy had bullets after he got revived, this game mechanic sucks“
i don't play ranks in the finals, so i can't say about that. i play world tour and i have a huge problem with lights there, especially if there is 2 teams fighting you.

Since the introduction of ruby there are cheaters encounters multiple times a day, given how you handled S3 Top 500 and gave me -18k first change for no reason then corrected it. I hope you can track accurately each game loss and who was in that game cause I'm expecting 2.5k

I know the reason to was "limit 3rd partying" but it has only made it worse and gives you literally 1 chance to push/steal a cashout before you spawn on the entire opposite side of the map and have no time to try to steal again.

The audio pollution in this game is horrible. I think it has gotten worse.
- Most sounds including the alerm when stealing the cashout is silent in a gun fight
- Even when your surroundings are quiet, footstep sounds tends to be silent
- There are instances where gun shot sounds are still being played even after the player has died
The fact that it silences cashout sounds is insane. I just lost a game because the game did not alert me with any sounds. The sound in this game is completely useless if it comes to information on your surroundings and it's fustrating. I would even say that Apex Legends has a better time with audio than this. Because there are explosions and gunshots, I think it's totally fair that footsteps are silent in those instances, but this is ALL THE TIME.

I heard others say that the war machine (MGL32) was on the list of weapons in this game that is due for a rework. I am here to say PLEASE do NOT rework this weapon. It could definetely use a buff, but it does NOT need a rework of ANY sort. The war machine is genuinely one of the most criminally underrated weapons in this entire game, and I have loved every second of maining this weapon.
People only think that this weapon is bad because the grenades don't explode on impact, making it difficult to use effectively. This does NOT mean the weapon is bad. The war machine has a steep learning curve unlike most other guns in this game, and if you try to use it like a normal gun you are going to die every time. If any change is to be made to this gun, I'd suggest a slightly bigger blast radius or damage output so it's more rewarding to master.
I know that the devs want every gun in the game to have an equal play rate, but I pray that the devs reconsider reworking this gun. It's super fun to use and I'd hate to see it evolved into a different gun, and should it become a meta gun, then every game will become a grenade launcher spam fest which we DEF do not want to happen again after seeing how meta the CL40 was after it got buffed

I am genuinely so frustrated at the state of the game right now. Model/pike meta is infuriating, and makes ranked not fun at all when its 9 mediums almost every lobby. Why run any other class when you can 3 stack heals, defibs, the strongest guns, and great movement. Matchmaking feels awful right now. I get one diamond/ruby stack every game, which truly wouldnt be a problem if every other team wasnt just terrified for some reason, so we have to fight off 2 teams every single cashout, then when we've fought the whole game, the diamond team sees our kills, and griefs us out on the third cashout. every. single. time. Spawns feel awful, I'm 250m away from the cashout I already own, vault fights mean nothing because the team you just beat almost always spawns on the cashout you're running to and gets rewarded for losing, and most of the time, the game just continuously spawns us closer to the same team repeatedly throughout the match, meaning when the spawning is working the way they intended, you fight one team almost exclusively the whole game. And on the rare times where the team we beat in the vault fight doesn't spawn on the cashout we're running to, SURPRISE the team that lost the other vault fight (or sometimes the team that won) is there with a glitch mine in the door, ready to once again get rewarded for losing their fight. Because unlike before where it was smarter to go to the cashout that was put in first, now its smarter to go to the cashout that hasnt started on the hopes you can steal the vault and plug it yourself. And because of the 30% insert rule change, every game now goes to overtime because the first team wants to double to guarantee they get in, God forbid your fight at the end of the second cashout runs long because now after winning all your cashouts and doing everything right, youre now fighting for your life on a doubled cashout where the team in first wants you specifically out for the orange team that has 3 total kills this game. Embark, can you find a way to test 1 class per team. The most fun and truly competitive feeling matches are the ones that have variety of classes in a match. Since a gamble was taken on a full blown mode outside the core of the Finals that is terminal attack, I think this would be worth a test in some form. Currently, the stacking of any class in mass is making the game feel stale and spammy.
I think this would calm the weapon nerf/buff wars more. A lot of the time it's not the weapon/ability but rather the quantity of the encounters by two or more of those powerful weapons/abilities at the same time.

dude we need more announcer interaction. scotty and june are nice but i feel like they need more diversity in what they say. i do like how this season, they have short commentaries on teams returning for revenge after team wipes
i also feel like we need more love for the MCs. the closed beta trailer had a few MCs hyping up the players destroying the arena. i get there are a few (the main MC, one in kyoto, and another?) but we need to up their volumes and give them more audios to hype up the players
it will add so much more life to the game. i get it's tough to do it but listening to scotty, june, and the main MC say a few lines gets old after a while. maybe they can use AI to generate more responses during the game? i love the announcers and MCs, we just need a lot more from them
also, even more contestant voicelines and diversity would be awesome. diversity like more interactive with whats going on; more screaming, more out of breath, more stressed depending on whats going on. like if you're in last place and you ping to steal a cashout, your contestant cant sound pissed off or worried. or if youre team is up, they can sound victorious while defending

Double or triple Defib has always been a non issue. All you have to do is bait the res & hit your shots. Defib is a strong combo that has huge weakness not sure how it so heavily complained about outside of new, or players with poor coordination.

There should be badges based around what season you started playing the game. I just think it'll be a nice thing to share and have on your playercard!
I also think it would be nice if there were 3-4 badge slots instead of 2, as I think that 2 is too limiting at times.
And it would also be nice to swap out the stats underneath the playercard as well since it only shows Elims/Wins/Revives currently. I think we should have other stats to swap and show off like K/D ratio, money collected, damage dealt, etc.

Not only are you not allowed a chance to defend the cashout you started, but Embark allows you to take away the opportunity for a plug Thanks to the new respawn system.
Getting two separate plugs shouldn't be this easy.
Getting S.W. shouldn't be a reward.
However starting a Cash Out should grant you some privilege like a closer spawn over quicker response time.

It should be expanded to also count interrupting people attempting to place the decryption key within the terminal, since its the same process it only makes sense.
Also it requires either stungun or a kill, which makes this contract rather annoying as most players stop stealing to shoot back when you're trying to kill them.
What if you dealing damage to them and then they stop stealing and then you kill them could still count?

