also the other thing worth checking is temps, if cpu is overheating that can cause stuttering from thermal throttling, if thats the problem you either need better cooling or you can set max processor power usage in windows setting to 95% and it will reduce temps and have barely any impact

Any spec beside turret works fine, but Demat isn't great Imo since it forces you in CQC
