I stopped playing CoDs because everyone just talks about one being better than the other.. and then they release like another one after 2 years and its all over again, also people keep talking about COD Killers like its some kind of competetion, if you think about it CoD doesnt have much that would make it special, its just built on the CoD formula and people keep buying

I think Xdefiant wasn’t a bad game

All but one level were very nicely made, like in COD, which is a compliment. The gunplay was alright, not my taste but my taste isn’t the majority of people’s.. the premise was not great, but it has lore potential which could work in its favor over the long run.

Overall: there is a market for it as some people do want to have the oldschool matchmaking of COD but don’t want to pay 60-70 euros in advance and they also don’t want to play dmz or warzone

keeping it short, if you used to love older CODs like BO2 and MW2 you will love XD, adding some overwatch abilities as well to give it some creativity, other than that you most likely wouldn’t care about it

as an arcade shooter lover i really liked XD but my friends who are more into tacticals like R6S and CSGO weren’t big fans of it
