there's a bunch of things you might think is normal but for the anticheat it isn't, and even 3rd party multibucks sellers is also banable, refunding anything is banable as per nexon ToS you agreed on, there's so many things that could get you banned without realizing, the support team will tell you what you did and if it could be resolved tho
