This game has been a beautiful journey into my childhood-born obsession with shooters. It was the destruction of Battlefield and the hype of CoD combined, it was everything I wanted.

Well tbh all classes are more or less balanced this season.
-They added a p90 for medium, BFR for heavy, both quite good
-Cool sys horizon-esque map between CNS and Vaiiya, as well as a china map
-FAMAS, 93r and Winch stopped being hard meta as they all either got slightly nudged or punished (dome and heavy shield spec block the winch)
-Light got one less glitch nade
-Demat got nerfed quite a bit, one less charge and its not instant demat anymore (you get a slight bright flash before the demat)

Usually the meta weapons are the harder ones to use. Pike was never popular in lower elo lobbies I think due to its recoil, cerb is quite hard to use as a very close range, burst damage and reload heavy gun, model was hard to use due to its burst damage reliance and slow reload mainly. Fcar works, but was only meta in the first couple of seasons where the balance was rubbish, so that makes sense.

Bfr is covered by winch at close range leaving the same issue plus either still kills faster than most weapons in close range. Repeater hipfire is accurate up to around 8m both can be used very effectively at close range while being strong at long range
