I think having a "solver" credit encourages people to participate, which is good. In the beginning it used to be just the "solver" credit, but we thought it wasn't fair as it is a team effort, so we added the "contributions" list. I think that even if it's not on the Wiki, we'll end up keeping track of that (Like we did on the Doc, Padlet, Timeline, RHB videos, etc), so we might as well leave it on the Wiki too 🤷🏻‍♂️

• We've now got a Style Guide. It's located under the Wiki Community section on the main page. When you're working on new pages, or updating old ones, please make sure to reference the guide!
• ** MTM & RHB's Interview** with Rob have both been transcribed now. You can see them in the pre-release section! We hope it makes it easier to easily reference anything said in them!

For the gadgets I just went frame by frame estimating roughly how much damage they do per tick.

Gas grenades are definitely outdated now as their dmg per tick went up drastically.

I am really hoping sponsors almost act like Destiny 1 Factions, For Honor Factions or Sea of Thieves reputation where you can pick a sponsor that has a design style you like, and build up reputation with them to get more and more tiered gear. I want to load in and see an outfit, having it mean that a player has pushed all the way up in a sponsors eyes.

Contracts, and stuff as well as killing players of an opposing guild granting you rewards. It would massively help with audience retention and replayability. They have the ecosystem for it. If I had the time or incentive I would sit and develop a system for it but I am sure someone at Embark already is tasked with doing that.

I love world building, and this game has so so much potential to go far. I really hope it lives up to how far it could go. They have such a good foundation.

Lastly little bit on the concept of factions/sponsors I talked about earlier. In Destiny 1, there was branded everything from each faction. All had distinct designs, styles and personalities and there were only 5. The FINALs could go so much farther. Weapons, apparel, gear, stickers, name plates, badges, kill feed tags, etc.

I agree, I like the implications of this Full Dive-esc ESports world. There's a lot of room for both colorful characters, but also real world ties and issues to be brought in. I'd imagine there's disagreements fought through the VR space, maybe not war-creating conflicts, but enough for IRL politics to leak into it, and back out.

Already sensing difficulty looking at damage numbers for things like flamethrower and shotguns. Wonder if the Devs would be kind enough to put in floating damage numbers in practice zone only to assist?

Only as it'll be hard to judge how consistent a shotgun can be outside of full pellets landing as we won't know a per pellet number, plus flamethrower has a damage tick and then ticks for the burn effect afterwards 😅
