it depends

those who are willing to sacrifice 5-10 seconds to snatch the revive statue and move it to a safer place can make medium work without defib (at the expense of time and the attack initiative)

plus not having to worry about immediately switching to healbeam to top up a defibbed player whereas manual revive restores to full HP
