Converted to smart object, added high pass filter at 10 pixels, added levels and brought in sliders, added exposure boost too. Added noise reduction on for colours then created a layer from it. Repeated by changing highpass to 5 and then 15 and moved around levels again

kinda odd the two images are different resolutions. one is 2048 and the other is 2044. a difference of 16368 pixels
2048 is a power of 2 which is the standardized texture size for games, so probably nothing to look into in that specific number. the odd one out imo is the 2044. no game dev would do that unless its by accident, which i highly doubt