Also losing 1,300+ RS because a teammate was afk from the second the game started is ridiculous. Why am I being punished for a teammate that's not even playing.
My thoughts on the Pike and why it's in it's current state both hated by many players and bad for the health of the game and meta at the higher end.
The Data may disagree on this but these are the pain points players are having with the weapon and why it's defining the triple Medium Meta in the higher skill brackets.
The Damage being at or over 50 will allows it to be a weapon that benefits from stacking multiple of them on the same team with it's overall design, stat spread and break points against each build, it punishes lights in particular with it's relatively fast time to kill them at close ranges- a range where a Marksman Rifle should be at a keen disadvantage when compared to other weapons in the Game's Sandbox given it's ability to "plink" targets and cause significant damage at longer ranges in either a fire support role for the team or when third partying and even just playing for kills on another cashout that isn't too far away from the Pike's user's own cashout.
And now for my suggestion on how to resolve those pain points: Reducing it's damage from 52 to 48 while increasing it's rate of fire and maximum rounds per minute from 200 to 215 will reduce the benefit seen when stacking multiple Pikes on the same team as well as nerfing it's dueling potential when taking close range fire fights via taking an additional shot to kill each build without having a major impact on it's overall damage per second and team fighting performance.
Why upgrade the engine if consoles can handle it?
I really wish the devs would add a wardrobe save and loadout save. that way I would feel more comfortable experimenting new combinations of skins and gadgets

What was the point in nerfing the spread of the model when the majority of cashout battles are close quaters? They nerf every gun that was good to the ground so now the pike and model are the only weapons worth spit. Since season 1 I've had to deal with triple medium teams using healing beam and defibs. Its the most annoying combo to go against. Now the only thing you could do against them (GET IN CLOSE) is pointless because you have a long range weapon that's arguably one of the best close range weapons some how, AND, the model still dominating you in close range. Its disgusting how long this meta has been going on for. The other classes get shit on with random nerfs that made them interesting. Goo boat was fun. Melee heavy was fun. Lights die like flies now. I don't want to be forced to play the same 2 weapons and the same class just to have any sort of competitive advantage. All the weapons should be viable if played correctly but right now you can't.
Give MGL32 proximity explosion to its shots not alot but enough so you dont have to always rely on the bounce to hit someone

LIMITATIONS:
You can only TRADE ONCE per item
You can only trade items from a BattlePass purchased
You CAN’T trade any items for MULITBUCKS.
In conclusion you can still support embark ONLY if Embark makes things fair to its entire player base. No need to make seem like things are unobtainable from previous BattlePass especially with Embark rereleasing the Alien Skin BS.

when the game released I asked for a 6v6 or even a 7v7 mode on day 1, they should scrap terminal attack as it's complete bullshit and doesn't fit in this game, any actual old school PC player would prefer quake/UT over CS even if you wanted to go with the hacker theme, you chose the most common mode that exists today, that does not make any sense even if you wanted to go towards the "sending a message" route. They need to just make a proper casual cashout mode with 2 teams (not trios) and infinite respawns. If they're worried about splitting the userbase they can try switching the modes out on a weekly basis and see what sticks. You cannot have a casual mode with trios (which inherently require coordination) and limited spawns (which insert long term bullshit life management).

you cannot philosophically up with anything better than a variation of cash out, it's new, it's fresh, it's a mixture of ctf and squad rush or something. All they have to do is balance it and make sure that solo queue somehow becomes a decent experience in a large enough team. You kind of need motor bikes or those UT vehicles for old CTF to be fun imo and it needs specific map design like nebandan or kiasar. It seems that new kinds of cheats are not currently being detected by Anti Cheat.
Since this week's update, we've seen a dramatic increase in cheaters using aimbots that shoot all shotguns as slugs. It's gotten to the point where it's now seen in almost every game in Asia Ranked, and is often seen in World Tour.
It's almost as bad as what I experienced in Season 1, and I think Embark needs to beef up its anti cheat quickly.

The 3M stack meta really makes me wish for fixed LMH team comp in ranked.
Casual modes and WT can keep free team comps.
The game will probably never be balanced in a way that makes LMH the ideal team comp. Yet, I think games with LMH teams would be way more interesting. Regardless of the strength of each class, all teams would be on equal footing, since all would be forced to have one of each. Balance changes would only influence who of the three has more impact on the outcome of games, but that's it.
Ranked being limited to LMH would also probably push more people to choose to play LMH in other game modes, as a form of training.
ranked scoring could really use a rework. it's almost not worth it to play in a match when you're the #1 seed only able to gain ~800 but risk losing upwards of the same in round 2. making it to round 2 should always end in a gain, even if miniscule
it's also really punishing to be #1 rank multiple games in a row

Because the model is a very strong weapon on a class that can pretty much do anything the others can do, and then some. Medium shouldn’t have that many tools and then that great of weapons. You buff the other medium weapons to model level, and heavy and light become even more worthless.
You could argue that light and heavy then need buffs to medium levels, but this will result in even more problems. Heavy shields become too strong, lights insta kill everything to compensate for defib and healing gun…
So the medium needs to be brought down, rather than everything else up.
The design team is separate from the development team. Their job is almost independent. It shows you know nothing about game development.
The skins are not overpriced at all. Everyone agrees on that. You're just yapping.

THOUGHTS:
i would love to see improvement in movement basics to allow for higher skill/faster play. i ve red often times that the movement was better in the beta and since i played bo6 recently i think omni movement and different slide/jump mechanics should be the new standard in the future bc it makes the game way more fun.i am also no fan of the goo mechanics being removed, or the grappling hook sonar sensor mechanic. in deep mechanics are whats making a game more versatile and fun overall. (g. e. the flip reset in rocket league)
And i think this game NEEDS a skin grinding system with prestige to give players a never ending grind. THIS WOULD BE PERFECT.
dont get me wrong. i think this game is 1000x better than any cod. but they invented the formula for EXTREME fun movement basics and LONGLASTING grind.

V9S feels pretty shitty, the RPM nerf doesnt allow you to put out the same amount of pressure as before, and that along with the only small damage buff has reduced its DPS substantially. Its a high effort and high skill weapon, but kills much slower than the M11 which takes only fraction of both the effort and skill. Why not some input-buffering to put everyone on the same playing field instead?
Honestly, the biggest problem in balance with the game is that all the HIGH EFFORT weapons of the game are just plain bad, having the slowest ttks on top of huge disadvantages. Look at the R.357, SR84, Dagger, Bow, Dual blades, Riot Shield and Spear. All require drastically more effort to be able a use while having giant downsides- whereas weapons like the the M11, Pike or AKM are simply the best by nature while being lower effort and having little to no weaknesses. One of the reasons the meta is like this is because there is no reason to anything else, the weapons with weaknesses kill slower than the ones without any, so why use them at all? IF you want an excellent example of this, just look at Titanfall 2 and its terrible multiplayer weapon balancing.
Also, please fix the goo-gun, the automatic fire change has drastically reduced the manual fire rate of the gun, ruining alot of players training and ability to use the weapon. It just feels worse to use and I see no benefit of limiting the manual fire rate of the gun below the automatic rate, why not just have them be equal? Cheers.

Directional audio is broken and awful. I cannot hear a 3 stack walk up on me 5 meters away from them but I can hear a random mediums footsteps through 2 buldings 15 meters away? Not to mention the audio bug where the shooting sound sometimes just doesn't go away and you're permantly deafened while standing next to your teammates...
I think heavy is in a pretty good place, though mesh should recieve some shorter timers and charge n slamm needs to get a more fair damage ramp up system and a clear scream BEFORE the charge starts to actually make it possible to react and avoid it
Oh and the current spawn system is awful. You get rewarded for wiping by spawning right next to the next vault and often denying the team that WON the previous fight access to said vault.

Let me interrupt my own attacks with a block, it would feel SO cool to be able to quickly put up my blades and parry incoming bullets mid fight, but the animations feel so long since the block can only be used when you're not currently swinging

My today reminder of how it's time to slightly BUFF the L sniper rifle. At the moment - playing cashout where you have to go somewhere near the action - it' simply unviable.
I mean probably the real issue are the AKM and other high fire ratio EZ weapons that have low recoil, or predictable recoil pattern.
It happens a lot to lose 50m+ duels sniper vs AKM players because you need a second headshot (KEWK this is already absurd) to kill a M, but while reloading, they just throw a burst of projectile with their AIMBOT and your L sprite explode immediately.

