I think it should be restricted to maybe 10-15 meter horizontal radius of its original spawn position. That way it can be moved or tilted over, it isn't being dragged to the boundaries of the map and it still let's players use Lockbolt/Goo. for a beginner i would say pick the weapon you feel most comfo with and learn the macro of the game before putting hours into the gun mechanics. Mediums arent the initiators in current meta either way. TLDR i would say famas/ model . butt as i said the current meta is HHM so you needa play something you can feel comfortable with so you get a grasp for the whole macro of the game which is way more important than just making kills
