if it's positive then it means they had basically no chance to react with a move on their own

more or less

it's not all it shows

that's just a tiny fraction of it

so the green bars show the startup of a move. you see it's 19, at the end of where it's green. that means it takes 19 frames for that specific move to start executing after correct input.

you then see white frames, that's where the move is invincible to any counter attacks (not all moves have that). this particular move has 4 frames of invincibility

you see one frame that's red. that's the frame where it is actually dealing damage. in this case, it's dealing damage for one frame

you see more white frames after the 1 red frame, that is where i have managed to cancel that specific move into a super move, which is also invincible when executed (8 frames)

the yellow frames on the second bar is the frames for the practice dummy. they show how much you're stuck in animation before you can start blocking attacks

cyberpunk is extremely hard to run but not the extent of -60 fps, it’s either your specs are hitting the minimum or there is another technical problem, also note that the recommended settings are medium - high at 60fps

not sure if i would like factory games, i'd much prefer open world survival craft games like minecraft or ark: survival evolved (just don't put difficult dinosaurs that are difficult to deal with, i'm already fine trying to just shoot down some carnivorous theropod with a rifle and with a tamed avian dinosaur that predates modern birds)

not sure if i'd like factory games mainly because you build for its own sake (and to build other things)

i kinda liked ark and the additional survival element to that. i do wish that anything that wasn't either just tames, agriculture or construction (through the popular S+ mod) was more well refined and easier to grind for, like assault rifles, that one endgame jeep and generating clean/"infinite" energy