Since its bombs don't blow up on contact, it's an area denial weapon. Full auto would make it a lot nicer to use because the max fire rate is an odd rhythm for clicking.
Also thermal vision for light should show slight heat from hazards like poison gas.
Make a gadget for medium that stuns enemy ( like a electric trap) to cancel some movement and slow them a bit ( is like a trigger trap or maybe like the glich trap but not fully stuns just mobility stuns so they can still use their gadget to counter it but their movement is just like walking speed little bit different like stun gun

Make Ranked have a lock on for class builds forcing teams to play Medium Light and Heavy on all teams to prevent 3 man stacking Mediums Lights or Heavies, while also seperating Solo queue players and Trios to have different ranked modes and Leaderboards. Trios can be any stack and Solos you must assign your class before queuing and have reserves for all 3 classes to play in that queue making the finals be extremely competitive :D
literally just make ads for the game, like a real marketing campaign, as someone in the literal target audience, i have seen a total of one ad for the steal the spotlight event back in s1 on instagram
Yet another post about splitting the matchmaking between console and pc. Major CQC advantage along with it being wildly easier to create a smurf after a ban or just because they can't hang in their current sbmm. Before I get the typical caveman answer of "just turn crossplay off", that just splits the console pools apart now.

One thing i feel like has been missing since release is an icon transparency setting. I've come across this problem multiple times already in game, seeing the teammate body icon, on top of an enemy player, and that being the cause of your death, is extremely annoying. That being said, this definetly might have been mentioned already, i don't know, i just joined the server.

Seriously need to do something about grenade launchers, specifically medium. Why is there an explosive aoe weapon with a high rate of fire, long range on a game with unlimited ammo. You can just spam it to destroy everything, hit all players and then suicide when they get near. The weapons that loud you can't hear anything else too many players just suicide when you get close to kill you both even if you're on full health.
There's valid complaints about alot of the weapons but at least most of these can be reliably countered and have an element of skill. The grenade launcher is annoying, no skill and just negatively effects the experience when every time you're attacking/defending its just explosions everywhere from a guy several hundred meters away spamming the weapon.
Day 2 of suggesting a mag fed repeating crossbow lever action (look up the one invented by jorge sprave) and possibly the the HK G11 burst rifle for heavy, both are iconic in the way the gun would handle and uniqueness, the G11 would be a perfect size for heavy and heavy does not have a burst or any ARs in their kit
If the medium can have a nade launcher like heavy and the heavy has access to deagles like handguns like light and medium it would be cool for heavy to have access to a marksman style rifle or AR, just lower dmg and increase mag size and possibly fire rate to make it similar to their machine guns so it's not to overpowered for heavy to have such a long range rifle (like this if you think these weapons would be cool to have and unique so this can get exposure)

After sitting on the current state of the game for a while and putting a sizable chunk of time into both ranked and World Tour I feel like I'm finally at a point where I can propose changes to how things are right now.
I feel like most of the weapons are in a pretty decent spot right now, safe for the few that have been considered bad for multiple seasons now, there are however 3 outlier cases that feel like they are out of sorts with the rest:
Model 1778 still feels too strong in the arms of experienced players. It should feels strong up close especially, since after the recent nerf it is noticeably weaker at range, but it sometimes feels suffocating. I would propose a fire rate nerf for the gun, nothing major, just enough to put its TTK vs other mediums in the ranges of 0.9-1 second, bringing it more in line with the rest of medium weapons. Nerfing fire rate will also mostly impact players skilled with the gun, as they are able to line up a full damage shot in the short time it takes to fire a second shot.
Pike-556 feels so strong in arms of high elo players. I am not sure how the situation at the peak looks, but whenever I meet anyone who can use it well they just dominate. I am not sure whan could be done to prevent that other than once again nerfing its fire rate or recoil after the first shot so that people would have to wait for consecutive long range shots more.
Heavy feels like he has lost too much long ranged damage. I know that Heavy's identity is dealing damage up close, but after taking a hit to the RPG he just feels like he cannot compete with mediums in firefights, unless you run Akimbo. I would like to see the LKMs get a small dps increase to help him catch up.
Other than those I would also like to see a small buff to the KS-23, ideally increasing its damage by 5, so you can 2 shot + qm mediums.
I think adding the ability to hold cancel before pressing q is a must, when i try to cancel the turret sometimes, i notice that i didn't match it right and i have to hold again

That's why I suggested H&K G11 for heavy it's a burst rifle, it's size fits a heavy well, we can balance it by increasing mag capacity but giving it higher fire rate to match the machine gun styles that heavies already have. It would be the first burst rifle / marksman/ ar for the heavy

If you are going to track combat, support, objective, and all these others stats, at least make an attempt to pair these players together and make them verse players that match. Makes 0 sense why someone who can barely aim a gun is in a lobby of players that probably keep EAC in business.

Blocking players should reduce the chance of us running into those players or playing with them. This does not prevent it, rather it tells the matchmaker you prefer someone else and further helps improve #2
In the end, use the player data FFS. There is no way solo queue and quickplay needs to be this bad in 2024+.

This is probably already known, but I'm not receiving VR's properly from the prize wheel? Also does it have in built loss-prevention system? Games like Apex Legends have it so that within a set amount of lootbox openings, you will get specific prize tiers. I think the wheel could benefit from a similar system. I keep landing on already claimed prizes and getting VR's not new prizes. I like that if you land on something you already have you then get money, I just think there should be a guarantee that you get new items quicker.

Hey I take everything I ever said back, playing the finals IS FUN AND AMAZING! Especially in a squad. Solos is arduous but hey so is every other game.
I have been complaining a lot but tbh this patch is almost perfectly balanced. The model nerfs make it just perfect. It was a little OP and despite my misgivings it made me try out other med weapons and they feel like they're all on par with one another which is a testament unto itself.

Idea for medium since that class feels a bit stale.
Medium is centered around staying close to your teammates, look at jumppad, zipline, healbeam, turret and defib. This made the addition of the Pike556 feel like a very odd choice to me. When standing close to your teammates in most scenarios a close range weapon is preferred.
For current lineup:
Increase FCAR damage and lower its firerate. Right now it’s a worse handling version of AKM with an insanely small advantage on some specific range. This change would give it more personality, reward good aim/tracking and offer a bit more damage per magazine.
For a new weapon for medium:
AS VAL. Characterised by high firerate, small mag and an integrated suppressor this gun would be designed for closer ranges due to a short damage falloff to compensate for its high firerate and suppressor advantage. This gun would basically function like the opposite of the fcar I descibed above.
AS VAL is also just a cool recognisable but still unique weapon recognised by gamers from all types of shooter games. I wouldnt be surprised if people would download the finals just to try the as val. Also it ties into the close to medium range which suits M gameplay like I mentioned at the beginning.

