Grappling Hook is really good at long distance mobility, but even with 2 charges, it won’t be able to replace why Dash is picked for several weapons.

I miss the whimsy of exploring the game's sandbox, even if back when I started it was half the size it is now. Learning each of the weapons, seeing how they feel to use and feel to fight against. Now days I get my kicks by slapping a mine on either side of a door way and watching a light disintegrate upon walking through it. As good a time as any to tell you they're proximity mines, slapping em on a wall at head level works just fine :p

The difficulty with Light is you’ll die if you get sneezed on by 1 person and this is a game where there’s a lot of enemies that can all damage you, so against good players, you’re literally required to play via methods like ambushes, unexpected angles/peeks/etc, or you just flat out auto-lose because weapons can do 150 damage before they can do 250 or 350 damage

The difficulty with Heavy is having to play around lack of mobility and basically being forced to rely on allies to provide certain things for you that Heavy outright lacks access to (on purpose for balancing, mind you), like longer range

I remember playing against a team of good aimers on that one forest TDM map and they just decided to cluster up and stand in the open with hitscan. not much to do about that.
