Yeah you could also try validating files with Steam. I've gone so far deep into the performance rabbit hole for this game and it does just have some inherent performance things that can't be fixed. Yours seems like something else is going on though

Yeah performance is so case-by-case. Not specific to the finals but a weird thing that seems to be an issue for people is their USB3 front panel connector. Disconnecting them resolve stutters for some. Another thing is don't monitor power for your CPU or GPU with like afterburner if you use it, it causes issues. All to say there's so much it could be

Nerf is nerf, but Nerf quality is what matters though. Repeater was always considered good "if you hit the shot" from the release, just recent buff made it good against heavy and nerf only removed that so nature didn't changed. if you can hit then you can do pretty normal already