Hi dev Please we need console only crossplay, i can’t find a ranked game on PS5 waiting 25 minutes and never found a match (EU servers), the only option is to turn the crossplay on and play with PC players which is immediately a disadvantage, we need console only crossplay so we could find matches easy on ranked, most of my friends just left the game because they couldn’t play ranked and they don’t want to play against PC players when it comes to ranked

Problem: Devs most likely won’t listen unless absolutely necessary, often making the game worse off (either via buffs, nerfs, or simply not changing an aspect of the game) not an attack at the devs, but just telling y’all that, they ain’t gonna nerf any high skill ceiling weapons (Sword, revolver, throwing knives, model, etc) even if you get killed almost instantly in most scenarios.
Honestly (even though literally no one important will see this) I think that the spawn system, especially in World Tour, needs to be reworked. I am tired of high skill ceiling weapons not being nerfed do to, well because you need to be very good to use them (so a big nerf overall would make it unplayable for new players). I could yap more, but I’m on a 5 match loss streak on WT because of these 2 issues so Embark, please fix it.

Yeah, a skill issue if you don't play PS5 with a gyro controller. And it's not like there are some console players who are good and are able to keep up with pc players but some simply can't. It's right for console players to respectively have their own cross play instead of being forced to play with pc players.

Could you look into the performance of the last patch? I've never had any performance issues in the game with my 4070 Super, but since last patch I occasionally get insane microstutters and my input delay suddenly feels like 200+ ms. Framerate doesn't drop below 110ish FPS in these situations, but the game becomes virtually unplayable. It's already difficult enough as it is to progress in the game when I'm put up against the biggest possible tryhards every single match, but having the game lag behind my inputs makes it absolutely impossible.
Oh and why am I being shot around corners consistently? Are RC controlled bullets a new thing or something?

I've had one to two people leave mid-ranked match three times in a row leaving me to lose a ton of points. I feel like there needs to be some protection around these things happening for solo queue. Sure in a two stack or three stack let it ride, but as a solo queue you have no control over this type of behavior

Pike: rpm nerf, give back some damage to keep stopping power at range.
Model: range nerf OR damage nerf to 108/124, it should not be allowed to two shot a medium 10m away, I'd argue it shouldn't 2 shot at all without a quick melee.
Deagle: accuracy nerf at further range OR drop the crit to 1.5x. The damage potential with the deagles is unbelieveable with 2x crit.
FCAR: range buff, 1 extra dmg, 1 less bullet
AKM: slight range and 36 bullets back
These Rifle changes promote a more healthier niche between the two weapons. AKM having dps so close to the fcar is silly not a big enough change to mess with ttk values too drastically afaik but to put the weapons in better spots.
XP: damage revert to 18, nerf range. I don't have to explain this one, XP is just embarrassing right now and we needed the nerf range to begin with.
Sword: Make Thrusts not continuously do 140 to each target. Example: You sword thrust and hit 3 targets, it should do reduced damage to every target AFTER the first target hit. Also slight increase to delay between sword thrusts, too spammable.
Dagger: Either give 100 Damage on the wind up hit if you miss a backstab or decrease the time it takes to wind up the backstab. Additional Quality of Life would be being able to run with dagger wound up. If the dagger gets a change it should probably be only 1 or MAYBE 2 of these. But honestly even if it got all 3 it wouldn't be meta lol.
Charge and slam: nerf overall dmg OR increase cooldown, being able to use a high damage ability multiple times a fight can feel a little ridiculous at times but I know it is not insanely oppressive.
We are very close to a healthier meta.
My own thoughts: Please do something about defibs. It's gotten to the point where medium is a constant must-have in any rank. Understanding that choosing to play without medium is the difference but if you play medium WITHOUT defib its seen as an active form of griefing. One Idea I saw was Shared Cooldowns very point blank understandable, no explaination needed. Result: You will still have multiple mediums on teams but now other mediums will feel safer NOT choosing defib 100% of the time. If it only has one use on the team at a time for a team cooldown on the defib, the gadget could be relocated to one player and that player could now fully commit to support while other mediums can hold more utility.
And PLEASE do not do any unnecessary recoil nerfs! They only ruin the gun for the lower average/average of the playerbase, it will remain a problem elsewhere!
Please keep nerfs creative, changing specific numbers isn't all the weapon needs to be balanced.

I'm sure I'll finish it, but that doesn't change the fact that having challenges set up this way discourages effective team-play. Someone who doesn't often get team-wipes when playing and who wants to complete this challenge, is forced to hold back or interfere with their team mates to try and ensure they get the last bullet into the last member of whatever team. If the challenge was just to have your team complete X team wipes, it would encourage team play - which if it isn't the point...should be.
So many of these challenges (and other aspects of Ux in this game) have not been thought about beyond the initial idea stage. So much user and community frustration could have been avoided if someone took the time to think about what impact setting ABC or DEF as a goal might have.
This game has such great base mechanics and gameplay, but is being constantly impeded by poorly thought out decisions and poorly implemented content/updates/changes.
I just want them to do better so more people play the game for longer. I've completed every challenge i've been set thus far, but lots of people won't and a chunk of those who won't will be frustrated by it and not continue to play the game.

Pumpkins can go through riot shields. I *really *don't like that. Riot Shields have no counter-play against the Pumpkins. If you're shielding and your opponent has a pumpkin, you either continue holding your shield and take all the damage for whatever reason, or try to move but you probably have the reaction time at this point.

Firstly:
- Fix the spawns (rework them)
- Buff Mesh Shield (Remove the CD)
- Buff Dome shield (Put the timer that it lasts back to 11 seconds but keep the 750HP)
- NERF SWORD!!! Please do something about this
- Revert Model Range nerf AND NERF DMG Model
- Buff FCAR (Add DMG and take 5 bullets away)
- Give AKM just 36 bullets again (Let the AKM and the FCAR shine in their own way)
- Fix the matchmaking (Why i always get one teammate who doesn't know how to play the game)
Lastly on a side note:
You guys removed cash out for S3 a whole season of 90+ days. Said you wanted to work at it but made it actually so much worse. The whole game is becoming so frustrating. In S2 my grind to Diamond 1, was great. I had so much fun playing this game. Since S3 the joy for the game is slowly leaving.. i catch myself becoming much more frustrated by the state of the game is in right now. This game had and still has so much potential. If its not that we are getting killed by three models, it is someone who is maining sword. Yesterday i was playing full team and we were sweeping teams all over. getting cash outs but somehow every fucking game we still ended up just losing not getting into the finals. Game after game after game. I was literally asking myself what i even could do better. I was standing 13E/9A/4D with 9k damage in a game but still losing. It is becoming really frustrating

I'm still on the rework/get rid of defib team. The game would objectively be better without it imo. We're seeing as many MMM teams as we did in late season 1 early season 2. The game revolves around defib too much. People curse you out for not taking them. Defibs should be a specialization imo if it's to stay in the game; then its current power would make more sense.
- Give light the dematerializer 🙏 , move defib to a specialization. It makes more sense for light's playstyle and gives them a valuable teamplay specialization! It would need a bit of adjustment for light (higher cooldown, etc), but I feel it would work well.

Adjusting this based on replies below. Smokes should be on every class and be countered by grenade explosions or gas nades (not the primary weapons) I feel the motion sensor should go on light as well as heavy - or just light. Light can get somewhere long before heavy can and can setup a place QUICK. It's probably why you didn't give them mines. Motion sensor just makes more sense for a light to have because they can rig up a building however they see fit.

