no you can farm as many titania weapons as you want

Plus the adds phase requires a lot more survivability if one of the tanks dies or falls or get stacked by a confused dps
A safe split on 6 people rather than gambling and increasing your chances of wiping is worth it if you had your invul for something you CANT avoid like a loose 2 adds chasing after you or a stacks of vulnerability and add attack

3 Atonement = 2062.5 + 1325.5 for RA combo
RA + 3 Ato = 3375 x2 = 6750 in FoF window

but basically rdps is relying on other people to utilize your raid buffs optimally, and pdps is relying on yourself to utilize other peoples' raid buffs optimally
sooo it's probably preferable to only have to rely on your own skill, not other peoples' for your parses
it doesn;t really make a difference in an optimized scenario but for things like ex with PF etc
i got an orange rdps and purple pdps on dancer earlier today cause i partnered a good blm

There's less tomfoolery you can get up to for rdps vs pdps but what I don't like is that rdps rankings don't reward you for keeping your damaging stuff aligned with other people's raidbuffs
If the rankings don't reward me for pooling mana for raidbuffs as a drk then it just comes down to uptime, killtime, and crit rng
Then again it's nice not having 100 dnc padders above me no matter how well I do ¯_(ツ)_/¯

The solution I would have liked to see would be to separate single target buffs into their own category, like what they did with radiant shield, although that was for a different reason.
It solves the issue of single target padding, while still incentivizing you to properly exploit raid buffs.
