aim trainers work best when you actually know what you are training vs just playing routines and expecting results. figure out what you want to train like micro aim, flicking, strafing, etc and work on those indivually then apply them all together in games. the results will show themselves

then play guns that play to that advantage. i like headshots and flicking so i play a lot of bow. but if you want to work on that, you will need to try other routines that dont include tracking but more flicking on micro targets

by training in those routines. by doing those your muscle memory will slowly adjust. if you want to keep both i suggest playing more than 1 rotuine that has a mix up of tracking and flicking so you can develop both at once

For PvP fps I’d recommend Overwatch 2. It’s come a LONG way since launch and is actually a very good game now. The stadium mode has so much shit you can do in it and so many builds you can make it’s incredible.

For singleplayer I’d recommend Celeste or Silksong. Both games have insane character controllers that were worked on for years so the movement is easily top 10 oat.

NP! If you look at Overwatch stadium you might see it in 3rd person but you can also play it in 1st person. The gameplay is so fast paced and the maps are set up to where neither perspective really have a huge advantage over the other and it’s just preference

They added a new core game mode called stadium that can be played in either 1st or 3rd. It’s a best of 7 game mode that plays mini versions of Overwatch game modes and maps. Inbetween rounds you can customize your character with powers, gadgets, and items. Its so much fun