All guns should be projectile after a certain range imo too. Making guns projectile would allow you to make guns like the FCAR and revolver stronger because you could make the bullets a bit slower at range, or become projectiles sooner. At the very least, the PIKE and LH1 need to be projectile like the sniper. The KS feels AMAZING when you hit shots with it, imagine if the revolver felt that good.

Each gun should have its own projectile start range & speed specific to it (listed on the stats), but here's some general ranges as some examples.
- ARs & lmgs between 25-45 meters
- Shotguns around 20m max
- Pistols around 5-10m more than shottys
- Dmrs at 45m, or a bit less than the sniper.
The game felt fantastic to play at the end of last season, but this season just doesn't feel right a lot of the time for me.
the masks that can be worn on your head should be able to also be worn on face and vice versa. Maybe could use vrs to unlock one another
Playing Heavy with no Heal Beam can be really unpleasant. It takes 10 seconds to start regenerating health, then the process itself can be nearly 5 seconds till you're full.
If the time to regen after those 10 seconds was like 2.5 seconds, it'd help somewhat.
i agree with most of your points, but i just find it difficult to see how lights would utilize motion tracker. i don't play a ton of light so maybe its just a skill issue but i think it would get more usage on medium instead of light. and for anti-fire why not just give more classes smoke grenades? i mainly play medium and i would def run smokes in my loadout
what exactly was the nerf to the model?
The model plug meta is still just such a plague on high elo. I love the game, and I want to enjoy it but it's so stale and hard to enjoy in it's current state.
- There's audio bugs where you can't hear weapons firing.
- Sword light using smoke is an absolute joke to play against, so unfun and I really doubt goes with the spirit of the game you intended.
- The model plug meta has been in action for far too long, makes the game feel so stale. 9/10 top 500 teams are running MMM.
- The rate at which you're currently making changes is too slow, I know you want the game to be in a stable place, I want that too, it's just not there yet, it hasn't been out for a year. Games with this level of chaos and the sheer amount of gadgets/weapons take a long time to stabilise and balance. If like 70% of the teams I come across in the top 2000 players are running the same guns, what's taking so long to look at that and realise something isn't right?
- The sword should honestly just be taken out of the game until it's reworked, it's so unfun to play against, it's horrible to look at, it makes the game feel broken. The lunge does too much damage, they move too fast, the animations look clunky from a 3rd person view, it just feels bad. Please nerf it in to the ground until you have a rework ready, or just take it out of the game.
- Every weapon on medium other than pike and model feel really bad. If the ARs are the baseline for damage output for the medium, the pike and model are way above it.
- Smoke needs to be added to the rock-paper-scissors game you have going with poison and fire, cause right now it's a win all. It beats fire, it makes poison impossible to see, it makes fights feel bad. Explosions need to blow it away or the smoke needs to be consumed by poison or something, it would make gas grenades at least somewhat viable.
- The spawn system is diabolical at the moment in ranked. Teams that control a cashout spawn miles away from it, teams that just lost a fight to a team defending one, spawn right next to it (for the second time in a row). Teams spawn on top of you sometimes (less than 30m away). I'm at the point where you can choose your spawn, so long as it's 100m away from any other team currently, if that puts you in the dead end of the map where nothing's happening, so be it.
- Back to ranked, you need to get more money for full team wiping another team (i.e. only orange killed only purple). You need to have a flat plug pay out of like 2k. Maybe try having it so a cashout pays out the current plug money halfway through the cashout process.
- There’s movement inaccuracy and bloom on the revolver, a 6 shot precision weapon is less accurate than the M11 on the first shot. I just don’t get it.

What issue is that
Buffing the FCAR damage would help separate it from being a worse AK. And it won't change the rtk on a light until it gets to 25 damage. They should :
- damage increase to 24
- Lessen the recoil in the first 10 bullets
- Mag reduction to 24 or 22 bullets. (not to 20, since with 24 damage it's only 1 rtk less on M/H than right now)

I put in almost 200 hours for S1 and mostly S2… then kinda drifted away. But, so so so into S4 and everything you’ve done with the game. Playing daily again now. Love the extra player slots. Of course spent a little on the amazing cosmetics. The PS5 gyro support is the best I’ve seen; Sony should buy it from you and build it into their SDK so every game can drop it in. Love the game keep going!
Ranked is MMM every game
Jumping on this, smokes do need to be added to the RPS gameplay system between fire, goo, and gas.
Wanted to state this again as well:
- Please let us swap to our reserves mid game in ranked. It prevents counter picking entirely, yes, but ***it simply isn't fun. ***
- I don't play ranked solely because I know if I'm hard countered in a match I get to take the L. It forces builds to be more homogenous and safe (think all models, all FCAR, all akm, etc). Less experimental, less interesting, and less reactive. Why take a chance on bringing gas if everyone's bringing fire just to be safe? That kind of thing. It's simply more frustrating and LESS FUN.
- Why tf would I EVER bring out the heavy's MGL if I'm stuck with it for an entire round? Light's knife? Medium's riot shield? It just doesn't make sense. I can't even put them in the kit in case they'd be useful because it'd just be a waste of a slot.
- You won't know what most of the people coming into a match are using, even a team you fought last match may swap out some of their gear from tourney bracket to tourney bracket.
- It doesn't make it any LESS competitive to have MORE options. It'll make matches more dynamic and interesting. World Tour proves this imo.
- You could even increase the choices being made by making it cost coins to swap your build mid game, or increasing your coin respawn time (not team wipe) if you swap your gear and confirm it.
- I personally think that with all the extra gear added it with each season it would be nice to have an additional reserve slot - or a dedicated back up weapon slot - in all modes. You could potentially take every counter (smoke, fire, etc) in the reserves, but you can already do that. In every game mode (ranked and not) I personally feel pretty constrained with what I can bring - and not in a good way. In the last round of tournaments I tend to swap my weapon if I'm running something like a sledgehammer since it plays entirely different.

either add ability to buy tickets with vrs or give multi bucks for dupes. stop the hooded cosmetics from becoming comically big while using certain masks. allow masks like the descartes’ demon to be worn on the face. Just allow more customization of clothing items that look like they should have it; the duskvane helmet shade being up or down, hoods up or down, jackets zipped or unzipped, multiple body paints if they are on different parts of the body like face/arms, removing/adding pistol holsters along with visible extra mags on certain pants, etc. This could all use vrs to unlock the currently unavailable customizations. Also some gloves remove watches even though it doesnt cover the wrist so maybe fix that too? Also the iseul-t mask should be able to be worn with headwear, it sits low on the face so it would not at all impact most things.

List of issues I have had after the last few updates:
Gun audio seems broken for many full auto guns and sounds weird and slow most of the time in game
Screen recording no longer works with the NVidia recorder and will just crash my game now when it used to work fine
Very rare but all my fire will turn purple, sparkles show up everywhere, and blow out the screen, then the world starts disappearing and game crashes, happened twice
Game doesnt actually close fully after I exit and I need to go into Steam and hit stop
tbh one of the main problems with medium being broken, is medium has some of the best counters to medium, creating a never ending loop of mediums

This is a terrible contract. Your opportunity to accomplish even one of the ten is rare and you only have a very short window. On top of that, dealing damage to an enemy who then stops capturing does not count. Knocking the enemy or the cashout box away from each other does not count. Only the stun gun or killing an actively capturing enemy count. Ridiculous that this was implemented in this way, and not like the "help your team achieve team wipes" contract, or any other method of making this easier. It's the only thing preventing me from getting the circuit reward and it's very frustrating to be forced to play a class I don't enjoy in a specific mode.

