also, Deadlock is still Valve, which for a lot of people outweighs the moba tag, and the invite only nature of the game, 1. that just makes it more desirable, 2. it helps the game reach more of its' target audience and less of everyone else, including salty mfs who will play it for 10 minutes and then write 200 essays on how it sucks ass. They might even be right, but they won't get the chance to experience it and are that much less likely to write a negative review.

It isn't, it's been 5 seasons that we advocate to make RPG more of a destruction ability than just a stupid freeby for 100dmg, but I guess Embark just doesn't want to (even tho having 2 rockets that deal 50dmg would solve that problem cuz you trade dmg for the reload of a rocket which makes vulnerable)

The dagger being able to oneshot a medium is stupid, it should do the same as the sniper with a headshot, the only oneshots should be light on light because they have the speed and utility to avoid them.

Lights still have the monopoly of movement while their weapons are still way too good especially the M11 with it's sub 2sec reload which is waaaay too fast compared to the rest of the arsenal, so the flank class just doesn't flank cuz it's super good in teamfighting

The SH-1900 has no business in the game cuz its design is in itself bad

Beside the demat buff and a weapon that's going to be nerfed into the ground, medium still isn't good enough to survive a gunfight 90% of the time if the light wants them dead, half of the weapons right now just melt him.

So the stuff that needed changes imo still isn't changed, so I'm not gonna submit myself to one more season of lights mains complaining while their class is completely broken

Dagger is a melee weapon on light. Dash has a hard counter from mediums so I don't even wanna know how much worse dagger would be with less damage onto of being the quishiest class.

Light needs power on certain weapons, like sh1900. Both the sh and dagger don't get value on because you bacicky need to hug the enemy in a game where you die in a fraction of a second.

If the enemy team is hugging each other also it makes these weapons even less strong especially the double barrel. One winch or lockbolt and it's all over.

Mediums now have a chance to counter dash users on top of that with the new ability nerfing close range enhagements more. Plus if you guys just stick together you can just defib rotate, that is if a 3 person team sticking together will let any light get close lol.

so in season 7 when riot shield became a weapon finally usable players picked it up but the thing was the passive gating aka shield had a weird hitbox making it a lot of shot which should hit player hit the shield instead and ruining the fun. Instead of fixing the shield they nerfed the riot shield to make it useless (the hitbox is still not fixed) and their fix was to make it cover half the screen. Also no wanted to pick up cl, cerbeus or flamethorw which hard counter sword cuz they didnt want to switch of their poke meta weapons.

As for the shield, you're much better off without defib than with it. Many of the best shield players don't use defib. Okay, smoke was nerfed, so now I use it, but sometimes it's better without.
