my dude, all servers have rules, and especially global servers, they aim that everyone speaks English, or keep to their languages to a minimum.
my comment wasn't an insult, i'm brazilian, and i know how hard my parents had to work to be able to allow me to go to an english school. in my whole family, i'm the only one who speaks fluent english, a couple speaks fairly well, a handful just gets the bare minimum, and most don't know anything. now, when people don't want to learn a global language, that's on them, not me.
please do back, and read the #🟥┇rules, we do ask everyone before joining to read them, as part of the onboarding.

I think the SA servers are snowballing, many of them are not finding ranked in SA so they go to SA and this creates the snowball because it will always stay like this. It doesn't make sense not to have players because not only Brazilians have manitos too, I'm 40 minutes in line at SA and it's very frustrating. I already played the Lagado beta and now that we have a server there are no players lol

eu falo português but the devs have decided this server is english only, when they are a Swedish company. considering the game's reach, it isn't feasible to hire community managers that speaks all languages we service (at least for now). we also don't wanna just open applications have mods do that, because our mods are volunteers, and the amount of work around here is just.... well, let's say we think it's unethical to have a volunteer take care of so many things alone.
in any case, we have brought this up already, but right now, we can't take any action because we're fully focused on supporting the community getting their gaming on. i'd say, after we get the game to a minimum of errors and issues, we can then branch out to sort out other issues.
basically, it's unfortunate, but that isn't a priority right now

Hola, claro. Tengo entendido que en la selección de Servidores Brasil aparece en PC, pero no aparece en Consola todavía debido a algo de la UI.

La opción actual de servidor automático debería mandarte a Brasil en consola. De momento, lo avisaron en #game-announcements que en horarios pico encontrás gente de SA (supongamos de 6pm a 2am que están jugando la mayoría o despiertos)

we have had this talk in the past, and bosses want to try and keep it in english. while we've got cms who can speak portuguese, we don't have cms who can speak turkish, for example. and then the turkish community within the server will be mad cuz we are not also catering to their needs we don't want to play favorites, and we were studying ways to better our service, but after the launch, our priority turned to make the launch as smooth as possible and sort stuff out. i do hope soon we can go back to discussing this internally. pls bear with us meanwhile

That's not it, what you mostly find is a Brazilian nickname on the NA server, it really seems like the queue is disabled, there's never been a ranked match in Brazil, it's no wonder that there's not even an average queue time
