1.disable "enhance pointer precision"/"mouse acceleration" its somewhere in mouse settings , could be in windows and in mouse software itself
2.clean the sensor, it could be dirty
3. clean mousepad if you have one, if you dont get one as any shiny surface can confuse senor, even wooden desk finish can
4. if none of those work you might need to change sensor on mouse, which may or may not be expensive
