It is not about the map rotation, but the Vegas being awful in comparison. On all other maps, if you point your crosshair onto the objective - what ever happens on the map you will get there. But not on Vegas! You will run into dead ends, lack of stairs, double layered ceilings and walls, windows and doors that do not act like windows and doors. And if you fall from that awful round roof in the middle - you stuck in this coverless intersection (and if you are Heavy - you are basically dead)

almost all maps have spots (especially seoul) where you cant just easily jump on them and are kinda stuck and have to mantle up which takes a bit longer and somtimes doesnt even work, on seoul its the square metal pipes on skyway stadium and monaco its the big stones in the forest area and on vegas its the trash bins and similar stuff that you cant pick up

I was hoping to open up a private lobby to walk around and to check out the awesome layout to get familiar with it and look for intentional shortcuts.
Well... looks like that is not possible... I am only able to do that in a live match. Problem with that is i am ether getting killed on the way to do so, the part is already blown up or my teammates are getting frustrated with me because i suddenly became a tourist. 😅

The environmental affects (rain, snow, dust) and night and day variants are fantastic

Some of the best I've ever seen, I would lean even harder into that, really pump weather effects like lighting storms in the rain, make variety like light rain , heavy rain....

Desert /dunes in casino makes the map feel like a whole new map and is a great example how to push weather further

Snow would be cool to make it possible anyone can make and throw a snowball when standing on snow, make the damage very low but just a nice little touch

The rain is the best rain I've ever seen, could bump the effect even more

Maybe you could add a Mexican day of the dead themed map with yellow/orange/confetti poppers like objects (throwback objects or like fixed traps to trigger) that can be triggered to create like a colourful sparkly smoke trap variant

That way you don't really need to overhaul the maps too much to get soo much variety, you let the weather / day night varieties have a bigger impact on gameplay to add variable play and replayability to the same maps

Are there map layouts anywhere? Specifically Las Vegas and Monaco, they are hardest maps to learn. Monaco has a lot of same buildings and Las Vegas is closed so it’s always hard to tell globally where you are.

An idea discussed from the other day (in this channel) seemed really neat to me: A theme park resort a la Orlando. I also think a rural/semi-rural map would be interesting. There are plenty of IRL cities that would be cool like Tokyo, Paris, Boston, etc. Also, idk how feasible it would be but it would be kinda fun/funny to blow up some famous landmarks (e.g. the pyramids).

Thats some really nice suggestions. Historical and religious landmarks are always a bit more sensitive to build, especially when destruction is involved. As an example it was quite challenging to get legal approval to build the cathedral in Monaco. However, by avoiding and tweaking some things its defenitly possible.

There's no actual sandstorms (or at least none that I know) but our Equivalent is dust storms, basically the same damn thing but no mountains of sand everywhere. It's what happens when we get a lot of wind which in turn kicks up all the dirt from construction sites and dry ground and blows it everywhere.

Tbh, a rainstorm/flash flood would've been cooler, having to deal with Low Visibility, and differentiating footsteps from heavy rain and maybe even some slightly flooded areas of the map would be way better than the hell that is sandstorm Vegas
