Best way I can describe it, manage your bubble of influence as best as you can. Know that it is easier to have the enemies walk into your prepped area.

Use gadgets that help cover your weak points. Mesh shield for repositioning, gravity cube to suspend enemies and to round corners, any healing + barricades or dome shield to prolong your life

I just met a player who used a bow, no charge, oneshot me in the head while I'm full health. Saw that in kill cam. I checked the damage recieved, only the bow. The build doesn't even matter since none builds can be oneshotted by a non-charged bow

Yeah I think optimally you would be running double Shockwave with Zip, Double Bounce, Data Reshaper, and Double Defib to cover all your bases.

Light doesn't have any weapons that combo like DBs or Spear so something that has varying attack speeds and damage throughout a combo would be cool.
They could do one big hit at the start for like 80 dmg followed by 4 rapid succession 40 dmg hits and then another big 80 dmg hit, all in like 1.5-2s

I was thinking having the M2 be a charged or hold spam attack that slows you down. The M1 would be a fast attack but you would have to time for the swing. I don't got the proper idea but just nunchucks or fast combo weapon would be neat.

It lowers latency by syncing the frames generated by CPU to frames the GPU can handle, so if the GPU is under load, the frame rate is dynamically lowered to keep the render queue at 1 frame. So yes, it does affect framerate
