No haha, thanks for the concern! I actually just switched to a new mouse this summer. It’s definitely ergonomic, but personally I find it a bit heavy. In the end though, that’s just treating the symptom, not the cause. Managing playtime reasonably and doing proper muscle relaxation is what really helps.

Hey everyone, my account Bot#0775 got hit with a permanent ban around few days ago, despite ~2,500 HOURS played, never cheating, using hacks, or being toxic. I always play fair and respect ToS.

I've already contacted Embark support multiple times, but they only give very generic responses with ZERO explanation or evidence about why I was banned.

This seems like a false positive, mass report, or auto-ban error. Has anyone else experienced this or gotten the same vague replies?

@Support @Moderators - where do we appeal properly? Can you check/review cases like this? Official ticket link/email?

Feels unfair when legit players with 2500+ hours get perma-banned while cheaters run free. We need transparency/clarification!