For my model haters out there what I want to ask is what exactly about the model is broken?
I play on console and usually when I'm in 100% console lobbies even in high plat - low to mid Dia its not really an issue. However when I'm facing people on pc who run model it's a completely different beast. So what I want to ask is, is the model broken on its own or is it truly a problem when you chain it with the jiggle movement and movement+shooting options? I could see a decent nerf being where movement hampers its effectiveness I.e larger spread when moving in certain directions and more emphasis on its aimed in capabilities but first its important to establish the identity of what the model is supposed to be.
@glad ginkgo I'm generally agree with what you're saying i also am starting to realize a lot of folks here aren't realizing a lot of the nerfs simply, like in everything from business to wherever just moves the problem down the line even if the model is severely nerfed there will be something else in its place. I still do think it's needs a trading tweak though rather than a nerf

Some sort of customization element would be cool, like player card stickers that can be placed anywhere on the card, or wearable cosmetics only obtainable through VRs. Or maybe you can risk it all by dumping your whole stash of 5,000 VRs for a couple of spin tickets (one or two) in hopes of squeezing out the big win. I think an all or nothing bit will really fit the gameshow setting. Yaaaaay gambling! :D 
Or maybe, if I were delusional enough, I might suggest player housing as an interesting addition. But the payout definitely doesn't justify the workload for that. This is just for an extra paragraph of yappage so that the relevant parties can see the post better :3

Example: Overpowered Recon Sense as a specialization that allow M’s to see opponents from 200m away. Overpowered Aim Assist. Having dedicated teammates on Comms.
People are complaining about good teamwork and communication. Any WEAPON can be a problem if you work together with your TEAM!!! MODEL 1887 been a beast since S1 and nobody wanted to touch it because they didn’t know how respectfully use or massively overlooked.

Ngl the new mode is pretty fun. It can be infiriorating if you actually try. But if you pull the dumbest ||shit|| ever out of your ||ass||, it makes it 10 times better and more fun. I love yelling teno heika bonzai as I slam onto the platform with heavy because the slam/rush is not all the great. But when you rpg the platform then slam, you're definitely getting kills. I also feel the rpg should do more damage in all honesty. It's meant to break much more than just a small circle of wall. It's meant to break armor, definitely think it should one shot lights in a bigger range and put mediums at a 3rd of health and the heavies at half.

The problem is not just in the finals, it's in modern gaming in general. All of these buffs and nerfs back and forth don't make any sense. Why not leave the weapons at their best performance level so that the players make skill gaps not the weapons. Having a sword and flamethrower complete skill less weapons untouched and then nerfing a dagger and a sledge is illogical.
Problem is is thats when there is distractions and when there isn't lights get killed pretty easily if ur not carefull. For that reason light isn't as insanely op as people say, it's just down to being good at playing light and being able to time when u take on an engament that makes lights effective

At somepoint, the time you had to prepare at the start of the match was around 12 seconds. It now averages to around 3. You arguably need MORE time to prepare if you join midway and considering there are bugs that have you not using the loadout you selected in menu its really annoying

feels like most of the medium's gun arsenal has been circumcized to be barely useful. i like the nerfs to m1887 and pike, i think they are in a good place, i think famas is in a good place, but my kill count in matches drops SO low when i move to either the AK or FCAR, its ridiculous how bad they feel to use right now. uncertain about revolver, im not that good at aiming with it but it doesnt feel that good when i do hit with it too, and clearly its not a popular option 🤷♂️. oh dont even think about buffing cl40 again too lol that thing needs to be in the dump forever edit: i was able to get a 10kill quick cash with a revolver in one match after weeks of not being able to reach that many with any of the full auto options for medium, i would say its in a good place. mediums are in a click gun meta and it feels bad please just let us use our full auto options again

I would agree with your comments regarding one of the ARs. I only really play Medium and feel that the FCAR could do with just the slightest of buffs to bring it inline again. It was nerfed too heavily and there's no reward for controlling that awful recoil pattern they added. I haven't played the AKM enough to appreciate the nerf on that one...

A non-balance related suggestion related to sounds, sprays, and emoticons that I hope hasn't already been broached before. Something that playing the Monster Hunter: Wilds beta made me think about was shout-outs. Just in case it's not clear what is meant by that: the way it works in MH is that certain situations occurring cause a custom text prompt/chat sticker to show up. Default ones like "I mounted the monster!" can be replaced with custom ones like "c'mere you!"
For the Finals perhaps a similar mechanic could make use of our vast array of sound clips, emoticons, and sprays? For example, when getting defibbed or res'd perhaps instead of the character saying "honey I'm home" or something similar, it could play one of the sounds the player would have selected previously in their optional settings or on player style (I would personally choose the bugle call from charge n slam mastery). Or maybe upon a team wipe it would automatically place a pre-selected spray on the nearest surface.
There's a lot of really cool sprays, sounds, and emoticons that we don't get to see as much as we could, and I imagine a part of that is the proactive use component of them that requires input from the player when they also simultaneously need to focus on other aspects of the game, and partly because the emotes and gestures are so cool that people prioritize them in their limited wheel slots. Having the emoticons, sprays, and sounds be partly automatic might be a way to show off more of the artists' hard work and give a touch more humor/levity to various in game interactions.

Not so awful as the current Halloween challenge with the pumpkins… in a mode where people want to play to win. How frequently is it that you are in a position to kill someone with a pumpkin while trying to play normally???
I main the model because it fits my playstyle. I am way better at flicking than tracking. But sometimes I play with the AKM and I get as much or ever more kills, if I compare them in Power Shift, but less kill if compared in Cashouts. All because of the range of the AKM which is much more useful in powershift. The revolver can be extremely satisfying but it needs to be mastered and it is very hard to be mastered. It's basically a model with slightly less damage but way more range. Its biggest inconvenience to me is the hip fire accuracy.
@cloud vale stop complaining about the model. The nerf did make a difference. My kill count using it got reduced by 30%. Just don't fight it up close, just like you wouldn't fight a Spear's Heavy. I rarely die against a model when using and AKM. So players should really stop nagging when it's a skill issue.
@uneven rampart You were fighting 2 other players, you're dead anyways. Plus the model must have hit you 3 times while you only dealt them 14 dmg. I think it's a skill issue my guy.
@lost talon I would choose to get stuck with hip fire any day of the week. So it is not really an inconvenience, it's a huge buff.
@coarse jetty You can hit 20 carriables in at most 3 power shift rounds. Just throw at the platform.
@idle oracle You just need to kill 3. I did one by chance when my teammate was shooting someone and I threw a pumpkin at them when I was surprised to see them as I was going around the corner. So I think in 2 weeks in can happen 2 more times by chance.

infinite firing guns from random places, guns making no sound or very clipped sound which renders them essentially silenced.
Certain important sounds seem to have changed or bugged since S4. The invis light buzzing is barely audible or even missing, have been getting bullshitted this whole season even when there’s no real action going on. Another example are nade impact sounds. I remember an audible high ping when they’d hit the ground next to me. Since this season it’s like they spawn under my feet out of nowhere to even do 149 damage when jumping around.

