I wish I had a good answer but all of my ideas involve blocking smurfs by requiring government issued photo id linked to account for ranked and forcing 3-stacks to only face 3-stacks, and separating mnk players from controller players (NOT console vs PC, controller vs mouse - i.e. if you're on controller on PC - you play against other controller players on PC or Console)
