I think that overall the light probably has the least amount of guns that are stable between all classes

Medium at least used to have an obvious best weapon that hopefully is toned down, but it also had like 7 other guns that just were still stable just kinda power crept

Heavy is a very stable class and only has a handful of weapons that are bad

So in a game with a much larger playerbase the smurfs are diluted by there being a high amount of players around whatever skill level you're at. Here though, it seems like every game has a level 23 cracked out H/M/L running train on your lobby

i think the finals shines with how unique their core mode is. if i wanted to play tdm id hop on cod. bankit quick cash and cashout are what makes the game unique and sets it apart from other fps. i think theres room for maybe one party mode like power shift and one LTM but I feel like the game needs to stick with whats on brand for them especially since they dont have a massive player base. I think it'd be smarter to push players into their unique modes bc thats where the game shines

That's a good decision but you'll generally get better matchmaking by going into ranked than you will by grinding cashout. The loose SBMM, if any is actually there, can put you up against some real monsters. With the gap being that high its much more difficult to gather actionable feedback from your wins/losses

but it does have objective play, just not as focused as cashout

the mode rewards good navigation and rotation skills, not attacking or defending skills
you gotta make sure to get kills to steal coins and then get to a deposit station before someone figures out your intentions

however, one interesting thing is that the stations VERY OFTEN spawn close to each other, almost like they themselves rotate across the map in a pattern, instead of spawning here and there across the whole map

just had the unfortunate experience of playing ranked for the past few hours. 39k start ended with 37.5k. ONLY ONE 1ST SEED. All the other times its was challenging @7th seed. High plat playing against rubies for 4 hours straight. What is this matchmaking?

c4 is much more cashout oriented but you can always just toss it and pray it lands some damage, if i ever run heavy i just go winch shak and play for rpg/dome full engages

I mean, kinda yea. Before you would throw it on the explosive barrels and send a nuke to your enemy, now that doesn't exist anymore. I did see someone use fire mines with their c4 so if anyone got close to them they would kamikaze themselves and do a lot of damage

M2 throws spear. Spear is attached to chain that the heavy holds. Heavy can pull himself to spear to retrieve it, or pull opponent/object to themselves

I see a lot of people do that, hearing combat across the map while on the station certainly means smth... it's like people fight in one area and then whoever snatches the coins and gets out alive gets to keep the money

people can always initiate a chase, though...