This game disconnects you and then mid game gives you black screen (again need to end the running task) you can still move and fight but dafq is this optimisation. (Most of the games are lost this way)
I would argue that a professional player with model will obliterate you, but they would still do it with any other weapon too. As for the survivability of a light near a model, it's all about the evasive dash. It's really a 50/50 chance when I am against an experienced dash player. This will save you as a light, whether you're using a melee or a machine gun. If you're dying with a quick melee (a punch as you say it), then I assume you're using a melee weapon, then try sneaking up, using tasers... the game is about strategy and game sense not just brute force, and it's almost never a good strategy for a light to push in alone, especially when using a melee weapon: the opponent team should be distracted by your teammates while you clean them off from behind.

New mode ideas:
12v12 Domination.
Rock, paper, scissors:
1v1. Best of 3. You get to pick each class once. Takes place in practice range sized sections of the maps made using that boundary thing in TA games.
Cash Grab / Coin Toss:
In the practice arena is that wall where you can try throwing the cube through different holes. That got me thinking how fun it would be to have a football style game mode.
- Two teams battling over one cube, trying to snag it and throw it into one of the holes on the other team’s wall to score points.
- I’m thinking 6v6 or 12v12: GK Heavy, Two Medium midfielders, 3 light attackers.
- It could be done by using smaller sections of the maps that exist. Or, they could create a symmetrical rectangle map similar to the practice range.
Tag:
- One person is “it” and they are a light while everybody else is trying to run away from them.
- The players running away are medium until they get tagged, then they defib respawn in that spot as a light;
- the person who was it bursts into coins and respawns across the map as a medium.
- If someone goes a certain amount of time without getting tagged then they burst into coins and immediately respawn as a heavy.
- No lethals in this mode. No stun gun.
- Mediums have one loadout: Demat, jump pad, zip line, and goo grenade.
- Heavies have one loadout: goo gun, antigravity cube, motion sensor, flashbang.
- Lights can choose between cloak, hook, or dash, and thermal bore, sonar, vanish bomb, tracking dart, thermal vision, or gateway.
- Points awarded for successful tags, deducted for being tagged, and for amount of time- within a certain range of the player who is it- that you go without being tagged, big bonus if you avoid being tagged the entire round.
- This basic concept could be adjusted to create an infected mode.
- Intermittent map wide ping that reveals all of the runners’ locations.
This is best game thanks for bringing life back into the shooter genre

Agree. Need hardware ban or something that is more painful. When a team of level 13 is wiping the floor with all the other teams and double capping, it is pretty crazy.
I think the visual recoil is their way of neutralizing one's ability to aim well over another's. I dont think any sort of realism, logic or mechanical justification will ever make a dent. It's a way to casualize the game by nerfing people who would do better with more accurate ADS data.
Can we get no visual recoil on the crosshairs in the scopes too? The scopes can still move around and bounce, but the reticle itself shouldn't move like in battlefield 4 and such.
@brave copper the problem with that is it gives an advantage to the tons of people who use an on screen crosshair. I personally don't have aiming issues in any other shooter like I have in the finals because of the visual recoil. Even if the guns simply reset faster than they can shoot (revolver & dmr) it would feel better. They just feel OFF compared to every other game.

I think we need some improvements on heavy weapons, after all these nerfs none of the weapons seems reliable, I get out dps most of the times against the other classes.
M/L both have good weapons for all ranges but heavy just seems viable for close range.
Moreover most of the maps are made for M/L, where they can use their mobility or high ground.

Played my second ranked placement match.
Went fine but one player kept disconnecting and reconnecting causing us to have to keep reviving him.
This went on for several minutes until the third teammate gave up and straight up left the game causing us to be knocked out first round.

The problem here is that Embark then did a profoundly dumb thing by declaring crosshair overlays non-bannable, which means visual recoil is effectively a knowledge check: do you know how the game functions, and do you use a crosshair overlay to negate its effects almost entirely?
I get not wanting to fight that battle, but at that point just give everyone a static crosshair while ADSing and the problem goes away. They can keep their silly visual nonsense, and those who want to see where they're actually shooting still get a crosshair without needing a 3rd-party program.

PLEASE make the bow's projectile speed faster when it first comes out or something. It really does just feel bad, the knives are easier to hit with, which is wack. It doesn't FEEL good to use really. It feels like I'm playing on the hardest difficulty with it. The charge up time is enough of a handicap tbh.
While this is a skill issue, I find that I'll charge up the bow behind someone, they'll move slightly and I miss, then I just get shredded because I can't fight back fast enough. It takes at least 2 shots to kill anyone other than lights and most of the time I can't even get off the second shot.
Perhaps the intention is the bow is supposed to be a weapon that finishes people off? Or gets assists?
Weird take as well, I feel the arrow drop should be more pronounced or basically removed. The very slight drop tends to just make aiming annoying at range. I would prefer the drop is actually a bit harder so it feels cooler to actually hit those long range shots. It'd also balance out a better projectile speed.

Today I am noticing HOW much the H - hammer setup is so dumb, and cheap. I mean not truly OP, but after you're doing all your L ninja tactics with C4, or some M demat sneaky tactics, then you change room and you just catch one of these random H/hummer walking around (a third team), and they just kill you.
A strange detail is that an H running with hammer/flametrower is slight faster than normal.
It feels so bad for the game, maybe a whole remove of the hammer weapon, and a rework of the H class is very needed.
I kind of understand the mechanic because when you're looking down a real scope and aligning your eye there is some parralax going on, and if you're moving around aiming the alignment is going to change a bit which can cause the crosshair to appear to "float" around. It wouldn't affect the trajectory of the round. However, I agree that it's not a fair mechanic because an on screen crosshair would be an advantage. I'll pay more attention to this. I'm gonna DM you, interested in to learn more.

- Add an indicator fro the grenade frag !
- Nerf PIKE. There is no penality in hip fire. Nerf the hip fire like the LH1. Or put the same hip fire FOR THE LH1
- Nerf a bit Deagle. Damage or the range.
- Reverse XP nerf. Same dmg than a M11 but slower RPM and less bullets. Just useless now. STILL USELESS AFTER YOUR "BUFF"
- Reverse mesh shield nerf
- Nerf Charge'N'Slam. Too much damage.
- Give back the RPM on the V9S but let the damage.
- Buff Light in some way they can survive more longer instead of dying in a frame. Did you ever wonder why PIKE and DEAGLE are a subject in discussions here but not the M26 Matter ? Because no one use it because you have to be in CQC and in CQC Light die !
- Buff grapple. Reduce cooldown by 1 sec or add charge.
- If Hook do damage, Stun gun should do. Put damage for both of them or no damage for both of them.
- Reduce the gap between HP class. You can't balance properly a game with so much gap between HP class.
- Nerf Sword. You shouldn't be capable of right clic into dash with a Sword. So nerf Dash x Sword.
- Medium rules the game since to much time now. In the same time, I'm playing Light since the BETA and never since a META where Light was must have in squad. This is nonsense.
- Mates being revive shouldn't tank bullets.
- Patch the level up bug on weapons at the end of matches.
- Nerf healing beam. This stupid META is just a nonsense
- Kill, Assist, Revive and Objectives points should add more points in ranked. I'm done carrying a team and losing points again and again just because of a uncorrect matchmaking you did
More on the game :
- Do something for the poor matchmaking in ranked.
- Ban cheaters
- Increase the netcode / tickrate / servers !! Dying behind a wall is not normal !
- Let us choose our sight at the begining of a game
- Let us go in pratice with friends
- Delete low gravity event
- Some event appear in front of the scoreboard. Fix it please
- Random skin list for weapons / gadgets
- Random charm list for weapons/gadgets
- Add a TDM mode
- Add a TDM lobby when your waiting for participants
- We shouldn't lost point in ranked when a team mate leave the squad
- Let us invite friends in group even if we are not the leader
- Let us join our friends in group, not only invite them
- Add the possibility to PM in the game
- Add the possibility to look at the profil/card of friends
- Let us leave a game without penality if we are only 2 or 1 in the squad !
- Some spawn are still at the opposite of the objective.
- Squads can spawn on a cashout when you're running on it and camp you. Meanwhile if you die and use a coin, you spawn more far than the previous squad. Unlogic.

