Now the same in his steam profile uses my name to scold me or impersonate me. the same was reported on twitch (ban) steam and in-game with his 2 friends who also carried everything.

its not a shit - its facts. The anti-cheat here, as it was attached from the first beta, is still there - there are no changes in the release. But there are new maps and new weapons... I know very well that different departments are involved in this, but in fact one aspect of the game is developing, while another is somewhere postponed for later - and this is a mistake. The game will end like dozens of others, already ranked games are played almost by cheaters after 1-2 rounds

There is even some evidence in psychology about this specifically in competitive games, but basically there is no way you can get the same amount of repetitions playing vs. training your technique. It just doesn't work. I used to think that way, but then practising with Voltaic's routines, specifically their program that gives you a rank and everything, humbled me when I tried for the first time after thousands upon thousands of hours of playtime and see that I was rock bottom in the tests.

Now, I was doing mostly fine in games due to game sense, but a good technique is very good to have in any competition, be it games or I dunno, soccer or boxing. In regards to your cm/360º: I just keep a ruler close to my PC haha. It's simpler to me. But if you tell me how much DPI you have and ingame sensitivity values, I can just give it to you, roughly. Word of advice, though: it differs per sensor, and not two sensors are equal. There are variations of 100-500 DPI in between sensors so it's always important to keep a ruler close. For The Finals, it depends on the guns you use. Generally, for tracking weapons (automatics, etc.) 20-40cm/360º is a good starting point, and 35-60 for single shot/semi ones (reduce sensitivity the more zoom you have). But it's personal preference.
