Open peaks, open walls for heavy (he can't vent), open walls when people use them for cover (especially great if you can predict a wall since it takes some time for thermite to go through), open escape routes, prepare the scenario beforehand (create new entrances, mine them, prepare the barrels and so on).

Opening peaks and creating positional advantage is the most important stuff, but it takes good macro in that department. I would recommend switching to medium and learning how to use demat since it's basically better version of thermal and cds faster.

How fast is it to break the walls with mgl, minigun, ks23? Sledge and charge and slam I agree with you on. And just so we on the same page, I am discussing very niche set of situations where heavy finds himself in a dead end and there is a light nearby. My take was that in this situation the least impactful gadget should be prioritized to open the wall up. And the gadget/spec/weapon has to be fast enough so that ideally heavy can just run though the wall. Do you agree with that?

This is legitimately sad. I'm running all medium settings and my cpu/gpu is constantly 20/30% free (at minimum, sometimes pushing 40-50!!) and i get like less then 60 sometimes midfight. No vsync ingame or in nvdia settings, 145 fps cap, transformer DLSS, laptop is in performance mode, vantage is running, high performance power plan and so on and so forth.
