I found that dropping vanish doesn’t really change much, it’s good to have another escape tool but hate way is super useful, I also drop glitch because it’s only helpful when there’s stuff to glitch, if there’s no domes mesh or turret it’s less beneficial especially with the recent nerfs to it, but it is very powerful if used properly, but I don’t play much light I mostly play medium, with some light and heavy on the side

Medium is good in team settings but 1v1 is very out matched, dome mesh winch or Chuck if the heavy uses one they win a face off, light dashing if you miss a few rounds wins or if they ambush you from cloak already close up, even just face to face you lose due to heavys health pool or lights dps, kinda lose lose and the support being given to heavy and light make medium only there to move team, chip damage, and revive, and light can move team as well, I’m surprised we still see medium so much but it’s more for support since lights generally play off team and heavy is slow and can’t movement,