Game feels really weird at the moment. Fights feel like they either go on forever or never end and I think the defibs are the cause of this. Nothing feels worse than winning a fight against someone, then a medium shows up and undoes that fight entirely.
Please get rid of or adjust/rework defibs in one or some of these ways:
- Rework it into a specialization
- Make it so defibs reset gadget cooldowns so they have to recharge when revived. Give it some kind of downside. This will make mediums actually think twice before defibing AND prevent defib trains.
- Reduce the HP a person spawns with to slightly below half instead of just half.
- Give us some way to prevent defibing that isn't on medium. Light has glitch grenades, but that's it. No class can counter medium's defib except medium, which is annoying for everyone else. Maybe if we shoot the guy spawning in the revive can be prevented/stopped? This'll at least make it take a little thought. Literally just do anything.
- Make defibs ONLY work via standing still. Just make it have half the revive time, but you still need to sit still. No more revives mid fight, but still a ton of utility.
Some kind of adjustment needs to happen. One of the reasons knives, the model, and other burst weapons feel so strong is because often times they die and just get revived, so you have to win a fight against them twice. Adjusting defibs I think will majorly shake up how fights play out and see a lot more strategy, kit, and class diversity.
Also, please revert heavy's mesh shield. Glitch nades literally counter it, it could already be shredded last season by one person. It's silly.
Quick response to @misty jasper below, that's the same way you counter revives in general. You can team play out of anything technically. People who are good with defibs tend to jump in and do it with good timing mid fight. Playing as a team also makes defibs even stronger. Reviving another medium or a heavy mid fight is just crazy strong.
counter for defib is to camp bodies. if they somehow manage to defib anyway, shoot the guy trying to defib with his weapon away, and then go for the defibbed body when he retreats. Play w ur team also. It’s much harder to get an effective defib off when there’s 2-3 people guarding bodies. Most of the time in that case, the defibber dies and then the defibbed just gets picked off.
It’s j as important to keep track of bodies too

Im sick of little small bugs destroying experience, when my hand pretends to be having barrel when it's not, when my weapon doesnt shoot, when I can't run and can only walk. Either your QA is absent or sucks.
Also make LOADOUT CHOICES BE IN SYNC and override if you switch middle of the game. BF works like that and there's no problem with that. Also why cant I change aims in the game? I hate when I switch character and there's no aim on my weapon.

Being stuck on 60fps is huge disadvantage over pc, even if we have potato graphics at least it will run 120fps.
Also Kyoto sucks, and i have a problem where after playing a lot, suddenly i have massive frame drops until i restart the game, happens more often on Kyoto (Map is too big also, and too unpredictable).

Guns firing forever, guns not firing at all (specifically when being fired at me), full teams able to run up on me within 5 feet without hearing foot steps. A light can jump down behind me, take 5 steps and stab me in the back and the only audio I hear is the shink sound you hear from the sword a split second before you take damage, and then you're dead by the second sword attack before you can even react to what's happening, yet you buffed every aspect of the sword 🤡
im playing the bare minimum to get my contracts done right now because I can't tolerate more than a hand full of rounds with the terrible state the game is in. Not even considering the complete ASS that is the netcode that keeps getting seemingly worse. Please for the love of god do something positive for the game instead of destroying performance, or ruining all the fun constantly.

It is not a skill issue i have been top 500 both season 2 and 1, playing with 60 fps against a PC players with model and pike meta with many more frames is not fair, the best thing is to give console only crossplay so people with console 60 fps compete with each other

This console PC cross play is getting outta hand. Being in high plat , I'm being placed against rubies and other diamonds, I am constantly the only Xbox player on every lobby.

Fix the model reload? You reload a shell in the bottom tube but you can shoot immediately. without racking the gun. Maybe you guys can fix it and instead the empty first shell goes into the tube maybe instead it can go within the chamber?
Honestly maybe make the reviving statue have limited durability, so if you shoot it during revive you can cancel it, but not such that it affects the player if the revive succeeds. One of the most annoying things for me with the pending revives is that I can't clear the area and focus on someone/somewhere else

I am once again asking you please revert the changes to Data Reshaper. At the very least find a place for the glitch barrel in the previous consistent sequence. By introducing randomness you've reduced some of the versatility of the gadget. Almost no one used it, you've made it better by increasing charges, only to gimp it right after.

Can we get better compatibility with headwear on the VAIIYA Anti-Virus mask? the duskvane skull mask is compatible with the headphones, headphone mics and headphone mic + beanie combos but the Anti-Virus mask isn't when they are basically the same item.. This is doubly strange when you consider Hazard-Duty helmet is the exact same mask and not only has this missing balaclava that looked like it was meant to come with the anti-virus mask but also head a headphones + mic combo to go with it. can we also have the missing white VAIIYA bucket hat and balaclava.

dual blades or double-barrel? Because I can tell you right now, if you miss even slightly off center-mass with the double-barrel point blank it does less than half damage. It's literally the worst melee weapon in the game and takes more precision than the revolver or the sniper

If anything make adjustments for those trying to climb ranked. Defib circles are a pain to deal with and like the original comment i'm replying to mentions, just tweak it so there's at least a chance to prevent the defib from happening as soon as you win a 2v1. An outplay should be rewarded, not taken away because a medium runs past a whole team, zips, slide into their teammates trophy and defibs right away. I understand it's supposed to turn around losing fights, but maybe a longer cooldown. Or one of the many suggestions this person pointed out. If you want to leave it alone for casual play, due to the Chaos that ensues...great. Just don't punish those trying to climb ladder when a whole team of mediums just defib one after the other, when you've taken bullets away from guns, have decreased damage on heavy builds, including their shield times to last in a fight against whole medium teams ect. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO THE DEFIB ISSUE AT LEAST FOR RANKED.

Embark please don't fix pike, because it's so nice to play against him especially on heavy or light. The MOST BALANCED weapon in the game that can outplay anyone at any distance. Everyone wanted and asked for DMR to be added to the game to suffer from it every time a sweaty human aimbot on a full meta set-up appears on the server. And let's not add him any counterpicks and let's also nerf sniper rifle and m14 so that Pike was the best long range weapon without competitors.
