As for why Fandaniel/Amon had to ally with Zenos: ||Zenos summoned Anima, and therefore controls the towers, as mentioned above. Therefore, Zenos was capable of riling up the populace enough to get the Warrior of Light to act, follow Fandaniel to the moon, and then execute Zodiark to unleash the Final Days, which was Fandaniel's endgame. Zenos also originally planned to absorb Zodiark and fight us, like he did with Shinryu in the Royal Managerie, which is why he went along with Fandaniel's plans.||

Of course, the events of EW happen after the events of ShB happen after the events of SB, so order will be consistent, but as soon as you ask "exactly how long before" the answer is 0.00001 seconds to whatever you headcanon

Getting the echo seems to be a side effect of receiving the blessing, though having one is not neccesarily a requirement for the other. Since they always coincided before it was assumed that they were one and the same.

Instead of being a single buff with multiple benefits, it's TWO buffs.

The content release schedule has been slowed slightly. From now on, content patches will be every 4 months instead of 3.5. They will also take two additional weeks off, one midsummer and the other at the end of the year, to give the staff actual vacation time.
